What guests are saying
The church was well positioned in Holyhead and there was ample on street parking including a little car park next door free 6pm-8am.
Overall the property was clean and the bedrooms were spacious and comfy. It was nice and cool for us in the summer but I can imagine it would be a little chilly in the winter. There were not enough hand towels for the bathrooms and no bath mats. The property also lacked some basic amenities such as soap in the bathrooms, bin liners, dishwasher tablets, forks (only 4), bowls (only two). The sofa was practical but not particularly large / comfy especially if you have 6 people. There was also no curtains in the bedrooms which made the rooms very light and not ideal with small children.
The Church was sparkling clean and most welcoming!
Excellently equipped, with very good interior design and well thought out, perfect layout! Having been in the in the hospitality business for the last thirty plus years I can highly and unreservedly recommend this unique property!
The property has been very well converted.
However the seating won't accommodate six like it sleeps. There are no curtains, only blinds, so early starts are every day because of the light coming in. No instructions on managing rubbish, well no instructions for anything. Parking is a problem, the street gets full every day. Square plates are nice but don't go round in microwave wave. WiFi reasonable. Smart tellys a nice touch. Vodafone coverage in Holyhead is poor. The takeaways opposite are good.
