Garden House

We had a wonderful stay at the Garden House.

The interior design is stunning and clearly very thoughtfully put together. It’s not often you find a tree in the living space which made it feel really unique and special. The property had everything we needed for both a short or longer break, and the peaceful surroundings made it even more relaxing. We especially loved the large, secure private patio, perfect for unwinding. The beach is also just a few minutes drive away, which was a great bonus. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Absolutely stunning accommodation which had everything we needed for our stay.

The place was even better than the pictures & had a quality feel to all of the fixtures & fittings. We felt that there wasn't much to do near by but the accommodation was somewhere we could relax & unwind with the hot tub, large bath & ample apps on the large TV to occupy us. Glad we spotted this little gem & eould highly recommend this place

We had a wonderful stay, the accomodation is fantastic with thoughtful extras such as a towel to remove makeup, flowers, prosecco and waffles.

Wow What A Holiday !

We absolutely loved our stay at Garden House. We stayed for 6 nights and we did not want our holiday to end. From the interior to the little touches. The fresh flowers, chilled bottle of bubbles on arrival and our cottage all decorated for Christmas really was a home from home. We will highly recommend and definitely will be back! Thank you for such a gorgeous relaxing stay. X

We absolutely loved our stay!

The cottage was so cosy and beautifully finished, with a lovely bathroom and a fab hot tub. We were almost glad it rained so we could just relax and enjoy the place even more. Would definitely come back!

Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you for our welcome drink and we liked the idea of the mini bar. Nice quiet area, close to some lovely beaches for doggy walks. Definitely a high end accommodation.

We loved our stay at the garden house.

The decor and interior was beautiful, everything had been thought through perfectly! Was lovely to have a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us. We went in the hot tub every night, and was nice to know our dog couldn’t escape with the enclosed patio. We will definitely be back here!

We have just returned from a weeks stay in the Garden House and what a fabulous week we had.

The house is stunning and immaculately clean. Extremely well equipped, especially in the kitchen. All necessary items provided eg. shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing capsules, bin bags, cloths, tea towels etc. The fire was made up for our arrival and a basket of logs provided. A very useful and informative book helped us find some great seafood restaurants and an amazing curry that delivers, we ordered twice! The hot tub was lovely and well maintained throughout our stay. We have stayed in some lovely places this year but we both agreed very early on that this was our best yet. We won't hesitate to book again and can't wait to return.

Lovely touches like milk and snacks, drinks in fridge with honesty box. Lovely cafe in Llanfechell, run by friendly volunteers, good quality food at good prices, definitely worth a visit. Caemes Bay worth a visit.

Property furnished to a very high standard. Accommodation was spotless . Had a very relaxing time in the hot tub.

The Garden House was really fabulous inside and out, in a lovely location which I am sure will get better as it is more developed.

As I am passionate about Interior Design it was a pleasure to stay somewhere with so much attention to detail. It was just a slight shame that no space was given in the kitchen for us to store food that we brought as I wanted to hide everything away to keep it looking lovely!!! Thank you so much for a great week in a great place. Would definitely return.

Garden House is a beautiful, well maintained and looked after property in a quiet, peaceful location.

The pictures on Sykes Cottages do not do it justice. It was lovely to arrive to a personal note from the owners to welcome us to Garden House along with some treats and we found lots of useful information about the property in the information provided in the binder. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would certainly book to stay again in the future.

The lodge was well located in excellent condition .

There is a small area of building works being carried out to the site with upgrading and extension of the caravan pitches with some static type cabins also being built which although had no impact on enjoyment of our holiday it would have been nice to have been made aware prior. The layout of the shower room is interesting and some extra clothes storage would be useful . We enjoyed our stay in the Garden house and would definitely consider for a return visit.

Everything we needed for our stay was provided plus lovely welcome gifts on arrival, including a chilled bottle of Prosecco (which was soon downed!). The property is a credit to the owners. We made full use of the hot tub after each days exploring the island (when weather permitted!). The whole complex is lovely and well maintained. Located in a lovely, peaceful, rural setting, Garden House is perfect if you want an escape from it all. The only amenities within walking distance are the pub, shop and cafe in Llanfechell. Highly recommended.

Property was very comfortable and beautifully designed.

The owner Lauren was warm and friendly. I suggested a couple of suggestions that would enhance the experience. Lauren was very open and grateful. One suggestion is a light around the hot tub. Second suggestion was to have 2 fobs and 2 front door keys. In the write up it said the pub was 3 minutes walk away. It's more like a 3 minute car ride. Was in an area that you need to have a car to get around.

Can’t recommend Garden House enough. The property is beautiful and the owners have thought of everything. My favourite added touches of the property were the log fire, hot tub and bbq. If you’re looking for a tranquil break away to recharge or explore the area then I can’t recommend enough ! It was nice to head out each day to explore then have a lovely warm hot tub to come back to ! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The owners were even kind enough to show me around the other cottages for future reference when booking again. Can’t fault anything honestly ! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great holiday home,shame about the British weather

The property was spotless, exactly as described, incredibly stylish and absolutely practical.

The comfort offered was on line with a superior hotel. I could not recommend it enough.

This property was outstanding in all areas.

We had a lovely week with our dog. We opened the back gate and he had good size grounds to wander. The beach is 5 minutes away in the car. TV and WiFi were brilliant. Bathroom was like a spa. Just perfect

! The owners have created such a beautiful place in the heart of North Anglesey. The home and grounds are out standing. The owners have gone the extra mile, with the added extra facilties such as a gym. Every detail inside is of the highest standard. The entire place was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the outside seating was great to enjoy the weather. Only criticism is it could do with a larger fridge/freezer for longer stays. Will be booking again very soon.

The Garden House was just as described.

It was perfect, a home away from home. There is everything you need for a few days away. The decor was absolutely gorgeous, it was lovely and clean, and there was a thoughtful little gift was waiting for us. The honesty bar was a nice touch too. We loved the log burner, but only used it once as the accommodation was lovely and warm. If I had any niggles (& they’re not really niggles) it would have been nice if be the kitchen had more storage space, we’d taken all the food for four days and did struggle with the cupboard space and the fridge space. But we managed and I appreciate it’s a holiday home so not the same as your home kitchen. Also we LOVED the hot tub, it was so peaceful and relaxing. It might be an idea given the inclement weather we suffer, to maybe have a covering so you can still use it even if it’s raining heavily. Also, it was quite dark in the corner so maybe another outside light by the hot tub would be nice. Like I say we had the best time. We followed some of the recommendations from the welcome guide. I would highly recommended a trip to Newborough Forest. The walk through the first to the beach and island is simply breathtaking. I would highly recommend The Garden House, and from what I could see all the other accommodation on site looked equally as gorgeous. Thank you for a fabulous stay. This is the best property by far we have stayed in could not fault anything ,loved the hot tub nice and hot ,decking area would be beautiful in the summer to sit ,only negative local pub was too far to walk to but that didn’t spoil it for us and the sun did shine so we had four decent days .

What a beautiful house, we loved it there, so cosy, and welcoming, the gorgeous tree in there is amazing such a fab feature, the house was spotless and we loved the toffee waffles, and tulips as a welcome gift, would love to visit in the summer, but was a lovely chill out for my hubbys 50 th birthday many thanks Cheryl, Mike and Sam

Wonderful in every way.

The standard of the accommodation, the quality of the facilities, the location, everything was 5 star. Even the terrible weather couldn’t dampen our enjoyment. Wouldn’t hesitate in wholeheartedly recommending Garden House.

The overall attention to detail is stunning.

The house decor and interior is beautiful. Absolute 10/10. Pillows were a little uncomfortable in the bedroom though. Maybe a choice of thicker. Firmer pillows is an option. Kitchen utensils were great. I would just suggest maybe a spice rack. Or even just the basic salt and pepper condiments. Cooking away from home is difficult when you don’t have your standard seasonings. Overall though the place is superb.

Absolutely beautiful stay.

The accommodation was just stunning and we had such a relaxing time. We loved every minute. Also really appreciate the responsiveness when we had any minor issues (hot tub wasn't quite up to temperature at first, and gym door key was quite stiff). Thank you so much for such a lovely memory. Would highly recommend the place to anyone. Our highlights were probably the bath tub, the log burner, the modern kitchen, and the indoor tree! Nice touch to also have some games already there.

Apartment had everything you could possibly need,extremely clean,modern,comfortable.

Central for exploring the island. Definitely 5 Star accommodation

We had a lovely and relaxing stay - absolutely stunning inside.

The only thing we could fault is that the doors onto the patio area did not have curtains or blinds and during the evening it would have been nice to close to feel more homely and keep the heat in.

We have stayed in Anglesey many times over the past 12 years and this is by far the nicest property we’ve stayed in.

The kitchen could do with more lighting and cupboard space but other than that the Garden house is absolute perfection, pure luxury!

Our only problem was with being there for 7 days we needed more freezer space . Plus cupboard space for our food. If we had only been doing a 3 day, it would have been totally fine

We enjoyed our stay, at the Garden cottage.

The place was spotlessly clean, a lot of decorative flare had gone into its furnishings and accessories. The hot tub was bliss, and the bed is very comfortable. bring plugs for mobiles and shaver/ toothbrush, as there is no USB sockets or shaver/tooth brush points.

Marvellous property, well thought out with lots of attention to detail.

Spacious and bright living area and kitchen with full complement of equipment and deluxe gadgets. Lovely chilled bedroom and stylish bathroom area. Private decking with sun beds and seating which gets the sun all day. Top quality hot tub and bbq are a great addition and were well used. Will definitely return.

Absolutely stunning, I highly recommend this property, the furnishings were perfect and so comfortable, everything was top quality and the house was spotless.

The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There was a lovely bottle of Prosecco, bara brith, fresh flowers, milk, coffee and tea which was a lovely touch. There was an honesty jar in the fridge with a variety of drinks which was a great idea. The hot tub was lovely and private and having an on site gym was a great bonus. Entering and leaving was really easy with a key code. The only recommendation I could make would be to add plug sockets by the bed and a way to turn off the wall lights without getting out of bed. The owners should be very proud of the amazing job they’ve done with the renovation. One of the best properties I’ve stayed in .Thank you.
