Property is well maintained and tidy, easily accessible as it is located within the town but quite area.

Got all kitchen accessories and the rooms are comfortably arranged.

A really lovely property.

Very clean and comfortable. We were only a small party but even if you filled the house there’s still plenty of room for everyone. It was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and very well received by our group. A nice space in the garden and it gets the sun during the day. We did a few barbecues while we were there because the weather was so good. Great location, a short walk into the town centre and great to have a house with parking. We would definitely return.

All of my family stayed at this very large house mostly we were very happy with accommodation.

We all liked the bedrooms were lovely n bathrooms were amazing lovely showers one toilet was a little dirty on arrival. Plenty of towels n comfy beds n wardrobe space 2 lovely lounges n a huge table where we had some great meals laughs. The garden was great my 3 grandchildren love it one 11 year old n 2 toddlers love the artificial grass very soft with a goal at one end n nice garden furniture. The kitchen thou adequate let the house down a little I understand it's the most used room but could do with a refresh especially the fridge n freezer both in need of a good clean or replacing fridge just not big enough but overall it was very good well stocked with pots pans n plenty of everything else could do with some new chopping boards. Overall a lovely house very good location easy to get everywhere n we would all stay again

A spacious and well maintained house in an ideal location for a holiday in Llandudno.

It met the needs of our family very well and we all enjoyed the hot tub and other outside facilities. Inside, the train set on the top landing was a great hit with the younger children. Our only suggestions are that mirrors should be provided in the bedrooms and that kitchen/dining equipment should be checked to ensure that it is adequate for 14 people (e.g. mugs and wine glasses).

We had a lovely pre Christmas break with the family culminating on a trip in on the Welsh Highland Railway to see Father Christmas .

The house met all our needs for 3 families coming together with children aged 4-11.

The property was spotless and well equipped.

It had a hot tub and plenty of books and games. The goodie basket on arrival was a lovely touch. A great location with plenty of parking

Great holiday home for our family of 11.

The house is in a really good location for walking to either sea front. The house itself is lovely and modern, 2 living rooms so the kids could sit in a different room. Kids loved the hot tub. There is a big drive that fits 4 cars on. We had a lovely time here, and thankyou for the welcome pack, very appreciated.

Beautiful well thought out from design to presentation.

It really feels like home from home . The beds are so incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail is incredible and there is some thing here for not just the younger children But also the older ones too. Close enough to everything with a short walk . Would definitely recommend it and would love to return .

Fabulous large clean house.

. plenty of room ..2 Large lounges with Sky TV.. 6 lovely bedrooms with comfy beds .. Quick response from the owner to rectify any little niggles.. I would highly recommend this house

We rate this property 5 stars , good size house for multi occupancy, there was 3 generations on our family holiday , plenty of space for all and good size rooms all with tv , children loved the playroom , play park few steps away and town about 10 mins walk away , would highly recommend , also plenty of parking 4 cars Geoff May 2025
