We had a fantastic stay at Argraig!

With 8 adults, 4 children and a dog, there was plenty of space - all the bedrooms and shared spaces are great sizes. It’s beautifully decorated and really well equipped (kitchen bits/hairdryer/highchair). The views from the property are stunning, including from the hot tub which we made full use of! The outdoor spaces are brilliant for all, including a lovely grassed area at the back which our dog loved! It’s only a short and lovely walk to a stunning beach. Couldn’t recommend this properly enough!

Excellent property and location for a big family.

Plenty of space to be together or have some time on your own. Very well equipped for cooking and eating both indoors and outdoors. Plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space. Outside facilities equally as good with fantastic views across the bay from the hot tub or terrace. Sandy beach, local store and cafe all within easy short walking distance. Lots of local walks, holiday towns and places of interest within a short drive. Easy communications with a very helpful owner. Thanks for a wonderful holiday thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Argraig was an amazing holiday home and the perfect place for our family to get together and relax.

Handy for the beach and the Aqua bar, and within walking distance of a well stocked local Spar. The kitchen had every utensil you could ever need and the dining area plus the extra seating area was perfect for cooking eating and relaxing. The lounge was so comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone and the views from both rooms were spectacular. Lulu was absolutely lovely and welcoming and we felt very much at home. Unfortunately one of our party managed to leave a set of house keys behind. These were found by Lulu who let me know of this and also arranged to return them to us. Many thanks for that Lulu

It is evident that a lot of thought has gone into giving guests a great holiday.

Loved our stay at Argraig, brilliant location, close to well stocked shop, pharmacy, beach with good beach cafe and amazing art gallery, serving great food, all in walking distance.

Party of 12, age 6-78, plenty of room, lovely large sitting room huge tv with all apps, although we always seemed to be in the lovely big kitchen with another tv and chairs and huge dining table. Thanks to Lulu the house was lovely and clean and well stocked with towels, she was always available to answer our queries. Definitely would return.

A family with ages ranging from 1-64! The house so well equipped to suit our needs and spotlessly clean. Lulu was a great host and responded to any queries immediately. Fabulous area to explore with easy access to everywhere on the Llyn Peninsula. We would recommend to other large family groups.

We were a family group of 12 , ranging from 5 to 78 , and all of us agreed that Argraig was the best family house we have stayed in .

Beautiful house , great views, really well equipped, lots of rooms for the kids to play hide and seek . Llandbedrog beach is just a ten minute walk away , so no need to use the car , pub and local Spar shop , five minutes away. Lots of outdoor seating , plus a great hot tub to relax in after one of the many local walks . Lulu has really thought of everything to make a great holiday house , would definitely recommend Argraig.

Firstly there was good communication with Lulu before and throughout our holiday.

Also there was a very nice welcome pack which included proseco, welsh butter, welsh biscuits and home made marmalade. With regards to the property itself it is difficult to fault it. We were a family of 10 over 3 generations with the eldest 74 and the youngest 2 and it was perfect for us all. Beautiful, large, very well equipped, with a nice sea view and fantastic hot tub. From a location point of view, again superb. Pub and shop around the corner and superb child friendly beach just a half a mile away. This’s is the best holiday home I have ever rented out and can strongly recommend it. Steve Worrall

The property was excellent for our family get together.

The location was great with just a 7 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was extremely well equipped which was great when catering for 12 people including 2 toddlers. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and organised. We had a great holiday in a lovely spacious home and hope to return very soon. Thank you Lulu

Argraig is without doubt the cleanest, most well equipped and comfortable property we have stayed in as a family group of 12.

The owner goes above and beyond in her attention to detail to help make this a perfect holiday home. We all loved the location with easy access to the beach, walks and other towns on the Llyn Peninsula. Lovely relaxing week - went days without using the car given easy access to a well stocked shop, pubs, cafes and takeaway delivery services.

As well as being a fabulous place to stay, Argraig is a super base for lots of places to visit and things to do, and it is near a good pub and a handy local store.

Llanbedrog beach must be one of the safest for choldren in the UK, and there is a great beach bar/cafe.

The property was very clean, spacious and airy - all necessary items for self catering amply stocked.

Comfortable beds and lounge seating. Loved the hot tub! Plenty outdoor seating for sunny days. Short walk to the beach - Convenience store very close - Host easily contactable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

The property is wonderful.

It’s rare to find this quality of comfort for the price. The kitchen was stocked to a very high standard. There must have been 100 different glasses and 50 mugs! Plus lovely serve ware. We were all impressed. We all slept well in comfortable beds in tastefully decorated bedrooms. The lounge area is very comfortable too. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at Argraig.

Have just returned home after a wonderful week at Argraig for my 50th with all of my family.

Wow, what a place! Without a doubt, Argraig is the cleanest, most immaculate and well equipped house we have ever stayed in. The photos on the website do not do this gorgeous place justice. The house feels like someone's home, not just a holiday let. It is modern, light and airy with lots of space inside and an amazing outdoor area with views of Llanbedrog beach which was minutes away. The owner Lulu was great, her personal touch was so evident, from the fresh flowers to the fantastic welcome pack with the best home made marmalade ever! The huge hot tub and the beautiful weather we've had have been the icing on the cake. I cannot recommend Argraig enough for a relaxing family holiday.

The location and views are gorgeous and the cottage is well-equipped and charmingly furnished.

The house was absolutely beautiful.

It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen in particular was really well equipped. We had wonderful views, especially from the upstairs windows, and we all enjoyed sitting and watching the sun rise from the lounge. The communication from Lulu, the owner, was brilliant and our whole family had a great break.

Fantastic!

A real treat to stay in this beautiful house, will definitely return. Loved the hot tub, huge baths and stunning views.

My only suggestion would be to get black out curtains for the bedrooms.

I’m very light sensitive, so didn’t sleep much beyond 6am

This is a lovely house in a really convenient setting.

The beach is a walk away and there is a Spar and excellent family pub just a walk away. The house is warm, comfortable and roomy with a very well stocked kitchen. The owner also left a welcome pack for us which was lovely of her. We are hoping to go again.

Perfect accommodation, the whole house is tastefully decorated.

All kitchen equipment are to a very high standard. Position in a great area to the beach and walks. The owner is very contactable. We love it been twice.

Our holiday at argraig was simply perfect.

This house was beyond anything we've stayed in on our 40 years experience of self catering hols in llanbedrog and surrounding areas. If you want a taste of luxury , total comfort , stunning surroundings and faultless facilities , this is for you. I can't think of one negative thing to report, and when you have a mix of age groups and generations all sharing a home , this is usually not the case !! Unfortunately this has spoiled us now and so nothing less than Argraig will do for future holidays !! Looking forward to next year at Argraig !!

Our family of eight adults, a toddler and a baby thoroughly enjoyed our week at Argraig.

The house has been renovated to a very high standard and everything we needed was there. The property is close to a great beach and there are many interesting places to visit within a short driving distance. We had a great stay in this well equipped house and the hot tub was a definite hit with most of the adults. By the end of the week even I had mastered reversing up the steep drive!

Argraig is a fantastic property.

It has been renovated to the highest standard With everything and more than we required. Local shop within 100 meters and the pub only 50 meters serving very good food. The area has very good beach’s and fantastic views . We would not hesitate to return.

Argraig was everything and more than we were expecting, the views were amazing from the house and lots to do in the area, all 12 of us ranging from 5 -60 had a fantastic time and didn't want to leave.

Lulu who owns Argraig has done an amazing job on the house and everything is top quality and it is beautifully furnished throughout. We would definitely recommend Argraig and hopefully we will be visiting again. Thanks Lulu for sharing your home xx

I was their for my 70th with my lovely family.

Everything you could think of taking on an self catering holiday was their plus more. We had a fantastic break the house was excellent. Except the driveway was too steep we parked our car in the shop around the corner. We would 100% Recommend this house

The house was superb, furnished to a very high standard and very well equipped.

There was plenty of space for our extended family with a large lounge, and kitchen with a big kitchen table and equally big outside table, which we fortunate to use lots with the excellent weather. There is plenty of outside seating with fantastic sea views which could also be seen from the hot tub. We had a fabulous holiday and would definitely recommend both the house and the area.

Argraig is beautiful, extremely spacious and has everything needed for a great holiday.

It really is what you call luxury. The area around the cottage offers plenty to do but when the weather is not to good then Argraig couldn’t be a better place to stay in and watch a movie in the huge front room or play games round the large dining table. I would certainly recommend to large groups.

Fabulous property recently renovated to a high standard.

Offered everything we wanted to a group ranging from 2 to 70. Great location near to all local amenities and the beautiful beach of Llanbedrog. Wonderful communal kitchen where we could all congregate whilst making dinner. Super lounge that was relaxing for a movie night. All bedrooms well proportioned with plenty of storage and a super comfy bed. Really enjoyed the week we stayed in August 2020 and looking forward to returning soon.

Was amazing .

Apart from weather , however we were very disappointed to get an email a few days after we got home asking if we had taken or disposed of a bed sheet and towels . We worked very hard to strip beds and leave house as we found it clean n tidy and so since we certainly had not got missing said bed sheet and the 8 towels implied that we’d taken, we had not simply used and were in the unused beds rooms .sykes said they may have to charge us !!! And have not heard from them since . Bad feeling now about them so unless I hear from them soon won’t be using them again
