We loved our stay at this beautiful property on Anglesey.

The view and sunrises were stunning. After a day of exploring the area, the hot tub was so appreciated. The hosts are welcoming and helpful. The location works well for visiting lighthouses, beaches and area castles. Highly recommend this home.

An absolutely amazing holiday the cottage is five star with outstanding views and owners who couldn’t do enough to make sure that the holiday was five star.

The photos don’t do it justice it’s truly a beautiful place within easy reach of everything you could want to do on a holiday. Would not hesitate to recommend!

The most amazing property!

It is absolutely immaculate and our group felt very much at home immediately. The owners were extremely helpful and gave us some great recommendations of places to visit/eat. We have no hesitation in recommending the property and owners, and can’t wait to return.

My family & I enjoyed another fantastic week at Yr Hen Feudy.

This is the best property we have stayed in for cleanliness and comfort. The owner is on site should you need anything but this is very unlikely as everything has been thought of. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property in the future.

We returned to this stunning cottage and it was as lovely as in previous visits.

The cottage is spotlessly clean and is finished to a very high standard. The views are fantastic. Good food at the local pub too. The owners are wonderful. We will be back again.

We booked both holiday lets for my husbands Birthday.

Both properties are exceptional and the owners have thought of everything you would need. Everything within the lets are of a very high standand, that made it a truly wonderful holiday. The hosts are nearby (but not intrusive) and are the most thoughtful, kind and friendly people you would wish for to make your stay extra special. Both properties should come with a warning, you will never want to stay anywhere else when you have stayed here!

Really has the Wow factor High quality super comfy Sofas and Beds set in a truly beautiful spot with awesome views and a top notch hot tub steaming away at 38C.

Well kitted out everything you need. For us the only thing missing was a decent Coffee machine but we took our Nespreso . Owners are great ! Very friendly and helpful. This property is absolutely lovely.

8 of us stayed here for a friends Birthday. It was spacious with plenty of room for everybody to make it feel comfortable. The hosts were near site making you feel at home. The views were amazing and if you want to get us for sunrise you will have a treat. We would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at this property and found it to be amazing.

The place is beautiful and well-maintained, and we had a very pleasant stay. However, we were deeply disappointed by the owner's false feedback, claiming that we did not leave the property clean and attempting to charge additional fees. This accusation is both untrue and unfair, as we made sure to leave the property in good condition. While the stay itself was enjoyable, this experience at the end has left us feeling let down. We hope the host will reconsider their approach in handling such situations, as it affects the overall experience for future guests.

Fabulous house in a great location.

The owners were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The views from the lounge wow! The house had everything we needed and more. You can see that so much thought has gone into this gorgeous holiday let. There was a lot of repeat stays in the visitors book and we will definitely return. Even storm Bert could not spoil our stay.

This property is first class.

In a great location with expansive views of the sea, it is spacious with luxury fittings throughout. The owners were unobtrusive but a friendly and helpful and available for any query. Moelfre is a pretty village with a couple of quality gift shops a pub, cafe, ice cream shop and chippy. There are good walks along the coastal path in both directions easily accessible from the bungalow. Plenty of parking and good access to the main roads to visit other parts of the island. We had a family get together and all enjoyed it. The hot tub was a bonus, well maintained , with lovely views of the sea, definitely highly recommend Yr Hen Feudy ( The Old Shippon)

Fabulous property in the most stunning location.

The owners have renovated to the highest standard, thinking of everything you will need to make your stay amazing. The beds were so comfortable. It was spotless. The hot tub was a dream. The view was beautiful. Making for a superb weekend. The Prosecco, bread, milk and cake were all much appreciated and made for a very warm welcome.

What a lovely place to stay.

Set back from the road so no real traffic noise, but close enough to walk to one of the two local pubs. The accommodation is perfect for all age ranges, and anyone with mobility issues. We are 3 couples in our 60’s (well one is under but we’re not counting) so enjoyed the fabulous views of an ever changing sea & sky from the very comfy lounge. As a previous review said, how good it was to have comfy seats for everyone. (even if there’d been the 8) The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds & bedding super comfy, and luxury of 2 en-suites & family bathroom.. always plenty of hot water for the showers. Pristine cleanliness throughout. The wood & tile flooring throughout (apart from bedrooms) coupled with the high ceilings gave a spacious airy feel, (although personally I found it a little echoey). The icing on the cake was the large hot tub on a lovely patio, great view from tub too. Our hosts were unobtrusive (tub checked daily) friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We all said Yr Hen Feudy is a great example of a well planned out design and execution of a 5star holiday home. We highly recommend it.

Plenty of space, wonderful views in a perfect location. Really does cater for 8 including very comfortable sofas. We have stayed in properties for 8 but only seating for 6. Amazing beds. But we have to give a huge thank you to our hosts who are wonderful , helpful and kind. See you again.

A well designed property in an outstanding location with great views out to sea.

The rooms were comfortable,clean & organised for ease of use. The kitchen was well equipped and large dining area. The lounge was also comfortable with a panoramic window & view. Excellent hot tub - clean , warm and well maintained. Plenty of parking space. 10 minute walk into Moelfre village. Good road access for visiting all parts of the island.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday, the cottage was everything and more and we immediately felt at home and very comfortable.

The only recommendation we had as a family was to put a TV in the kitchen and perhaps a couple of soft furnishings, just so that it wasn’t so echoey in the property. That said we loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

This was our second stay at your fantastic home we just love the place the owners deserve a huge thumbs up all round .

Absolutely fantastic.

The accomodation was modern and very spacious. The views were great, looking over the sea. Anglesey was beutiful with great beaches. We spent fun times at five different beaches which were supported with good restaurants, in particular, Red Wharf Bay (Tavern on the Bay), Treaddur ( Sea Shanty ) and Rhosneiger ( Oyster Catcher ). Moelfre is a pretty little village by the sea with a really good pub serving great food. We would definitely return.

We have stayed here several times and been completely delighted on every occasion.

The hosts are extremely welcoming, the property is very modern contemporary & stylish and is equipped with everything you could need. The interior is attractively minimalist in concept so there’s plenty of space to enjoy the peace, quiet and sensational views.

Wonderful cottage, extremely clean and well equipped. A beautiful quiet location with splendid views and friendly, helpful owners nearby. We have now explored most of the island but I think we may be tempted back again to this special place.

Amazing stay. Such a stunning place - beyond our expectations really! We were very well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. My Mother-in-law had a 60th to remember, celebrating with her family. It's very likely that we'll be back.

First class holiday accommodation in stunning setting convenient for Moeller and Benllech.

Everything was of a very high standard from well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with quality linen and very attractive bathrooms. The views from the living room were unbelievable! Faultless! We will be back and we’re sorry to leave.

Beautiful bungalow that has been renovated to a very high standard.

The views are amazing & the bungalow has been designed to make the most of that. Loved sitting in the lounge with a cuppa looking out to sea. We were all very comfortable. Mattresses & bedding a high standard. Dewi & Rhian were very helpful & welcoming. I highly recommend this property & we’ll definitely be back!

This is one of the nicest properties I have stayed in.

It is in a beautiful location and has been tastefully furnished and equipped. The hot tub is a fantastic addition to the property. I am looking forward to a return visit next March with members of my family.

Fabulous week in this cottage with my family 4 adults and 3 grandchildren.

The cottage was really lovely, the space for the boys to play football, the hot tub, the proximity to the village, pubs, and beaches was all brilliant. We visited an Alpaca farm twice (which is only 10 minutes ) away and enjoyed feeding and learning about Alpacas. My grandsons observed a lifeboat launch and enjoyed learning about the valuable work they do. The coastal walks were great and retreating to the lovely cottage (and hot tub) at the end of the day was fab. All in all we had a great week and we were sorry to leave hopefully we will be back. This cottage is the nicest we have ever stayed in the owners have furnished it to a very high standard and the sea view is outstanding, made full use of the hot tub after our coastal walks and Moelfre is just a short walk but uphill coming back and Benllech very near for grocery shopping we will definitely be back

We all loved this property!

The house location was perfect. We had a brilliant view of the coast from the very comfortable lounge, and shops, cafes and the fish and chip shop were within easy reach by car or on foot. The furniture and fittings were of a very high quality, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Having a hot tub was an added bonus - we loved it! Definitely somewhere that we would be more than happy to return to in the future.

Great property in Moelfre.

We stayed for a long weekend for a family gathering and had a superb experience. The property is well maintained and fitted to a high standard. We had everything we needed. The owners were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely return for another visit!

An absolutely fantastic property!

! I can’t recommend this property highly enough. A really beautiful property with the most lovely owners. We were blessed with the most gorgeous hot weather during our stay and so were able to sample the lovely beaches nearby with our nearly 2 year old grandson. The views from the property were amazing and the hot tub so lovely after returning from days out. We all commented on how comfy the beds were - we have never slept so well. The property is such a credit to Dewi and Rhian - thank you for such a wonderful holiday. I know we will return. We have recommended this holiday property already to our friends and family.

Property is spacious and clean, has everything you need, including hot tub, great sea views, and seeing wild rabbits a bonus.

When village suffered a power cut we got a visit to explain what had happened and to make sure everything was OK. Will be looking to come back.

We all had a great time.

Plenty of hot water and the shower's were very powerful, which normally in a bungalow there isn't much power. Well stocked in the kitchen. The hot tub was lovely and big with a view over the sea. The twin granddaughters were in it twice a day. Plenty of parking . The photos don't do it justice, it's a great holiday place . Plenty to do on Anglesey Island. Try the swellies at RIP Tide it's brilliant .

I cannot rate this cottage highly enough, spotlessly clean, amazing views, plenty of space for the whole family, very well appointed kitchen and bathrooms and so many extra touches by the owners Rhian and Dewi.

We booked for 23rd June for 7 nights to celebrate my mums 80th Birthday and not one of us wanted to leave. Wonderful property, setting and very close to some lovely beaches. We will be booking for two weeks next year. Thank you so much Dewi and Rhian.

This is a very special holiday bungalow and is operated by warm-hearted, friendly, and special people.

We chose this accommodation as we were going on holiday with a very ill relative who needed all facilities to be on the ground floor and we wanted views of the sea - we were not disappointed. I really don't think that the pictures do this property credit. It was only opened in the last twelve months and so the decoration, fixtures, kitchen and hot-tub are all immaculate. The layout works great and the ground-to-ceiling windows in the main lounge provide a view that you never tire of looking out on to. The hot-tub was delightful and there is plenty of space for cars and privacy from surrounding buildings. We will definitely be back. A huge thank-you to the owners who were so flexible and accommodating to turn the property around extra quickly so that my father-in-law could use the facilities after a long drive from England. I challenge anybody to find a nicer place to stay on the Island of Anglesey.

A true gen of a location with views to behold !

Such a home from home with every little detail thought of. Everything high quality and so so comfortable. A truly fabulous weekend had by the 8 of us and none of us wanting leave. Will certainly recommend this house as a place to stay.

The owner was very helpful and gave lots of information about the Area, the cottage was immaculate had everything you could possibly need, the location was idealic with such amazing views, couldn't ask for anything better.

On arrival we were greeted by the owners, who were very welcoming, and also came out to meet us on departure. It is very spacious, and faultlessly clean. Some little welcome gifts of Welsh lamb flavoured crisps, Welsh cakes, milk and prosecco added a personal touch, in addition to many other basic essentials already being there, it is difficult to find fault with this property. We have stayed in a lot of places and this is honestly one of the most perfect. So nice we have already booked to return!

A beautiful and amazing cottage with spectacular views.

This really was a 5 star cottage. The cottage was very clean and maintained to high standards. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and the knifes are sharp (unlike many other properties I have stayed in!). Beds and bedding were very comfortable and all of our party had fantastic nights sleep. The hot tub with the view is an added bonus. On arrival there were fresh flowers, scones and milk. The owners had also left some chocolates for our birthday girl which was a lovely touch. The owners were on hand if we needed them and popped over to say hello and check everything was ok on our first night. Overall a fantastic stay in a spectacular peaceful location. Highly recommended.

Outstanding property, they have thought of everything.

Super clean and basically brand new. Enough cookware to cook a Christmas dinner, if you needed to. Great WiFi throughout. Great showers and bathrooms. Super comfy beds with clean fresh bed linen. Gorgeous sunrise and sea views. We turned all the outside lights off for hot tub beneath the stars. You will not be disappointed , but by the looks it’s already fully booked!

Absolutely stunning.

The cottage looked better in real life! The owners were very hospitable and even took out time to show us around on their farm - it certainly made the children’s day. It was a perfect holiday.

From the moment we arrived at Yr Hen Feudy we were completely blown away.

Dewi and Rhiann, the owners were so warm and welcoming, and couldn't do enough to make us feel at home; they were just a phone call away if we needed anything at all. On entering the cottage, we were all speechless at the luxury and attention to detail throughoutthe property. The cottage was spotless and every room was beautifully designed. The fixtures and fittings were extremely high-quality, and the views from every window were breath-taking, especially looking down to the sea from both the lounge and the hot tub! Rhiann and Dewi had left us some scones and Welsh cakes from a local bakery and a bottle of prosecco to welcome us, along with everything we needed to light the beautiful log burner. We had absolutely everything we needed and more! We couldn't recommend this beautiful place, or thank Dewi and Rhian, enough! We are in love with Yr Hen Feudy and will definitely return!
