The caravan needs a lot of maintenance to bring it up to standards that are acceptable.
The van was not cleaned on our arrival and was filthy , I had to clean myself and we left after 1 night as it wasn't a nice place to stay in , I would avoid at all costs . I do have pictures but not allowed to publish on here .
My mate and me booked it for a fishing trip didn't start well registration fee owner is supposed to register there guessed which should be in price oh no a cost of 30 quid Then the caravan firstly no toilet brush in either toilet, main bathroom light not working, radiators in both bathrooms rusty and shower hose were it loops it is black either from not being cleaned or mould ,settee far corner near large window sat down and sank into pull out bed no board under it also not clean the mattress in double room if two people were sleeping on it you would get the full spring experience in your back needs replacing, also would help if an iron and board be supplied so you can do your clothing, will not be or ever rebooking with this owner could have booked a caravan on another site for less but we like the site and oh we have and had better accommodation in some older caravans my advice avoid
Very dissapointed and upset that upon arrival at reception we were informed that we had to pay extra costs to register with them.
This should have been done when booking. We were never notified of this by the owners and when the staff rang them they were not bothered. The caravan seats were filthy, and so was the carpet. The back of the toilet was disgusting and dirty. The mattresses on the beds were so uncomfortable that we had to come home 2 days early as we just couldn’t stand another night sleeping on them. Would definitely not recommend or go back, the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in
