Upstairs, you can rest in one of two neatly presented bedrooms, a double with storage and a twin, before waking up with a refreshing shower to start your day in the sleek bathroom.
Get to know your surroundings with a walk into the town centre; Llandudno is known for its long, sweeping promenade and quintessentially Welsh coastline.
Explore the Great Orme Country Park, wander the beach, or catch a show at the iconic Venue Cymru.
For a history-rich day out, make your way into Conwy and explore the castle and walls, before stopping for a bite to eat at one of the lovely independent eateries within the town.
Walkers, hikers and cyclists will not be left short for activities with the Snowdonia National Park within easy reach by car or train.
Mountain bikers may want to explore Gwydir Forest Park, while the hikers of your group may want to tackle Snowdonia!

So far as the house is concerned, I can only endorse the comments of previous reviewers - it does exactly what it says on the tin!
It is very clean and comfortable and ideal for a short break. If there is a downside, then it is the location; it is a long way into the town or the seafront so a car is essential and parking can be expensive (£5.50 minimum on the promenade and many of the streets). The bus service around the estate seemed to be rather infrequent. This would not however deter us from visiting again.

Spotlessly clean and well decorated throughout. Extra crockery and cutlery would be useful for using the dishwasher more efficiently, but well equipped otherwise.
