We enjoyed a short break at the apartment, which was beautifully presented, very clean and comfortable.

It was in a quiet spot, handy for the walk along the beach to the town centre.

We had a lovely relaxing break, it is in a really quiet location, the apartment is so comfortable and perfect place to enjoy North Wales, beautifully decorated we just loved our stay, and I would love to return again at some point.

Tyn Celyn is a great place that feels comfortable from the start.

The flat is well decorated, modern and kept in good condition. Each room works well and gives you what you need without any fuss. The owners left a bottle of wine and some milk, which was a very thoughtful touch and set a good tone for the stay. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable visit, and the short walk to the town and seafront makes the location very practical. Off street parking removes any stress about finding a spot. The hosts are easy to deal with and make the stay straightforward. I would recommend this flat if you want a solid base to explore the area.

Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the wine, was very nice touch! Easy walk to the promenade and town. Close to theatre where we had a fabulous meal before attending an event. Wonderful couple of days!

The property is well maintained and very comfortable.

Everything within the apartment is of a high standard and the kitchen is stocked with all the crockery that anyone could need. The owner is welcoming and very accommodating. There is always a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and also a carton of milk, so that you can make a drink on arrival. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Fantastic apartment with great comfort and ideal location .

Grateful for the milk and wine that is present when you arrive. Large rooms and kitchen bathroom is really modern . A short walk along the pier and you are at the many attractions

A really lovely apartment in a quiet part of town with everything you need on your doorstep.

With off road parking as an added bonus. A short stroll into Llandudno or a handy bus stop around the corner. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to everybody.

We had a lovely stay.

The location was perfect for us as it allowed to have a walk into town each morning. It’s also close to a lovely park and a paddling pool. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only small thing missing was an info pack letting us know about recycling, if anything needed doing upon departure etc, we’ve used Sykes lots of times and have always had an info pack. Will hopefully be booking again for next summer, this was the best property we’ve stayed at in the area.

Accommodation was lovely and modern.

Had all the necessarities needed, i.e toaster, microwave, kettle, washing machine. Included towels which saved room when packing. Beds were very comfortable. Ideal location, 20-30 minute walk along promenade to pier, 15 minute walk to a small retail park and plenty of eateries close by. Also had off road parking. Would book to stay again.

It was a short walk to the beach so the location was great.

It is a beautiful flat well positioned it is a walk to the pier but we enjoyed our stroll on the promenade Bed comfortable well equipped able to park place to sit outside It has stairs so not recommended if you struggle with them but otherwise no complaints

We have enjoyed an excellent week at Tyn Celyn.

The location is extremely convenient for the town and seafront and the property also had the bonus of designated parking. We found the flat itself to be very stylish, well equipped and comfortable. It had everything that one could need for a holiday stay. Our only slight reservation, as others have mentioned, is that it would have been helpful to have a ‘handbook’ of information about the property itself and how certain things work. That aside we would definitely recommend it and would not hesitate to book the property again if we were revisiting the area.

The apartment is spotless, comfortable, well equipped and maintained and in a perfect location- just on the edge of town surrounded by lovely houses and shops, Carmens mini market is a delight! Its an easy walk into town along the seafront and Llandudno is a lovely place, wide streets with beautiful buildings and everything catered for! We enjoyed a fabulous fireworks display on the beach, the cable car up the Great Orme and loved Conwy. The owners are lovely, very helpful and friendly and Ty Celyn is a credit to them. We'd definitely love to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Tyn Celyn and were pleased to find milk and wine waiting for us!

It was exceptionally clean and spacious and close to the sea front and shops but quite a walk into the centre of Llandudno which we didn’t mind. We found the television controls really confusing, having to “sign in” as a guest, then finding the channels you wanted to view! Also not a fan of the plants some very large in almost all the rooms! The biggest one in the double bedroom taking lots of space and no bedside table at that side. Having said that we enjoyed our holiday and Llandudno is very beautiful!

We had such a lovely week at this beautiful flat, celebrating a big birthday.

It was well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Off road parking is a bonus, but we found it easier to park on road. It was in a great location for our young family- our kids (age 5 and 8) especially enjoyed the open air paddling pool which was less than 5 minute walk away. We also enjoyed days out at Greenwood theme park, Gypsy Wood and the crazy golf at Rhos on Sea. It's about 20-25 minute walk in to Llandudno, but it's a lovely walk along the front. We also enjoyed lots of lovely meals in the area, especially Dylan's, Johnny Dough's, Blue Elephant and chippy on the front from Chish and Fips, which is close by. Overall it is a great flat in a fabulous spot. We would love to return!

Great location for the sea, on a quiet road. Apartment is fully equipped, host provided a welcome gift of wine, milk, tea and coffee. Also she checked in with us, that everything was fine. Only wished the table and chairs were slightly higher, as they seemed low. I would definitely stay at this apartment again without any hesitation.

It was a nice welcome to have a pint of milk, some tea and soap waiting for us plus a good bottle of wine. The quality of the rooms & furnishings were the right standard for the price charged. However some things which will be useful for the owners to address : Some instructions (manual) as usual in other holiday accommodations, of how to use the heating (especially as the night temperatures were very low) -local health facilities (minor injuries, Pharmacy etc) - Where bins are kept The toilet brush needs replacing The plants in main bedroom and kitchen are deteriorating and are hosting many little flies. If the doors would shut properly it would help keep the temperature comfortable 2nd bedside table in main bedroom. Mr & Mrs Halden

We had a fabulous stay at 18 Tyn Celyn.

The property was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The owner was on hand immediately to sort any queries that arose and she was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Excellent first floor flat that was clean and had all the basic essentials.

The flat is well located and within easy reach of local shops and only a 20 minute walk to the main town and sea front. The off road parking is convenient and in a very quiet area. We met the owner who was very friendly and helped with any initial queries that we had. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would hope to visit and and would certainly recommend the flat as an excellent place to stay when visiting Llandudno. My only observation was that if you turn the wrong way when visiting the bathroom from the bedroom you would fall down the stairs which would result in serious injury. I would a safety gate at the top of the stairs. Also the TV operation takes some getting used to. Nevertheless a very nice place to stay.

We had an enjoyable stay at Tyn Celyn.

Extremely spacious with everything you would need during your stay. Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. The location was ideal - we didn’t use the car while there. Only a few minutes walk down to to the seafront or along to the town. The town has a good selection of independent shops, as well as most of the out of town staples on the shopping complex which is very near the flat. We did a trip on the train to Blaenau Ffestiniog, stopping off at Betws-y-Coed en route. We would happily return.

We loved our stay at Tyn Cottage.

The rental was clean, beautifully decorated and a perfect place to retreat to after a long day exploring. Excellent location, quiet but within walking distance to the seafront. Host was helpful and the gifts on arrival were a lovely touch. Would love to return.

My wife and I have just spent a week in this great property.

It is in relatively quiet area of Llandudno and yet within easy reach of the town and many places of interest. The property itself is very spacious and well maintained. It has everything provided that you would need to have a relaxing time. The owner is a lovely lady who was able to offer suggestions of where to eat etc Would love to come back in the future. Our stay at Tyn Celyn was perfect.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very well equipped too and the shower room was fab. Quite simply, everything had been thought of by the lovely Bav who was warm and welcoming. The icing on the cake was that it is in a very quiet area and it was lovely to take advantage of being able to sit outside and relax. Would certainly recommend. Five Stars Bav, thank you.

This property is situated in a quiet residential area close to the sea front, and within walking distance of the town centre.

The apartment is modern light and airy. It has a well equipped dining kitchen and an excellent bathroom. The owner is a very pleasant lady and gave us a warm welcome. We had a really enjoyable stay and would like to return sometime in the future.
