Cwtch cottage had everything to make our stay 100%.

The owners Vanessa and Eric had thought of everything to make our stay the best it could be. Even put dog treats in the welcome basket, a bowl of . The cottage was clean and comfortable with everything we could have ever thought of. The information folder provided was very useful and answered all our questions. Cwtch cottage is somewhere we will definitely try to go back to in the future.

Our first time staying at Cwtch Cotttage.

From the moment we walked into the property we could see that it was very clean and fresh. There was also nothing that we could need, as all the necessary things we could need was there for us to use. The owners of the cottage also sent a text to welcome us and provided a welcome basket for humans and our dog, fabulous. A bottle of milk in the fridge was also appreciated for our arrival. We will be booking another stay at Cwtch in the future.

It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The owners left a welcome pack which was a nice thought. We holiday in the area regularly and would really love to return to Cwtch Cottage very soon.

Excellent location, close to so many beautiful places. The local pub was less than a ten minute walk away and served up lovely food with a good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this cottage. Holidaying in winter you need your accommodation to be much more than a base and this definitely was.

We have stayed in many Sykes properties and as Sykes rely on the owners providing up to date information and photos I can highly recommend Eric and Vanessa's property.

It's immaculate, well equipped, clean and comfortable. With plenty of options if any of the party has mobility issues. We have already booked for next year two weeks at Cwtch. As a foot note generally Sykes need to be on the ball with their clients up to date information. Thank goodness Eric and Vanessa really care about their clients. Reversing the car down the very steep drive is always a bit of a challenge but it is a very quiet road so a manageable issue. The only (minor) improvement I would look for would be a towel rail in the en-suite.

Excellent well equipped and spacious bungalow.

Good location. A train is available to get to Llandudno. We walked there along the coast and caught the train back. A lovely pleasant walk to Conway Castle. Llandudno and Conway were very dog friendly.

Very good location for nearby places to visit. Conwy, Llandudno, Rhos on Sea and Betwsy Coed The beach at Rhos on Sea was brilliantly for our dogs easy free parking and a nice walk on the promenade.

The cottage is in a good location and they all that you need for a holiday stay.

The only downfall for the property is the front wouldn't shut properly you had to really pull it shut/the family shower had a river of water coming through the door/the washing machine door is well used and hard to close. The rest of the property is well maintained.

An excellent property in a lovely area, the owners have maintained this cottage to a very high standard, it was well equipped, clean, deceptively spacious and an extra lounge area off the kitchen/dining room was very useful.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable week.

On arrival we were happy to find this spacious bungalow immaculately presented with all modern comforts for our stay.

As we were a party of 4 adults plus a dog we welcomed the use of two lounge areas, both with tv, a kitchen big enough for us all to sit down and eat together plus 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs although we also made use of a good pub/restaurant just a short walk away. The bungalow is set in a very pleasant residential location and although garden patio area is not a big space it was fine.

Beautifully clean, extremely comfortable, warm and very well equipped.

Also in an excellent location. We will certainly be returning.

Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Even down to a bowl of fresh water that had been put out for our dog on our arrival. We had a great week with our 2 teenage children and dog. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and our dog loved the goodies left for him!

Layout was ideal for our multi generational party with a nice little patio garden to the rear. Near to shops and tourist attractions and great views from the living the room!. Ample parking on front driveway - we had a van and a family car. The single bedroom does not have a window that opens to the outside, but was fine for our toddler who slept very well in there. Location is relatively quiet with nicely presented properties in surrounding area. A nice "home from home" feel to this property, so would definitely recommend.

The accommodation is a great size with two sitting rooms which worked well for us being a family of 5 with a small dog, very comfortable and cozy and the finishing touches of a welcome hamper and even a bowl of water ready for our dog after 4hrs of travelling was very much appreciated, we had a great time celebrating my mother-in-laws 70th birthday whilst we were there and exploring the surrounding areas.

We had a lovely stay at cwtch cottage, the cottage is very spacious, well equipped and everywhere was very clean.

Our family set up is a bit unusual as in there was me, my adult daughter and my elderly aunt & uncle. Therefore we struggled slightly with the bedrooms, my aunt and uncle go to bed quite early while we would stay up and watch tv (it would be nice to have tvs in all the bedrooms) but when my daughter went to bed in the single room she couldn’t put the light on because it lit up the double room and disturbed them. I understand the internal windows are there to let in light during the day but maybe blinds or curtains could avoid this issue. We also had an issue with the shower in the main bathroom, the shower screen leaks and there was quite a puddle on the floor after we used it. You wouldn’t know unless you actually use the shower so maybe the owner weren’t aware of the problem. These were minor problems that can be easily solved and overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the cottage and would hope to stay again xx

Clean, quiet, very spacious and well located bungalow close to Llandudno, Conwy, the A55 and Llandudno Junction Station.

Everything you need is there plus there’s the nice extra touch of a generous welcome hamper and milk in the fridge. On a quiet and pleasant estate it was a real home from home rather than simply a place to sleep. We’d highly recommend staying there.

Eric & Vanessa have made a beautiful cottage available to rent.

The accommodation is excellent and very spacious. There are two string rooms but as we have dogs we only used the rear one but the front room is even more spacious with a very large smart Tv and stunning views. The rear sitting room also had a decent sized Tv with patio doors leading out to a nice patio with a wooden table/beck, with additional chairs and is not overlooked. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with a very comfortable finning room table and chairs. The main bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed and en-suite. The front bedroom is spacious with twin beds, with an additional bedroom with single bed. To finish off there is a family bathroom. There is a large selection of dvd’s available with a PlayStation and games. The large drive can easily accommodate 2 or 3 cars. To sum up, you could have 5 guests staying and they would not get in each others way. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore North Wales.

The cottage was spotless we had everything we needed, in a lovely area very quiet it was a credit to the owners.

This is a very spacious, comfortable, tidy and very well appointed property in a quiet neighbourhood and provided a very good place to say within a few minutes easy drive of Llandudno.

The welcome pack left in the kitchen was generous. The wifi worked well which was important for us. The only cautionary observation I would make is that the half of the drive at the road end is very steep and needs a little technique to negotiate going in and out.

One of the best holiday accommodations I have stayed in for cleanlines and comfort. Plus definitely animal friendly. I took my own throws, but the owner had left out plenty anyway. A very much appreciated welcome pack awaited our arrival, including treats for Jessy the dog.

We loved it. Minor point for us was the mattresses quality of the rear bedroom but as i said minor.

This was a very comfortable, welcoming property and we felt at home straightaway.

Loved all the extras provided…. Welcome basket, cool box and picnic blanket, beach towels , books, DVD’s , dishwasher tablets. Definitely above and beyond what was expected. The only downside was the very restricted height in the loft bedroom , one step each way from the apex and you hit your head. Would definitely recommend to others.

The property was a real home from home the owners go to extra lengths to ensure this is possible.

The standard of cleaning is the best we have had (we stay in uk every year). The greeting pack was very good and apprciated .If you have pets they are also catered for, making our spoilt pooches happy. We would definately recommend this property.

Fabulous bungalow.

The only tjing was the wobbly chest of drawers in the twin bed room that nedds replacing and screwing to the wall as its where our grandchildren slept. Exceptionally clean ! Kitchen had everything you would want. Definitely stay there again.

Great position for touring the area Didn’t realise owner accepted dogs (our fault for not reading it correctly) we wouldn’t normally book a cottage that accepted dogs.

Could do with black out curtains on front bedroom, very bright, very early and woke us up Back patio in need of weeding. Chairs in kitchen quite uncomfortable. Upstairs bedroom very very restrictive in height not good. Only 1 bath towel each for the whole stay wasn’t ideal, so we had to wash the towels ourselves. Wouldn’t say value for money as we paid best part of £1000 for a one week stay. Welcome basket was a nice touch

The local Llandudno - Conwy area was a delight, with many gems we dimly remembered from decades ago or were entirely new to us. Two visits to Bodnant Garden - one was not enough to see it all!

We would have liked to book for next year but your price is now far too expensive.

IF you reduce these prices in future we would like to know. We have booked for another location for 2022

Very clean cottage.

Well equipped even with things we didn't expect to be provided like beach towels and snuggly throws for the sofa. Also brilliant welcome basket, thank you. Couple of personal preference thing, I found sofas in main lounge too low to sit on so we mostly sat in the living kitchen area. Also ground floor double bed too hard. Could do with a warning about the driveway which our vehicle just touched exhaust at the brow. But overall a first class property.

North Wales is a beautiful area with mountains, the sea and soft sandy beaches.

There's also lots to see and do. Cwtch cottage was a great base: spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. The two bathrooms were really useful, as was the safe courtyard garden for children to play in. Sykes' admin was excellent and very efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend.

The cottage was spotless.

We chose it because it had 2 bathrooms. The little extras made it special, providing shower gel and shampoo and conditioner and tooth brushes if needed too. My elderly parents enjoyed the hot water bottles and having a throw to use when sitting on the sofa. The best part for me was the quality of sleep I had. The room was spacious and quiet and beautifully clean.

The owners have furnished the cottage really tastefully with lots of attention to detail. They also supplied a welcome pack which, after a long journey, was very much appreciated and saved us having to dash out straight away to find a shop for supplies. In addition there were lots of extras available such as Tea, coffee, sugar, spare toiletries in the bathrooms. In fact too many things to list separately. This is an ideal property for either two families holidaying together or a family with children as there are two bathrooms and two seperate lounges. Both have TVs. I would definitely book Cwtch Cottage again when returning to the area.

This bungalow is absolutely beautiful inside all colour co-ordinated, spotlessly clean and very co for table.

They thought of everything and also things just in case you forgot something like a toothbrush etc. We had a great holiday here. I would be interested if this owner has a smaller bungalow for just my husband and I and not all the family.

This property was excellent, equipped with everything you could need and more.

Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. A lovely welcome hamper was provided, which was a lovely touch. The owners were very helpful when contacted. The only problem was the bed I used was not very comfortable to me as it was too firm and sloped towards the sides.

I`m going to breakdown my stay into sections.

.1, Location is in an ideal location..2, property is really suited for people with good mobility..3, Bedrooms in property goes as follows ground floor ensuite is great apart from bathroom fan rattles like hell when windy,rattled on and off during night causing me sleepless nights,other bedroom on ground floor is a twin,the bed are really only suitable for children,Bedroom 3,Really is just a loft with a double bed in it, Light switch on ground floor and no way switch upstairs to turn it off,Window doesn`t open so it get very hot and stuffy,and also headroom isnt great around bed..4,The property is absolutely spotless and has lots of nice touches,but overall i was left a little disappointed which is a shame as it has the potential to be a great property

We all had a very enjoyable time at this property over Christmas.

Everything kept to a very high standard and tastefully decorated generally and for Christmas. A pleasant surprise was the welcome hamper waiting for us on arrival.

I stayed with my family at Cwtch Cottage for the half term and I must say we were not disappointed.

On our arrival the cottage was spotless, the owners had left a welcome pack that included some welsh goodies and the all important vino. Coffee, tea, milk, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes and much more were supplied there was even an esky and ice packs for picnics out. The cottage had plenty of space for 6 of us and we never got under each other's feet. All in all was excellent value for money will definitely rent it again when I return to north wales. Absolutely 5 star ⭐️

Cwtch Cottage has all the conveniences of home and in addition, numerous little luxuries, extras and touches provided by the owners, the superb Welcome pack is one of these.

Being in such a central location, delightfully decorated throughout, well maintained, with comfortable beds, spacious storage, a well equipped kitchen and a wonderful view of the Welsh hills from the lounge bay window, it truly was an exceptional holiday cottage and if staying within the area again we would certainly revisit. The wonderful mountains, countryside, beaches and the towns along the north coast of Wales, plus Anglesey are all within an hour's drive or less. We had a fabulous holiday :)
