We had the most wonderful holiday from start to finish.

Communication from Sarah was prompt, useful and friendly. The cottage itself was immaculate and very comfortable with a lovely tray of Welsh goodies to enjoy on arrival

We had the most wonderful time at Anglesey Road, everything was spot on from the most generous welcome pack to the thoughtful consideration for visitors, we had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay, comfortable beds, pillows and a great shower, excellent communication from the owners and an outstanding view from the beautifully furnished cottage to top all of this.

A stunning, comfortable cottage, beautifully styled with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It's a steep walk up from town but worth it. We walked and drove no probs. Angelsey Road is a very special place and we thoroughly enjoyed our second stay here.

This was the perfect cottage in such a peaceful location with great views and yet only a short drive (or bus or taxi) down the hill to Llandudno and all that it offers.

From the brass band and deckchairs on a Sunday and Monday night to theatre, shops, restaurants, the promenade and the pier there is lots to discover. A wonderful welcome pack on our arrival, great communication from the owners and everything was simple to operate and beautifully decorated throughout. If you need to get away from it all then I highly recommend this peaceful spot which you can get explorer buses to other places like Conway too.

This cottage is simply beautiful and the views took our breath away !

The level of cleanliness and comfort is second to none. The only thing we missed were curtains in the bedrooms (in addition to the blinds) to keep the sun out and cool the rooms as we had a very hot week there, but we have booked for next year !

Good walks but stamina needed to walk back up from town! Plenty of things to do around Llandudno and Conwy.

With the cottage being top of hill. The cottage had everything you needed, beautiful clean and tidy. A lovely welcome pack thank you. We been to many cottages and this is in the top three. There were three of us two less mobile in our walking. This did not stop us in any way. Taxi where great £10 return at the most. We all agreed we would come again. Many thank to the host.

On arrival there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us The view from the cottage across to Anglesey is amazing, The drive up and down to the cottage is challenging as it is situated halfway up the Great Orme, but well worth it, this is probably the best cottage we have ever stayed in.

This house was a great stay for my family.

The owner accommodated all of our needs and was so easy to work with. The property itself is amazing with some of the best views in Llandudno (maybe even Wales!). If you are looking for a place to stay to experience the Great Orme and experience all the great wonder it holds, stay here! Every time I come back to see family I will be staying here.

Upon arrival the cottage was warm and inviting. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. And what a view to wake up to everyday! Will definitely book again

This is a beautiful house in a marvellous location (it's very breezy when the wind blows!

). A good heating system, magnificent views and solitude in abundance. The only thing I hated was those venetian blinds which will never do as you want them to! Unlisted downstairs toilet was a bonus, but no drying machine, although there is a washer. A pity the outside staircase is out of action. All in all, you won't be disappointed if you book this lovely property. Would I return? No. I never go to the same place twice and I cannot understand those who do: there are lots of other lovely locations to discover. Why be boring and stick with the same one?! Finally, a very nice hospitality tray was left, not a deal maker, but most welcome.

As a retired couple who love visiting Wales, we have stayed in several cottages but 4 Anglesey Road is the best we’ve ever been in.

So beautiful inside- a welcoming feel as we walked through the front door. Comfort everywhere, including a wonderful welcome try of goodies. We loved waking up each morning to the sea view. Hope to rebook for next Autumn. Thank you Sarah

A fabulous warm and very comfortable, well equipped house.

The owners sent a lovely message night before and left a beautiful welcome package that we throughly enjoyed, a really nice touch. Couldn’t fault anything and the views from the cottage are to die for, I spent hours just looking out of the window at the sea and coastline. Very quiet and we had a fabulous relaxing holiday.

The view from the lounge window was magnificent, the thoughtful owners had provided some welcoming goodies which were greatly appreciated! We felt instantly at home, everything was exactly as described and made for a great holiday!

The owners have created a perfect home from home with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a lovely welcome pack. The property high up on the Great Orme has fabulous views and access to lots of great walks.

On an extremely quiet road high on the Great Orm, yet minutes away from town . And thank-you for the lovely welcome pack and Easter chocolate.

The house was lovely - well cared for with all the facilities we needed and beautifully clean and warm.

There were no problems at all and we hope to stay there again as it is one of the best properties that we have rented.

The location has stunning views of the West Beach bay and Orme. Watch the sunrise and sunset with the sheep and goats. The house is very well equipped and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable and relaxing, all needs accommodated. Thank you for a wonderful week

Highly recommended - the cottage is clean, comfortable and well equipped with the most amazing sea views.

This is a very comfortable cottage, extremely well appointed with all furniture and fittings to a very high standard, everything you are likely to need for a lovely holiday.

The views are outstanding, looking over the sea towards Anglesey, with fields to the front occasionally occupied with sheep and mountain goats. We did not even attempt the arduous walk up from town, with a £4 taxi ride solving that problem, we are after all in our late seventies. We were left a very generous welcome pack and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Llandudno.

The cottage is in a fantastic location, is a good size and in very good order.

The views across the bay are second to none, especially on a nice summers day. The house is half way up the Great Orme, which allows the great views but it is worth being there, just to see the goats, which are very friendly. We could not have choosen a better cottage and location combo, with a very nice welcome pack supplied by the owner, well done.

Probably the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in.

The welcome pack was great and everything is provided for a very comfortable stay. The views and local walks were stunning and the town has great shops, restaurants and pubs ( Cottage Loaf pub is excellent). We have already booked to go back next year.

The cottage was perfect for our break, super clean and had everything we needed including for our almost 1 year old, and we couldn’t believe how good the view was. It’s a great location for walking around great Orme and day trips to the mountains or the beach.

A fantastic cottage , the view is amazing, the cottage is lovingly furnished and decorated and the whole property was amazingly clean.

The walks from the door up over the Orme or down to the sea front and back are fantastic with beautiful views all round, we hardly went anywhere else and we came home twice as fit after so many hills. The only improvement we would like is making it accessible to go up the steps in the garden on to the nature reserve at the back, but with steepness of access can understand why they are closed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and will certainly return it is one of the best we have ever been in. Thank you.

Gorgeous location, comfortable furnishings and a lovely welcome basket, thank you. Bed mattresses in the twin room are very soft and the window whistles in that room when it's windy but other than that, it was fab. We hope to return again!

It is very clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, comfortable beds & furniture, has amazing views and anything you could possibly need is supplied. The welcome gift was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. As mentioned by a previous review, the photos don’t do this house justice - it really has much more space than shown. The little snug area at the back was perfect for sitting reading our kindles. It is a steep walk into town so you’d need to be fairly fit (we actually found a route which was less steep) however, a taxi is £3.90 back from town, which we did whenever we were down there for the day. We highly recommend 4 Anglesey Road! No need to hesitate in booking!

As per the other reviews, spotlessly clean, quiet, and the perfect base for a relaxing Llandudno holiday. We really enjoyed watching the Great Orme goats scrambling around on the cliffside across the field! The additional downstairs WC was also a nice surprise as this isn't mentioned in the listing. All in all, we had a lovely break and have booked to stay at the cottage again next year!

Property was immaculate and all utensils, crockery and cooking facilities where spotlessly clean as was the laundry.

An exceptionally well equipped holiday cottage, refurbished to a high standard.

Adequate parking for two cars in a shingled patch to the front. Unfettered views across the Conwy estuary to Anglesey. An easy drive , (but a very hilly walk), down to Llandudno town centre.

This holiday home was beyond perfect.

The location / position of the property and the views it offers are breathtaking. It is so peaceful, with no passing traffic. You couldn't ask for a better setting. It's so close to everything Llandudno has to offer, whilst it's unique setting makes for a very relaxing holiday for all. The accommodation itself was also outstanding. What struck us the minute we arrived was the attention to detail, in terms of the facilities included and level of cleanliness. We have never stayed in a cleaner property or hotel. The photos really don't do the size of the property justice. The welcome pack which the owner left out was extremely generous and certainly not expected. We had a wonderful family holiday and my 6 year old son summarised it well on arrival by turning to me and saying "this place is just too good, I want to live here forever". We are so glad we selected this place and grateful to the owner for letting us stay. 100% recommended.

Cannot find one fault with this cottage.

Fabulous standard of decor, furnishings, kitchen & equipment, bathroom & shower, beds, linen, duvets, towels etc. Log fire, TV, central heating, cooker etc are all easy to operate. Picture windows offer the most stunning views over to Snowdonia & Menai Straits. Sarah, our host, is just lovely & so was the hamper of Welsh goodies she left for us. It's also spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend

Fantastic views from the front of the cottage, still missing it now!

The weather was perfect & the chairs at the front were in a lovely little sun trap. Inside was spotlessly clean, comfortable & everything has been thoughtfully catered for throughout. Owner made us feel very welcome on arrival. If you love walking be prepared for the very steep journey into & back up from town & nearest pub!

This is a great cottage - it is very clean with amazing sea views from the front sitting room and main bedroom.

Everything is pretty new and of very good quality - nice luxurious carpets and a powerful shower. Having parking outside the house was really useful. A great base for walks (you can walk round to the top of the Orme or down the hill to the West shore) and trips around the area. Having reliable Wifi and Netflix was also handy. The only downside was that the neighbours like to have their radio on at 6.30am every morning (and a couple of times around midnight too) and you can hear it in the main bedroom but that didn't outweigh all of the positives.

Just a lovely, lovely place to stay.

Superb standard of accommodation, spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped, board games for the kids, Netflix, comfortable beds, a generous and thoughtful welcome hamper, fantastic walks from the door. Plus, helpful, responsive, friendly owners. That breathtaking view, and the peace and quiet are quite special. We loved it.

Outstanding property in an fabulous location with uninterrupted sea views.

On entering we were stunned by the level of cleanliness, whoever does the final clean is a star. The beds are super comfortable (I can fall asleep on a plank but my wife is super picky). The standard of all the furniture and fittings is very high and we appreciated the Sky TV (with Netflix) and the excellent Wi-Fi connection. If there's a limitation, There is no traffic noise and negligible light pollution at night. Even the few neighbours around us seemed to be a friendly lot. a miniscule walk takes you to a bench where you can view both of the main beaches. Walk uphill from the bench for a couple of minutes, turn around and you'll see Conwy Castle and the bridge. There is a play area, again within a few minutes (great for our 5yr old grandson). A little further on is a pitch and putt and although it's not for us I mention it because there is a path next to the main gate that takes you down to town via Hauvre Gardens (super cafe and toilets). I could go on forever so let's just say that we had a great stay.

This cottage was absolutely STUNNING.

Honestly the view actually took my breath away but the cottage itself was so beautifully decorated and 'kitted out.' There was DIVINE welcome tray with all sorts of lovely goodies on AND a welcome bottle of Prosecco (all of which we polished off-sorry!) but the owner Sarah was absolutely delightful too. We even tried to book again for our next visit but sadly it's already gone but it was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL cottage. We couldn't fault it.

The house is very clean and everything felt new. The welcome pack was very generous and the owners helpful. The beds were extremely comfy although the blinds did not block out any light. The walk from the town is very steep but worth it for the views.

It was warm, comfortable and had everything we need including a lovely 'welcome pack'! All the adjectives could not describe have good it is.

4 Anglesey road cottage holiday rental is simply luxurious, no expense spared in fitting out this cottage has been the game plan by the owners of this rental property, the sea view from the lounge and front bedroom are breathtaking not to mention the deep orange sunsets over Anglesey.

Great property, fantastic views

Brilliant location , very modern and clean cottage with amazing views , would love to return here , great area , owners are very friendly and local so great tips on where to eat etc , Kings Head pub I recommend for great food and its the oldest pub in Llandudno .

Llandudno is a great town with plenty of facilities and lots to do for families .
