My family and I (14 of us celebrating a very special birthday)were VERY pleased to stay at Lisboa for a weekend.

We found the property excellent in every way. The property was clean, well-prepared, extremely well-equipped and the furnishings comfortable and very adequate. The outdoor seating area was an added bonus. The complimentary chocolates, biscuits, etc were greatly appreciated. We were able to find on-street parking in outside the property for all 5 of our cars. The house was well located near to the North Shore, shopping area and local amenities. We are very happy to recommend the property to other prospective renters.

Fantastic location close to the beaches, pier, shops, cafes and pubs.

The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for 9 adults and 3 kids. Would definitely stay again.

Has clearly been recently refurbished, so all very new and fresh throughout.

Was a superb place for our group of 12 to stay. Even the triple rooms were not too bad. Location was within 5 minutes of centre, so easy access to pubs, restaurants and sights. Parking on the street outside. Would recommend for a large group.

Lisboa is a great property for a large group or large family.

Just a couple of minutes walk or if the centre of town. Photos are a perfect representation of the property. Facilities are great and we had everything we needed. There were only 8 of us on a golfing break so we had loads of space. The check in instructions were also spot on. Only spoke to the host to say thank you as we had everything we needed. Overall a very nice place.

We stayed here as a large family to celebrate Mums 60th The house is much bigger than the pictures show.

It is close to all amenities and all essentials required are provided. The hamper we arrived to and fresh flowers were a lovely touch. We had a wonderful time celebrating - and will likely book again!! Thankyou for being a part of mums birthday celebrations!

We had a brilliant time at Lisboa with our family and grandchildren over New Year.

The house was perfect. Spacious, clean really well equipped and the best location. We were even blessed with lovely weather! Everyone from aged 70 to 2 years loved it. We definitely hope to return. Thank you

We were a group of 10 adults, 5 under 10’s and 2 dogs.

The house worked really well for us, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The Christmas decorations added a festive touch and the blue skies (in late December!) were a bonus!

A great house for a large group and perfectly situated walking distance from both beaches and shops.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds.Welcome basic food pack very thoughtful and fresh flowers a nice touch. We definitely hope to come back.

Only bad comment is the double bedroom should be a single with wardrobe as difficult climbing over someone to get out of bed!

Stayed here mid July with a few friends for a golf trip.

Everyone was very happy with their rooms and slept very well. Fantastic location for a few drinks in the town and close to golf clubs. Will hopefully be booking again for next year.

Good location, size and accessibility for mobility scooters which was appreciated.

On booking.com it states that there is a sea view which is not the case. On booking.com it also states that WIFI is available in all areas but reality is WIFI was good on ground floor, very poor on second floor and nonexistant on the third floor. We were a group of 10 with at least 4 different network providers, but because of the building, using personal data was difficult. On both booking.com and Sykes it stated that a DVD player was available. This was a criteria we were looking for along with the WIFI accessibility. After discussion with the agent it transpires that at least 3 years ago, the TV and DVD player set up was working. The TV was replaced since then, with a modern smart TV which meant the DVD player cables were no long compatible with the new TV. This impacted our stay negatively because the bulk of our group have additional needs and they had an expectation of watching DVDS together, which they had chosen prior to our arrival. The DVDS chosen are not available on Freeview or streaming services. The WIFI or data was limited on all personal devices which also compounded their frustration and mood, as they all do not handle change well. The TV in the downstairs bedroom was not working at all and there were 2 other TVS that were not working properly either. In the advert on Sykes it states that the kitchen was newly renovated with 2 ovens. We precooked and froze meals to maximise our time for relaxation. The first evening both ovens were used to attempt to reheat the precooked lasagne and it was discovered that after 2 hours the food was still ice cold and we were forced to order take aways due to some of our party having to eat before 9pm because of medication. As a result the following evening we tried reheating the food again and after another 2 hours the food was lukewarm. Thank goodness for a microwave that worked. We contacted the agent with our issues on the Friday morning and she only arrived at 2pm. After telephoning the landlord he suggested to the agent that the ovens were convection and would only work if they were turned on together on the same setting. This implied that none of us knew how to operate ovens albeit 75% of our group have certificates in food and hygiene and are excellent cooks. There were also no instruction booklets for the ovens left in the information folder at the house. After examination it was found by us that the 2 ovens were 2 identical single ovens that were installed on top of one another and therefore work independently of one another (the model number is EQOVENM1BLK and the make is ELECTRIQ). A drainage issue was discovered in the second floor shower and the ensuite shower on the third floor also fluctuated in temperature consistantly. The ice water unit dispenser in the fridge door was also faulty and did not work at all. The washer door had to be slammed really hard before the washer would register that it was closed and the washing cycle would start. Once the washing cycle was done the machine also failed to turn off despite us trying to do so on numerous occasions. Some of the bed sheets and pillow cases had unpleasant stains and didn't look very clean at all. The outdoor furniture cushions were put away and when we took them out on the first day they were damp and had to dry in the sun before we could use them. Unfortunately there was not enough cutlery provided. In spite of the negatives, we had an enjoyable break. The large bin was great and the room sizes were good. There was a welcome basket and washing machine and dishwasher tablets were available and there were lots of dish towels provided

A well set out and comfortable house, lovely rooms and plenty of shared space.

So conveniently located . Lovely thoughtful care package left and great facilities in the kitchen area ( although being picky catering for a large family group there was a lack of big serving dishes ....plenty of plates, glasses etc though. ) My only small niggle would be floor cleanliness, the bathroom floor and mat in the front master didn't appear to be freshly cleaned and the bedroom floors were a little dusty ..I do appreciate the time and effort cleaning a large house takes and in the main the place was very clean and there were plenty of cleaning products to allow a fussy customer to stay happy. Thank you so much for a lovely stay in a fabulous house.

With plenty of room for the 10 of us we were able to spend time together in the lounge chatting and watching tv answell ans eat at the tables provided. We were two families of children over 12 and grandparents from Australia, Cheshire and Manchester. The galley kitchen, not pictured in the listing is a great size and has all the things you need and plenty of crockery if you are eating there. E isn’t use the hob or oven but they were decent size. The utility/conservatory was a bonus with washing machine dryer and dishwasher. Easily able to fry things on the provided maiden in this weather. Space outside the back was a sun trap in the afternoon just great for a glass of wine and a chatter. Showers were fab and heating worked well for the evening. Brilliant space would recommend. Only downsides were some beds were uncomfortable which led to restless sleep. This could be rectified by a thick mattress cover. Pillows weren’t great either just thin and well used and duvets are quite old and “flat”. But again nothing that couldn’t be rectified easily and were sufficient for the weekend. Many thanks.

This is a great property in a fantastic location on a relatively quiet street.

..and ideal for 12 members of my family....The Kitchen is a squeeze but clean and had everything you need. I would suggest that the host lists things like, air fryer, slow cooker as we brought ours not knowing what to expect. That said, we would definitely stay at Lisboa again....

Lisboa is a beautiful property in an excellent location.

Would highly recommend.

The location was great and the house clean and generally well equipped.

However, the kitchen was marginal for the size of the party of just 10 adults. The kitchen was small and cooking facilities just about ok for our party provided that all the facilities are operational. Unfortunately two rings on the hotplate failed early in the week leaving only 2 operational. We have to accept that getting it repaired just before Christmas was difficult, but feel that there needs to be some backup plan. A thank you for our understanding was all that was offered which while welcome didn’t make cooking for the rest of the week easy.

Great house in a good location for the seafront and shops.

House was well decorated and plenty of room. We found everything was fine but as four couples one fussy person in the group was over critical of minor stuff. I would have no problem recommending the house to anyone with a large family or group of friends who are looking to visit Llandudno.

The space and location was perfect for our group of two families.

The bathrooms were great with powerful hot showers despite the number of us using them. The outdoor seating area was nice but the outdoor rug maybe not practical with dog visitors. Our only negatives: Some of the beds were very poor quality, the double bed on the top floor you could see the springs never mind feel them ! The blinds in the bedroom let all the light in making for a poor nights sleep. Please consider some curtains or better blinds. Overall a great stay we would consider staying again.

The house was lovely and in a perfect position in Llandudno.

It was well equipped for all 16 of us. The children (5,5,3 and 2) enjoyed the jigsaws provided and playing in general. The adults enjoyed the opportunity to relax and be together. The hosts provided fresh flowers and a welcome pack of goodies for which we thank them. The only downside was that, although the family rooms were great for our party, the oldest couple were left with the bunk bed room - not perfect.

We had a brilliant stay here as a group of 11 golfers, plenty of room for all of us, good showers and a great touch to include a welcome pack with biscuits, bread, butter etc Plenty of parking around outside and on nearby streets even on a busy weekend given the warm weather!

Would happily return, only suggestion would be to get blackout blinds if possible!

We had a lovely stay at Lisboa.

The house was perfect, very clean and comfortable in a central but quiet position in central Llandudno. The kitchen was really well equipped and there were nice touches such as fresh flowers and a helpful welcome pack. Would definitely stay again if back in Llandudno, and recommend the house to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

House was a great size, warm, well-furnished. Location was excellent. The big question is always “would we stay here again?” and the answer is “yes”.

Nice big property with everything as it should be.

Plenty of bathrooms all with good showers. Bedding, towels etc all of good standard. Living room particularly good for relaxing as a large group. Appreciated owner helping me with an early check in to facilitate a work call which allowed me to travel at a less busy time of day - these things really help. Llandudno a lovely town and property perfectly located to walk from easily.

Great house, plenty of space for the whole family, we came together to celebrate a special birthday, and this special house had everything we needed .

Lisboa is a lovely house with plenty of room for a large group.

It has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The dining/sitting area is perfect for a group to spend time in. The location is excellent as it is about a 10 minute walk from the beach, pier and shops - short enough even for little legs. We like it here so much this was our 4th time here.

We decided to spend a weekend at Lisboa with our group of 8 adults and 8 children.

We all had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely to have a welcome pack on arrival and milk in the fridge. Very comfy beds and lovely fresh linen and towels. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you for letting us stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is well equipped and is a great location for the town centre and the promenade.

We would definitely stay there again. There were just a few minor things, ground floor bedroom radiator didn’t get warm, the tumble dryer didn’t rotate so could not use it. My sister in law said their shower in the first floor en suite needed attention also.

Spacious, welcoming and very clean accommodation.

There were lots of thoughtful touches to add to our comfort and a very generous welcome pack with something for everyone in our group. The fresh flowers were a lovely touch! We were a little apprehensive about the parking situation but it proved not to be an issue at all. Being set slightly back off the front meant that the location was very quiet but also within easy reach of all the main attractions the area had to offer. We had an excellent family break and would happily book Lisboa again.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location 0nly 5 mins walk to Mostyn Street, The Promenade and only 8 mins walk to West beach.

Thank you to the owner for the very thoughtful welcome pack which was much appreciated on our Sunday arrival. The house was extremely clean and tidy and in particular the bedding smelt amazing which added to us having great nights sleep. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely book again :)

A lovely property in a great location, we couldn’t have asked for a better space to celebrate our friend’s birthday!

Well equipped, comfortable and as 12 women travelling together, we really appreciated the number of bathrooms and never felt as though we were waiting in line, or falling over each other to get ready. Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we next visit Llandudno!

Very comfortable property.

Ideal for our family of 13. Only thing that let us down was the kitchen which is quite dated compared to the rest of the house which was pretty and well decorated. We did notice that photos of all other rooms were in the property images, just not the kitchen - so seems a little misguided. Would have appreciated photos of the kitchen to be included albeit it’s need for a spruce up as it would have been less of a let-down

The property was okay but not highly cleaned.

The kitchen and sofas wasn’t cleaned. There was a cats/dogs fur hair under the sofas. The toilets was outdated. Overall was okay but not great

Very spacious, generally clean. Only thing was WiFi was hit & miss struggled watch film through, but this may of been because lots children on there personal electricals too. But not effected our stay! Was wonderful, and a first time for all my family to be altogether too.

The property was clean, well equipped and spacious.

We were a party of 9 adults plus 5 young children and 2 dogs and the house worked wonderfully for our family celebratory weekend. The location is great, very close to town centre, pier and West Shore. The sunny spring weather was an added bonus! Thank you for the flowers and welcome pack that included something for everyone, including our dogs.

Brilliant position near to the beach and shops.

Well equipped house. Everything ran very smoothly in terms of arrangements, key collection etc. Thoughtful selection of food and treats on arrival. We are definitely keen to book again.

.only minor issues more mirrors in bedrooms..plus a shelf in bathrooms..and chest of drawers in main onsuite bedroom would be good as little wardrobe space ..we used small single bed as wardrobe ...but overall an amazing property near to all attractions just loved the cleanliness..and space if offered dog too what more can you ask four ....I would give 5 stars only little tweet needed

We enjoyed staying at the property.

It had everything we needed and we could quickly walk to many places (the beach, town centre & Great Orme). On arrival there were some essentials waiting for us and also Easter eggs. When we booked the property we were concerned about parking (we were three families with three cars), but each time were able to find somewhere either on the street or just around the corner. One member of the party left an item behind and the owner was very helpful in finding it and posting it. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay, the location of the house was perfect.

The house had all equipment necessary and the welcome pack was greatfully received.

the house is very spacious and close to the sea front.

the only downside is parking but its not a real problem as there is a car park about 300 yards away

It would be good if some toilet rolls were left in house at beginning of holiday even if we have to buy extra later in week.

The house furnishings and storage are at best adequate.

If there were 16 people in the house (which is the number of beds) it would be unacceptably crowded. The cutlery was minimal. The parking outside the house was easier than expected.

Very conveniently located, (although parking is tight!

), close to promenade and beach on either side of the road. The house itself was beautifully kept, clean and fragrant, spacious with all amenities, with enough space for all in our party. The kids enjoyed the games in the late evenings (with apologies to the nieghbours!). Throughly recommend and love to return.

We booked this cottage as a first for us and we had 16 of us staying.

We expected a lot from the apartment but when we got there it was even better than expected. The place was amazingly clean, had all the facilities and more. All appliances worked, were modern and even had TV's in every room. The service from the sales team was good and really cannot fault any part of the service or stay. We even booked a direct supermarket delivery, but had we known this was also not required as they left us a welcome package of all the essentials. Thank you for making the stay great and we will certainly look to book with you again and maybe even at the same place.
