Great house for a large group.

Location works well for all Llandudno has to offer. No issues whatsoever. Not the most luxurious but definitely a great standard of accommodation. Would book again.

Where do I start!

I was in hospitality for over 40yrs, having worked in 3 Hotels in Milano. Also stayed in many Hotels and self-catering over the world. I have to say this is without doubt the best self-catering accommodation ever. I truly cannot fault it and neither could the family who ranged from 15yrs to 90yrs. We loved this house and our main reason in booking Westpoint was for its games room but unfortunately we had to use this room wearing our coats, it was like walking outside it was that cold in there.

Darts are a big thing at the moment and our family play all the time , we all have our own darts but we couldn’t play darts as the board was so old all the wire was loose and would of ruined our darts, this was a little disappointing as we had planned a darts competition. But other than this we loved our stay there and have booked for next year , well just have to take thermal clothes and hope the darts board has been replaced.

Great house for a large family or group of friends, from the open plan kitchen to the large living room.

There's 2 bedrooms & a walk-in shower on the ground floor (for anyone with limited accessibility). The pubs, restaurants and sea front is 8 minutes walk. We look forward to booking again, our party was a group of 12 friends

An excellent base for or a group of 'ever maturing' golfing tourists.

Comfortable, spacious and well equipped / appointed for social dining. Also in a lovely area very close to local bars, beaches, walks etc. We could even walk to two courses. The chaps were impressed!

Smashing place, loved it, family age range 8wks to 69yrs and we all had a great time, short of nothing in the house everything needed was on hand.

The house was perfect for our group of 12.

Excellent location near to the town’s restaurants and pubs. It has a lovely garden area and is very spacious. We especially liked the kitchen and dining area which although we were a large group didn’t feel at all cramped. There is ample parking on the driveway. We would highly recommend renting this property for a large group.

Games room popular with everyone especially the men. Location also perfect for all the amenities that Llandudno has to offer.

The property is extremely well equipped and very clean.

Even down to a hairdryer in every bedroom! Rooms are spacious with plenty of seating and a large kitchen diner. The games room was a winner with all ages and even though the weather didn't keep us in was used many times during the course of the holiday. Great for a family holiday covering all ages.

What an ideal location, 10 minutes walk to either side beaches or just into town and all the shops/restaurants.

The house was spot on, everything over 3 levels we had Nanna, Grandad, (top floor) two girls and their husband/partner, three grand children (first floor) and two foster sons, (ground floor) 11 in total and it was absolutely ideal for us. The house was very clean on our arrival, Nanna claimed the bottle of prosecco and the kids claimed the chocolates left as a welcoming gifts.(Thank you) I think the games room was the icing on the cake though, kept the kids (and the adults) well occupied, I mean who doesn't like to play pool or air hockey :-) The off road parking was a God send, we had a 17 seater mini bus and there was ample parking for it, otherwise we would have struggled to find parking for it. I would highly recommend this property to any large family/group, to be honest, the grandkids wanted to live there it was that good.

Lovely house in Llandudno, plenty of space for the family and the kids loved the games room in the garage.

The property was great, very clean and well equiped kitchen.

Games room is very good addition to the house.Would be good to know on the listing that one of the ground floor bedrooms is situated so that you have to walk through this room to get to the games room area. Not always convenient option for this bedroom. House is in a great position walking distance to both Llandudno beaches.

Chosen the property to accommodate a family gathering.

Location was perfect, short walk from the promenade and shops. Accommodation itself was immaculate. Good size rooms, large lounge and kitchen/dining area and bonus of a games room in the garage. Comfortably caters for 14 guests. Price of the accommodation was good value I would highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely break with our son and his family an added bonus was the christmas market .

A well-equipped, comfortable house suitable for a large group.

The kids loved the games room. Very well-placed for both beaches and the town centre, but in a quiet location.

We were really impressed with the house, great layout and great playroom for the kids and big kids.

The only major complaint we have are the mattresses. The double on the ground floor, my brother and his wife couldn't sleep on it, in the early hours they were looking at a Premier inn(no space). They slept on the sofa the following night, which they got some sleep. The king-size zip bed needs a new mattress also, no support. For such a high speck house why not invest in good mattresses. Also the oven door needs fixing, we held it closed with the clothes horse.

We love the house ideally located for Llandudno and the area. As before the owners were very supportive especially when one of the children dropped a plastic frog down a pocket of the pool table! She was delighted when Jez had to open up the table and found amongst the other lost things a moonstone ring which she claimed

The house was lovely and spotlessly clean … it had everything we needed including a stocked kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kids loved the games room (as did the adults!) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the town and local amenities. Couldn’t recommend this property enough. Thank you!!!

A most enjoyable week spent at Westpoint.

Lived up to all our expectations. Our age range was from 18 to 83. The house was very spacious , clean and comfortable. Temperature of rooms could be adjusted to suit . A slight problem with the boiler one morning , but a quick phone call to the owner and he was round within a short space of time and got it sorted. We all enjoyed the games room for family fun and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was also perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be sure to book again when visiting llandudno.

Westpoint is just fabulous!

! Second time we have stayed and rebooked for next year already. We are a large family ranging from 12 to 78. Westpoint is very clean and comfortable. A lounge large enough for our whole family to enjoy time together and provides entertainment for everyone to enjoy with a pool table, air hockey etc in the attached garage. Perfect location in Llandudno. You won’t be disappointed

An ideal property for a large family group.

Location was excellent, with most areas of LLandudno within walking distance. Ideal for young and old.

Conveniently situated large spacious comfortable house ideal for large groups or family gatherings.

Clean well equipped and furnished. The children loved it, especially the games room. Will definitely be booking again.

The property was ideal for our stay, the rooms were warm and really comfortable.

It was close to the main high street and beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a great social space for everyone. Really enjoyed the games in the garage. Having a GF bedroom was great as one of our party has mobility issues. Its the 2nd time we've stayed there and would recommend it.

Great house, good location in middle of the town and very close to all facilities and amenities.

Very clean and tidy. Games room an excellent area for kids and young-at-heart. Only small gripes; there were no instruction manuals for equipment (cooker etc.), which would have been handy, and would have preferred to be able to recycle rubbish.

We had a lovely stay at Westpoint to celebrate 2 of the groups birthdays.

It comfortably accommodated 11 adults, a mix of couples and singles with plenty of room in the lounge and the kitchen/diner. The decor was of a high standard and everyone found their beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and warm with easy to operate showers. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery and we found all the other gadgets we needed. Some if the group enjoyed the games room, even though they were a lot worse at pool than they remembered! It was very conveniently located, just a very short walk to the town, the pier and the Great Orme. The street was pretty and quiet with no disturbance in the evenings. I'd definitely recommend for a large group of friends or families.

Lovely well maintained property very clean and close to all amenities

Amazing property and the surrounding areas and activities were easily accessible via walking, the coast was a 5 min walk.

Local amenities were excellent and close by to supermarket and city centre. Already recommended to a few friends!

Westpoint was the perfect house for our family, especially the games room!

So much so we have booked for next year, what more can we say. Highly recommend, the location is excellent within walking distance to West Shore, high street and restaurants. The house was very clean and in good decorative order, comfy beds and pillows. Owners very attentive to any issues and live near by.

Clean, everything we needed was there, close to all amenities.

Lovely house great for all my family to get together.

Games room, made use of that, pool, air hockey competions. Pity no DVD player for dvds 3yr old kept asking us to play dvds. Game console wouldn’t play discs too scratched to play. Dolls house falling apart. Just little things but a bit disappointing. Windows needed cleaning. These are things I noticed and other people perhaps wouldn’t. Used washer and dryer godsend after day at beach for towels etc. I would definitely go again as we enjoyed it . Like I say just little things

The house was very comfortable but the downstairs bedrooms very cold .

The bedroom next to games room was particularly cold , noisy and better suited as a different purposed room . The house was very well equipped but we noticed several items of crockery were chipped and one settee in the living room was very shabby . It was the first property we have stayed in that didn’t include a bit of a welcome pack for a snack on arrival . Having said this we would stay again but only treat as 6 bedroom property not 7

We had a fantastic weekend away and this house just made the weekend!

The house was immaculate, comfortable and a lot bigger than I expected! The games room kept our 5 kids entertained fully (as well as the adults at times). The kitchen had everything you could need and an abundance of glasses and crockery which was great. The location was perfect being just a short walk to the front and the pier. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for helping make our break so pleasurable

Excellent stay at Westpoint with the extended family.

13 of us in total and plenty of room for all of us. Great location. We had everything we needed and the kids absolutely loved the games room. Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the area without having to drive.

Had a fabulous weekend break, situated within walking distance to the promenade, 10 minutes away from Conwy castle and The smallest house in Britain.

Facilities are really good, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher available. The games room has air hockey as well as a pool table. I would highly recommend and would book again.

It wasnt clear from the photos that one of the twin bedrooms was actually the walkway to the games room; this was a bit unfair for the people staying in that room.

Also, the toilet roll supplied wasn't enough for the size of the house. The house was comfy and spacious, and the whole party very much enjoyed their stay here.

Wonderful, especially for the children who loved the air hockey.

The adults also loved the pool table. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was great. Beautifully finished and if had another family holiday wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The house was really great for our party, age ranging from two to seventy four.

It is ideally situated, and very clean and comfortable. The games room was an added bonus, and was well used, as the weather wasn't too good.

Had an amazing time at this home, we had a family of 10 stay here ages ranging between 5-57 and everyone enjoyed their time the games room is a brilliant addition and the location of the house is perfect between both beaches, the beds were very comfy and we all slept brilliant it was also the first time my 6 year old slept with a proper duvet because it was that comfy will definitely be returning looking now at booking for 2023

The property was great plenty of space inside for children outside was quite small.

The games room was a welcome addition. I think the property would have benefitted from a barbecue janet

Plenty of space and a great kitchen table that seated everyone so that we could eat together and play games. The house is in perfect condition & was lovely and clean upon arrival. Very tastefully furnished and in a great location.

We’ve stayed at Wespoint 3 times now for a family get together, it’s perfect for a multi generation break.

The accommodation was superb, 9 adults stayed for the weekend very comfortable beds, spacious living area, fabulous kitchen and all of the house very clean.

Lovely welcome basket left for us which was very thoughtful. Central for all of the amenities in Llandudno. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return.

Myself and 10 adults and 4 children seen the new year in over a 4 night break. The house is very clean, we did not want for any Amenities but the biggest selling point to us all was the lay out of the house. When the children were in bed we could still have adult karaoke or games and the house upstairs was silent! It was a 5 minute walk to the sea front with shops and bars on your doorstep! We would definitely recommend West Point to anyone looking for a fun filled break away! Thank you for letting us start 2020 off in style!

Would benefit from a larger dining table. Kettle needs replacing, it was very tempremental

Westpoint is a beautiful, well maintained house that was ideal to accommodate our family to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary.

Would consider booking it for Christmas, but it's already booked!

The location was fantastic.

The house was immaculately clean and extremely well-equipped and small touches like complimentary milk, coffee tea and Welsh cakes were much appreciated. The games room is a welcome addition and enjoyed by the whole family.

Beautifully maintained, extremely clean, lots of kitchen equipment, the list goes on.

The location is perfect.

Downstairs double bedroom was damp and the mattress was uncomfortable you rolled into the middle.

The WiFi was very poor . The games room was excellent we used it a lot as the weather wasn’t good. The rest of the house was brilliant, very modern and spacious as we were a family of 11.

Great house with 7 bedrooms ideal for a friends and family get together.

All bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Excellent position in Llandudno to walk the Great Orme, shop, eat out or stroll along the promenade without using the car. Only one tiny criticism is that the bedroom lighting was not bright enough.
