Yes was a great house anything you need good location love have beach so close very clean styles great to have car pack outside we love so much we will book again my granddaughter love it she said was amazing place to stay

We had a most enjoyable stay as we had good weather so were out for most of the day.

The beds were really comfy. It took me 3 days to work out how to get the subtitles off ITV so somebody must have put this on. I think maybe updating photos as the sun room and gardens didn't look as nice and the garden furniture is in need of tlc...the cushions had been left out so covered in bird poo. Although no dogs allowed there did seem to dog hair in the property and I think periodically it needs a deep clean... radiators and sun room in particular. The shower curtain is very mouldy.

Roads in and around property are just stoned pretty uncomfortable driving

Accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Very peaceful location and nice outlook. Appreciated the coffee machine and supply of pods, coffee tea and sugar. Owners were quick to respond to a minor concern. Many thanks, would book again!

Pleasantly surprised, nice, comfortable accommodation.

Everything necessary plus instructions to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The house is in a quiet area and is well placed as a base for visiting the various sites and attractions in North Wales. The roads on the estate are poor in places and this is specified in the listing but it is possible to find a less potholed route to the house from the top of Woodside Avenue and then towards The Promenade. Many of the local residents seem to use this route.

We had a lovely relaxing stay.

Super comfy beds made for a peaceful night's sleep. We would highly recommend cove house. Just a couple of small suggestions, a grab rail by the bath would be helpful for us oldies and a heater of some sort in the conservatory so as to be able to use it in the winter months.

The bungalow has a really nice beach hut feel and the location next to the beach was great. Only downside is the roads leading to the property are in a poor state, however a small gripe. Local pubs and bars all really friendly.

we have visited this holiday bungalow for a few years now, because its absolutely brilliant, everything you could possible need!

Cove House was undoubtedly the best equipped private premises that we had ever stayed in….

it wanted for nothing. Its position, just yards from Kinmel Bay promenade, was ideal for a beach holiday, although the newly-established raised sea wall meant a short walk to get to it. The only downside being the dreadful roadways which lead to the property, extra care being needed in the deep water-filled ruts to avoid damage to your vehicle.

A five star bungalow with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Cove House is one of the loveliest cottages we’ve ever stayed at.

Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more, it was like a home from home. And what an incredible location - right next to a gorgeous sandy beach. It it the perfect base from which to explore beautiful north Wales. We loved every moment of our two week stay.

there is everything you need. Lovely enclosed back garden with a BBC. not far from the sea wall. Where you can walk. Not far from Llandudno Rhyl and Colwyn bay. Would recommend it.

Cove House is a lovely quiet peaceful cottage if you want a nice relaxing week,Everywhere is spotless including the bedding which even smelt fresh.

It has comfortable seating and a nice big television and a nice secluded garden to sit out (weather permitting).The owners have added lots of touches to make it feel like a home from home and they resond right away if you should have any problems or questions.The only downside is the roads through the estate but this is beyond their control.

Superb and excellent place to stay.

Everything is available for your comfort and beach and market is very very close. The owner is very good and polite. No second thought if anyone wish to book.

This was our 2nd visit to Cove House and it didn't disappoint.

The back garden it a fantastic sun trap for a leisurely afternoon. Yes, the access road is full of pot holes but just take your time. Particularly enjoyed watching Jeff the local Guinea Fowl who seems to have made the green and surrounding area his home!

What can I say.

That I’ve already said. This is a lovely place to stay. I stayed over Christmas. It was lovely. They had even decorated a Christmas tree

The property is warm, inviting, clean and comfortable.

Being about 20 ft away from the promenade and walking beside the sea for miles is relaxing. You could hear the sea when it was in, great. The only let down was the unadopted privately owned road that ran around the whole of the estate. The surface was horrendous with very large potholes all filled with water and rubble on most of the roads around the bungalow. Some serious damage can be done to the underside of your car.

Property had a very cosy home from home feel about it, would definitely choose it again should we visit the same area.

As mentioned by another reviewer, the access road is unmade and has plenty of pot holes but did not detract from our stay Kitchen would perhaps benefit from a couple more mugs and a colander for washing salad, but that's being picky.

On the first night whilst deciding on whether I needed two pillows or one, it was discovered that one pillow case was stained, not a good start, the bath drain is slow, so that when showering water builds up around your feet, the toilet role holder drooped when a role was on it and eventually came of its moorings, and finally the oven should have a government health warning on it.

Loved our stay here….

Cove House was a really nice property.

The only drawback is the access to the property as the roads are atrocious, I do understand that is not the problem of the owners but the local Council. Apart from that it was really good. Simon and Rachael sent me a text on the day we were arriving, and also on the day we left to wish us a safe journey. Much appreciated and thank you. David

Excellent location by the sea!

Cottage was spotlessly clean, well stocked with crockery, kitchen items etc, lovely secluded garden, games, books also and connection for games console. Really comfortable sofa and beds. Would highly recommend!!

Comfortable, very clean, well equipped bungalow.

Close to the sea and very peaceful and quiet. The number 12 bus stops about 5 minutes walk away from the bungalow. It stops at various seaside resorts between Rhyl and Llandudno. We didn't use the car all week as we were able to walk or get the bus to wherever we wanted to go. Very relaxing week just what we needed. Thank you.

I’ve stayed here several times, while sorting out my mums affairs, after her resent death.

Funeral etc. Cove house was a quiet comfortable place to relax a bit in a stressful time. Loved every stay. And I will be back

I was up sorting out my mums funeral. She died last month. So it was a perfect . Quiet and comfortable place. I’ve book it twice more. One being the week of the funeral. Keep up the good work

Took our breath away when we walked in the door.

Just beautiful. Attention to detail is just perfection . Created with love,and with every home comfort you can possibly think of and a few more hidden . Cozy nights and movies on the smart TV ,and a hidden surprise with the sofa ,(extends into a HUGE cinema sofa

The property worked well for us as a couple exploring the local area.

It was very clean and warm which was appreciated. The equipment in the house was well thought about,and the welcome pack was above average. The cutlery was a little disappointing,and as was the lack of serving dishes. Overall a good two weeks and would consider returning.

This was our 3rd visit 2nd this year to this brilliant holiday bungalow, we decided to come for our wedding anniversary the 23rd September, it's got everything you could possibly need, and once again the weather turns out to be nice, ps I do like the check in day on a Friday, Alan and Joyce, pps the wife's getting use to the teapot !

Lovely cottage.

Beautifully decorated. Sun lounge and enclosed back garden were a bonus. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped, it had everything you would need. Even if the weather was bad it was stiĺl so nice to spend time in the cottage. We had a fantastic week and would certainly come back.

Our second visit to Cove House didn't disappoint the first time and definitely didn't the second time.

Cant recommend highly enough 10/10 from us. We had a little problem with the TV and the owners came out straight away and sorted a very simple problem out for us (slightly embarrassing) couldn't thank them enough nothing was too much trouble.

Very quaint accommodation, excellent location as we wanted something close to the hospital and it was approximately 12 minutes drive away.

The cottage was very clean and well maintained. Very close to the beach which was ideal for going on long walks. Would highly recommend for a short break.

Could not fault cove house it was lovely and cosy with everything you could need and probably a bit more.

As we visited in November we didn't get to use the garden but it is a lovely enclosed space for sitting out in the summer. Would highly recommend cove house.

So close to the sea and nice private back garden. So quiet at night. Like home from home but added sea gulls.Would reccomend Cove House 100%.

I would just like to say that my friend and myself had a great week at cove house , the accommodation was great , had everything you required and I liked the way they explained how everything worked , made life so much easier for a good break.

This is a very clean cosy bungalow in a quiet spot.

We enjoyed our stay here very much and would book again. Also the welcome gift of drinks and biscuits were appreciated thank you.

What a gem.

The cottage was spotless and there was everything there that we needed to make for an enjoyable stay. The location was perfect (apart from the roads which we knew about in advance) near enough to all the shops etc but far enough away to allow for a quiet week away. The support offered by the owners was greatly appreciated but luckily wasn't needed. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who wants a comfortable and quiet stay within driving distance to most of the beautiful places North Wales has to offer.

We really enjoyed our time at Cove House.

It was really well set out though I have already said to the owners that the one thing that made it not 100% was that you had to use one of the bedrooms to get to the sun room and garden. The road to access the bungalow are badly potholed but this is pointed out on the information in the description of the property and is no fault of the owners. I didn't read the information book provided and had to call the owners Si and Rach for help with the cooker hob! So save yourselves some time and read the info book that has all the info you need. I was hoping to book again but the dates I wanted had gone so I hope that shows what I think about Cove House.

The property was very clean, comfortable and well presented.

Everything that we needed for our stay was provided for us. The position of the bungalow with regards to the coast was lovely and the walk along the promenade to the supermarket was relatively quick and enjoyable. Navigating the road to the bungalow and finding the best way to park the car were the only awkward bits but you soon learn how to avoid the worst of the pot holes. I would definitely stay there again if I was holidaying in North Wales.

We are coming again this year possibly last week in Sept.

For our very first visit to Wales my wife and I chose Cove House to use as a base for discovering Wales.

We were not disappointed.It is within easy reach of some lovely places. Beautiful comfy cottage and private back garden, so close to the beach and walkway along the coast.The cottage itself was very clean and well equipped.A large supermarket was within easy walking distance along the coastal path. We enjoyed our stay very much and perhaps one day may be able to return.

Toilet got stuck on 3 times in week but no problem I took my Firestick for sky sports but there was too much Buffering to watch it.

All in all beautiful holiday be back AGAIN!

The accommodation itself was nice and spacious enough for 2 people, the kitchen had most of the utensils you needed, if you have never used an induction hob before, you will need to refer to the manual.

The parking was a bit of a faff and the roads leading to the property from the main road are pretty awful and in desperate need of maintenance. The back garden is a sun trap with nice seating available. This place provides a good base for getting around parts of North Wales.

The bungalow was very pretty, it was clean and cosy with a lovely little sun room at the back. A nautical theme throughout. We spent the nights with a cuddly penguin and a fluffy octopus. We left a little red crab for the owners to find. (A glass one, not a real one l might add). Would definitly return .

Lovely bungalow and the location is perfect right next to the beach and amenities.

Very clean and nice little touches which make it feel like home. Nice walk along the sea front to Rhyl and Towyn. My only note of caution is the road, as previously stated, does not have a level surface. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained and in a good spot for walking along the coastal path. Fabulous touches and very well put together and a nice welcome tray on arrival so we could have a brew and biscuit. Hope to return next year. `H and H`

Lovely little property in a quiet location right on the seafront.

The property itself is nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are friendly and helpful with good communication via text. The location is a great base for exploring the area. Rhyl was walkable even with a 5 year old and we found loads of other places to visit within a short drive (less than 30 minutes). We really enjoyed our week in Cove House.

Brilliant holiday bungalow we usually stop in caravans when visiting Wales but this holiday let is more comfy, more spacious, more facilities and a more pleasant experience we arrived same day as storm Unice !

What a fab little cottage!

Suited myself and partner down to the ground. In a great location by the coastal path, with shops etc in walking distance. The cottage itself was wonderfully clean and welcoming on arrival, and warm and cosy during a wet and windy week in December. Would love to go back when the weathers better and make the most of the beach being so close.

We had a lovely stay at Cove House, it was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our holiday.

Lovely welcome pack waiting by the coffee machine on our arrival. Great communication from the owners on the day of arrival, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cove House to any of my friends.

Beautiful seaside themed bungalow which is just a few steps from the promenade.

The accommodation was very clean and had lovely little touches provided by the hosts. Very quiet, peaceful location but beware the potholes in the access road! Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to sit in the secluded garden, maybe another time!

The roads in particular were exceptionally bad.

It was more noticeable for me, as I don't have a big car, so the pot holes and dips were putting a lot of strain on my suspension. Also, many of the instruction manuals for each appliance were difficult to understand. I would have to think carefully whether it would be worth traveling 200+ miles each way again to stay here for a holiday. Overall, we did enjoy the peace and outlook though. Location very good but the quality of our cottage made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Booked property for 6 nights really enjoyed it didn't want to leave.

Good communication from the owner made book in really easy. Property was spotless very well presented owners have put a lot of thought into the presentation and making sure we had everything we needed. Location is great quiet and just a few yards from the beach, most things you need are just a short walk away, walk a little further and you are in Rhyl. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return. Thank you.
