Tŷ Gareg

It is a lovely property but maybe given a name to avoid having to say it is number 1 in a large leisure development.

The garden is not self-contained which meant our dog could run into next door's garden. Fortunately it was unoccupied while we were there. Otherwise it was an excellent place to stay. If staying in Anglesey go to beautiful and cool Moelfre on North Coast.

This was our second visit to Ty Gareg and we enjoyed our stay as much as the first time. Victoria the host is so very helpful and considerate. The amenities are amazing with everything you need provided. If we return to Anglesey in the future we would definitely stay again.

Ty Gareg is a lovely bungalow, comfortable with all the amenities needed.

The location is ideal for exploring Anglesey. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it.

We had a lovely short stay at Ty Gareg, accommodation was lovely, clean, welcoming and cosy.

Everything we needed. Great central location to explore. The holiday site itself is quiet and immaculate and also has a few lovely resident rabbits. Host was great, she sent an email prior to stay with details and a very handy welcome pack including ideas of places to visit which we did and really enjoyed. The garden was a lovely area and very private and peaceful, lovely to hear so many birds singing. The only thing to note was the grass was very long but presuming it is usually cut every couple of weeks and was due after our stay, and there is only one garden gate meaning there is an open side, no problem for us as our dog is never left alone in the garden but just to make people aware. Thank you for a great stay, we will book again.

So peaceful. Very nicely fitted out and a lot of thought to guests' needs. We would love to go back sometime, It was that good!

Hi lovely cottage had a nice stay was spoiled by one part of the deking was dangerous needs repair and a few cobwebs in the cottage and we rang the mobile number it never answered.

A lovely comfortable and well equipped bungalow on a quiet cul de sac.

Out in the country but with good access to the main routes across the island and the mainland/Snowdonia and only 10 mins from supermarket. A really excellent place to explore the island and the mountains from. Thoroughly recommend it and plan to return

Excellent quiet location which is just what we were looking for The cottage had everything we needed and wanted and the listing was as described Plenty of places to visit with a national trust property just 2 miles away on the banks of the Menai Straights Would definitely visit again

A beautiful bungalow in a wonderful location, close to the Menia Strait, in a very peaceful area with excellent access to attractions and activities.

The property was beautifully maintained and included a very well-equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable living/dining space, lovely cosy beds and an enjoyable outdoor space with plenty of seating. I could not leave a review without mentioning the helpfulness and friendliness of the host. Communication was well above expectations with superb guidance for a wheelchair user regarding attractions and accessibility. Our overall experience of Tŷ Gareg was 5*’s. It was a relaxing, enjoyable, memorable stay and I would return 100%.

This is a lovely cottage on a really nice complex of similar cottages, it was an ideal lay out with two bedrooms both with en-suites that suited our needs completely.

It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. I had a welcoming email from Victoria to inform me that the key code lock had changed and that I could email her back if we any problems and thank you for the goodies left for us on our arrival. It was a very enjoyable stay, lovely neighbours too.

The cottage is ideally situated for visiting Anglesey and the mainland for day trips. Plas Newydd close by, is a lovely place and well worth visiting. Plenty of local shops in the nearby villages.

We had a wonderful stay at Tŷ Gareg.

The welcome pack was unexpected, delightful, and very much appreciated. The actual property was very cozy, comfortable, and homely, despite being beautifully clean and modern. It had all of the facilities that we could have wanted and is located within a well maintained and tranquil development. The outdoor spaces were great and would have been well used if we had stayed longer and the weather would have played ball. Overall a wonderful short break and on our list as a definite property to return to and recommend to others.

The peace surrounding the area was just perfect. Locals really lovely and helpful. Close to many places to visit. Very relaxing. Cottage had everything you could ever need to make your stay a perfect one.

We stay on Anglesey multiple times a year, and have done for many years.

This property is one of the best we have stayed in and will definitely become a new favourite. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and bedding very cosy. The parking is great, as we have 2 large cars. It’s situated in a lovely quiet corner, with a perfect (but not closed off) garden, we just kept our dog on a screw in lead for our own peace of mind. The welcome tray was also a lovely extra. Could not recommend this property more, absolutely perfect!

Beautiful bungalow with lovely garden surrounded by lawn, dog friendly and perfect for sitting out in the evening.

Very well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful break and great central location for touring Anglesey. Perfect stay in every way and welcome pack a lovely touch. Will return and definitely recommend, the owners have thought of everything you need and more.

Amazing property, in a quiet, relaxing location.

The cottage is definitely home from home, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay, could not ask for more. Plenty of parking space. The wrap around garden has 2 lovely seating areas, and is so peaceful sitting outside. The beds are so comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning. Loved that both bedrooms had ensuites. Plenty of places to visit in Anglesey, and we really enjoyed exploring the beaches and different towns. We had our Boxer dog with us and found everywhere was dog friendly. The one issue we did have, was immediately addressed by the owner, who went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We were more than happy with our stay and will definitely book again, and would highly recommend to anyone. We really appreciated the welcome pack, of cookies, crisps, tea, coffee, milk and a bottle of prosecco. Thank you

The accommodation at Ty Gareg is of a really high standard and also very comfortable.

We liked the position as the cottage is located at one end of a small private estate and is in easy reach of lots of nice beaches and other places of interest. The owners were really helpful and gave recommendations eg about places to eat, particularly useful in our case as I am coeliac and need a gluten free diet. We had a wonderful holiday here and would highly recommend it.
