5 Ger Y Nant is a lovely fishing village located in Gwynedd on the magnificent Llyn Peninsula.

This homely, ground-floor apartment is pet-friendly, has four roomy bedrooms and conveniently located near local facilities and the sea.

Families or groups of friends wishing to get away to the coast will love the open-concept living area.

Once inside, go straight to the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a hearty lunch that the entire family can enjoy at the dining room table.

Later, unwind on the plush couches in front of the electric flame-effect stove's comforting warmth and turn on the Smart TV to prepare for a much-needed family movie night.

Numerous paths lead through the forest that backs up to the shore; follow them to locate the tin man sculpture atop the hill or go farther to explore the breathtaking gardens of the National Trust site Plas yn Rhiw.

The diverse treks, trails, and excursions in Snowdonia National Park are all conveniently accessible by car, and the courageous among you might even attempt to climb Snowdon's peak to take in the expansive vistas of Wales.

LLANBEDROG

Abersoch 3 miles; Pwllheli 4 miles.

The coastal village of Llanbedrog is situated on the Llyn Peninsula and makes a wonderful base for exploring this beautiful part of North Wales. The village offers two pubs, both serving food. There are lots of nearby sandy beaches, remote bays and numerous walks. Sailing, fishing, pony trekking and golf are all available locally, and the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Just a scenic drive away is the picturesque town of Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous views, as well as a regular market which has been running since the 14th century and is popular amongst tourists and locals for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.
