Beaulieu House

The position of this house was exceptional, commanding an elevated panorama of the Llandudno watrrfront.

Ideal for walking up the Great Orme, going on the peir or promenade or visiting the shops. The house itself was ideal for a large party with a big lounge commanding views of Llandudno, a large dining room and ample kitchen. The bedrooms facing the front were large and had on suite facilities. Parking was limited to 2 medium sized cars, the rest of the party having to park on the street. Overall, a wonderful pre Christmas weekend.

What a beautiful house!

We were 3 generations of our family celebrating my 70th birthday. 12 of us in all. The house is stunning and furnished to a very high standard. High standard of cleanliness. The children enjoyed spending some time in the media room in the basement too. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. The house is located in a great position with fantastic views of Llandudno. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beaulieu House to friends and family.

The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and in a lovely place. Everyone had there own rooms, bathrooms. Just a few mins walk into the town, close to beach, bars, restaurants, shops etc. So much to do, not enough time to fit it all in. Have already booked for next year. We all loved our stay our our family holiday. AMAZING HOUSE!

Wonderful views, decorated to a very high standard, and well equipped.

We were a party of six children ( 4-14 yrs), and eight adults from four households. The kids made good use of the basement games/den room, and really appreciated the proximity of the beach and pier. Only niggle was that the one fridge in the kitchen really wasn't big enough and one in utility not functioning. We managed parking as easy to walk to get public transport, allowing those going out in cars to use the drive, and bagging roadside parking spaces first thing in the morning!

Really enjoyed the house and its location last year.

This year the price really went up. In return we got we got a house that could do with a far better cleaning, with mould in the showers and thick dust under furniture. Downstairs bathroom needs a good deep clean. Cigarette butts on patio. Needs good spring clean. Waste bin lid in kitchen does not work and did not work last year. The large fridge/freezer in the basement did not work at all and was reported immediately. It was never fixed. Fridge in kitchen was broken last year. Still certainly unsuitable to keep food and drink for 11 people. Shelves in door are broken and will not store food. Outside furniture completely unsuitable. Eating outside is impossible because of the seagulls so therefore lounge furniture is needed which was great last year. The house is still good and the views great, but the maintenance needs sorting out. This year the vastly increased price of the house was far from justified and the stay was certainly not as good as last year. In fact I think that a refund is definitely appropriate.

As a family of 13, with ages ranging from 7 to 86, we absolutely loved this property.

Amazing views of the bay and mountains. Very comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Close to the town and we even met a couple of sheep one day. Had some lovely meals out and cooked a Sunday roast in the house and all sat round the dining table. Had a fabulous week.

Fabulous views, a quick walk into town.

We were a group of 15, age ranges from 22 - 79, a good time was had by all. Lots of space, rooms quirky. Parking was never an issue.

Great family cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved being so close to the pier and beach. Only minor gripe is that some of the cooking facilities were lacking. Oven trays were dirty and the kitchen scales weren’t working.

We had a fabulous holiday and the house was beautiful.

2 things to mention was we found the oven difficult to use but we did manage to sort it. We didn’t find cardboard collection bags till we were going home, need more information on this. These are minor issues to us, we had a fantastic holiday, it made are 50th wedding anniversary memorable.

Wonderful house with great location , beautiful bedrooms and lounge with Big dining table to play family games , just need to mend flag at front door and freezer drawer was broken (the bottom one ) when we arrived.

Lovely house, bedrooms,bathrooms,shower rooms all very good in fact everything was brilliant including the views.

Enjoyed a perfect stay at Beaulieu House, couldn’t find fault, great location and loved the interior decor, our only initial concern was the lack of guard rail on the edge of car space but we made sure everyone was aware and kept to house side, if we are holidaying in the area in future would definitely use again.

A really beautiful house, fabulously designed inside.

Everything that we could possibly need or want. We all thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas there. If I had to nitpick, I would say that there is definitely not parking for three cars. Two was a push. Luckily the hotel next door was shut so there was plenty of parking on the road. The hoover could do with upgrading and there were quite a lot of cobwebs. But these were tiny things and we had a wonderful family Christmas in this amazing house. And we fell in love with Llandudno!

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing, really made my other half’s 60th weekend something special.

We all thought that this was a lovely house in a lovely area with great views over Llandudno and good walks straight from the front door.

It is very well equipped. It is within easy walking distance of the town. The only downsides were that the radiator in one of the bedrooms wasn't working and the property management company weren't very communicative on the couple of occasions when I tried to get in touch with them.

What an amazing property! We were a party of 10 (5 couples) staying in the house, all well travelled and used to staying in rented houses and were amazed by the standard of this house. The rooms were well appointed, spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. All facilities were as described. The views are 'to die for.' Pubs, shops and restaurants are all within a short distance. Parking for us, with large cars, was mainly on the road, which was clear in the evening. We are looking into returning same time next year. Thank you!

We had a Fantastic Stay at Beaulieu House, booking process smooth and simple, quick replies from Wendy the owner if we had any questions through the app.

Our stay was for a special birthday so we needed to get in a little earlier to get a cake and balloons safe, the cleaning company were polite and accommodating! The house was spotless and blew us away with the gorgeous bedrooms, all the family felt special in their big rooms with standing baths and walk in showers! There were 2 high chairs and an abundance of travel cots to use which made it so much smoother for the 3 babies we had! The weather was beautiful for the first 2 days, so we were able to sit outside on the comfy furniture which was a great addition! Views to take your breath away, 2 minutes walk to the beach and shops! Llandudno really surprised us with its cleanliness and overall Vibe, we had been told it was going to be a bit ‘blackpooley’ but not at all! Honestly could not fault our stay, our family of 9 adults and 6 children all loved it, we will be back!!

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the house, have emailed the property management.

The cooker, needs servicing, the lower rack in the dishwasher needs wheels. A neighbour put bags of garden clippings in the green bin, which left mo room for our rubbish and said they were allowed to as they were related to the owner. The cushions and teddies need to be disposed of as they are not very clean. Although it all sounds negative Beaulieu House is a wonderful House and very little needs tobe done to make it spectacular,also wonderful views.

The accommodation was sumptuous and suited our group of 12 almost perfectly.

The location was amazing, with fantastic views. The beds were comfortable. The house was very warm when we arrived. We had some issues with the dishwasher, but managed to clean it out and put in salt and rinse aid, then it worked. It would have been helpful in the details to have a floor plan, indicating the half floor levels and where the bathrooms are. Our trip was arranged so that our 93 year old mother could show the whole famiy her childhood haunts, and it was a great success. Thank you.

Lovely property in an excellent location.

The house is short of nothing you’d need and has ample space to spread out. The teenagers with us loved the ‘games room’ in the basement. Parking for 2 cars is great but the street gets busy so if you find a spot nearby grab it and leave it there. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house with glorious views.

Family holiday with 13 and two dogs celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Perfect! Rooms very comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated. Minor maintenance issue dealt with quickly.

This is a beautiful property, well maintained with loads of parking close by, in a superb prime location with magnificent views.

Each room is stunning with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and dinning room. 11 people in our party with 2 dogs, loads of room for everyone. Lovely pub the Queen Victoria just around the corner, ideal for Surprise birthday party. Highly recommend everything about this property.

This house was awesome and I cried when leaving it and Llandudno.

Stayed for a week as a group of 8 (3 generations) and all had a bedroom each. It felt like a happy place. Fabulous views. Quiet, nice neighbours. Decorated fabulously and tonnes of space. I want to live there.

Absolutely amazing house.

Comfortable, stylish, very well equipped and the views are stunning. We called it the "Rock Star Mansion".

It’s a lovely house in a great position.

We stayed at this house last year. However it was disappointing to note on our arrival that the the neighbouring house (and joined onto Beaulieu House) was clearly undergoing considerable renovation. The whole of the front elevation was covered in scaffolding and throughout the week builders vans were parked outside. Whilst accepting that neither Sykes nor the Beaulieu House owners have control over such work it is disappointing that the presence of the scaffolding and builders vans was not communicated to us prior to the start of the holiday.

The house was gorgeous with plenty of room for 3 families and with 5 rooms with ensuite, we were spoilt for choice.

It was located in a fabulous spot - close enough to the shops, restaurants and amenities but in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the promenade & town centre. We all had a great holiday! Only very minor issue was related to the showers... one of the showers on the top floor you couldn't turn the shower tap to cold. Also drainage in the shared shower room was slow to drain so had to keep on stopping the shower to make sure the shower tray didn't overflow.

This is a fantastic property.

Wonderful views. Well equipped and very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Parking was a problem when we arrived as 4 cars and the road side parking was a nightmare. We did however did mange to get 3 largish cars on the drive. Bedrooms were described as 1st floor and 2nd floor. The elderly members of our party were staying on the 1st floor, but we found it was not just one set of steps and the toilet to the 2 non suites was down several steps, so a bit of a problem in the night with not being on one level.

Amazing property, great location with fabulous views.

There were 14 of us staying, celebrating an 80th, 50th, 40th and 18th. Property was great for all ages and we had lots of room. Everything was catered for and a lovely welcome pack of goodies....and milk in the fridge. We had the best time and would highly recommend this property. Exceeded our expectations.

We all had a wonderful weekend at Beaulieu House.

We said we’d all definitely return and highly recommended it.

This was our second stay at Beaulieu House, this time there were 14 of us - 7 adults and 7 children and a dog (there were 12 of us last time) and again the house very comfortably accommodated us all.

The house is beautiful and clean, well equipped, well maintained and very comfortable. The piano in the dining room was again appreciated and a really nice touch. The views from the property are breathtaking and the location is superb. We all enjoyed a moonlit beach walk on our last night which was the perfect ending to a fantastic holiday.

A fantastic house in a great location, we found everything we needed for a enjoyable stay.

Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and nice bedding also just a couple of minutes walk to town or the pier. There is outdoor space to let any dogs out if needed and also a fantastic welcome pack on arrival. We’re hoping to book for next year again as we all enjoyed are stay.

Shower mixer defective, but not a problem, there are plenty of showers.

Dishwasher failed, needed a service visit. A great stay enjoyed by all.

Great house very much up to expectations.

Car parking, although restricted off road was not a problem. Very central location and great for visiting other holiday spots in North Wales. Only one issue, which we should have mentioned at time, was that the shower in room Wyddfa, would not go above tepid.

Absolutely outstanding in every way.

The property is as good as it looks in the photos. Location is phenomenal- can be at the pier, Main Street or beach in 3 mins walk. The bedrooms are all fantastic, and the shared spaces are functional and beautiful.

We had waited 2 years to have a family holiday because of covid and we chose the perfect house that was far better than we could have hoped for I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to be in the best location in Llandudno and staying in a beautifully decorated, spacious and ideally suited for a family holiday

We have just returned from a week staying at Beaulieu House.

There were 6 adults and 6 children. The house is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable and set out over 4 floors. There were amazing views over Llandudno beach and the location is perfect for just walking into town and going to the shops or the beach. The children loved the games room in the basement and the PS4 which was a nice surprise! We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and one bigger issue with one of the baths in the property but these were all sorted out promptly and efficiently by the property management company. We would love to return here again next year!

Fabulous large house.

Great property for large families/ groups. Decorated to a high standard and a very well equipped kitchen suitable for catering for large numbers. Excellent location and amazing view of the bay.

It is a wonderful house, however for sixteen people there could be more seating in the lounge, plus the litter bins are inadequate for a 7 day holiday.

Having said that the house is fabulous and the location is great apart from the parking problem.

A beautifully decorated, furnished and well equipped house perfect for large groups.

It was so nicely dressed for Christmas too which was an added surprise. Our large family had a brilliant weekend. Great location only a few minutes walk into the town.

Looked great online - and even better when we arrived.

The 4 'feature' bedrooms and the 4 'standard' rooms were all excellent and good social space, including the basement games room. The house is ideally located for the town and the Great Orme, but if bringing more than 2 cars you will need to manage your parking on the popular road outside (rotate cars so you don't loose your spaces). The property managed to 'absorb' 6 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 children quite comfortably. And one small issue (with a stuck washing machine door) was attended to quickly and efficiently by the property maintenance company.

We went with our family for our Golden wedding anniversary the house is beautiful everything you need is there.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were great and beautiful views and very close to everything. I would definitely go again. The only down side was lack of parking , two cars fit on drive and we managed to get two places on the road but we didn’t use them because there’s no where else to park if you moved.

It was such a lovely place to stay, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, 10/10

A house that caters so many, when we arrived the parking facilities where completely inadequate.

Parking was not available on the road side, some of our house had to park away from the house at the bottom of the hill. It made it all quite stressful and hard work. Otherwise Great location and great house.

Feedback for owner - buy good washing up liquid, provide a dishcloth (we went & bought one), replace black tea towels, leaves black fluff on pots!

This is nit-picky, but feedback is a gift! Amazing place, would definitely use Sykes cottages again and return to this fab house. Thankyou

We had an amazing time at Beaulieu House, it is fantastically decorated.

The kitchen is really well equipped and makes cooking at home easier. The situation of the house was perfect we were able to access walks direct from the door and we experienced restaurants within town. I doubt if we will ever get to stay in a lovely house like this again we were all totally spoilt. Regards Sarahjane Haistead

Beaulieu House far exceeded our expectations.

The pictures don't do it justice at all. It is an amazing property, with everything you need and more. From a very well equipped kitchen to cupboards with games, books and dvds to keep everyone entertained, and so much space. It has been furnished to a high standard with the most amazing plush carpets in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are all amazing- I particularly loved my bath in the window. (perfect to watch the storm across the bay in) We had amazing weather, so took advantage of sitting on the terrace overlooking the town. The house was cleaned to an exceptional standard on our arrival, with crisp white bedding and plush white towels. In light of the current Covid19 situation, there was a plentiful supply of antibacterial hand-wash, wipes and spray. We wouldn't hesitate to return to Beaulieu house, all 10 of us had an amazing week.

Parking really is only for 1 car off road.

House was not clean when we arrived which in the current Covid situation was not acceptable. Needed a good hoover from top to bottom particularly stairs and landings plus welcome mat. Kitchen smelt strange even though there was no food open anywhere and the fridge also smelt bad. We went straight to a shop to buy air freshner and bleach. Living room only had 1 curtain that pulled across so at night everyone walking past could see in as only half was covered. Top 2 floors had a 'motion sensor' light on the landing which didn't work so was on all night. This disturbed sleep. Living room also needed sweeping. Aside from this the actual spec of the house was good - bedrooms very good size, lovely en suites that were clean and plenty of plates/cutlery etc for a large house. Great location also by the Great Orme and the prom.

An amazing property stunning views .

Spotlessly clean and finished to a high standard

Had a fabulous week with all the family, location and accommodation is superb.

However just one or two little niggles, for a large family the recycle bins and waste bins were inadequate. The bins were already full when we got there so after the collection we immediately filled them again, in fact we had to make two trips to the tip. Also there was no information in the house as how to operate anything, Could not get the towel rails in the bathrooms to work.

Beautiful home, lots of room for family groups and an ideal location for a get together.

Beaulieu house is as luxurious as it comes and more.

..we woke up to a grand view of the sea every morning! The house has a very well equipped kitchen. The seaside is only 4 minutes walk away and there are many cafes, supermarkets and icecream parlours nearby. We had a lovely holiday.
