    “When we first arrived at The Hayloft we were blown away with our accommodation.”

    The photos were accurate, this is first class luxury. Everything has been thought of from the plastic flutes for the hot tub to the robes for relaxing in front of the log burner. We spent everyday visiting the fabulous beaches for long walks and eating at recommended restaurants. It was lovely to return and recharge in the hot tub with the peaceful atmosphere surrounding us. We can’t wait to visit again and Laura as mentioned, you all should be extremely proud of all your hard work. Thank you ...

LLANFECHELL

Cemaes Bay 1.5 miles; Holyhead 15 miles.

Llanfechell is a small village situated one and a half miles from Cemaes Bay, on the northern tip of Anglesey in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village gets its name from the nearby 12th century Mechell Church, which has been extended over the years and where it is believed that St Mechell is buried. The ancient Parys mountain copper mines are seven miles away, with their lunar-like landscape and the area is popular with geologists and archaeologists due to the rock formations at Mechell Mountain and the several ancient monuments scattered around, reputed to be some of the oldest in the world. Llanfechell is home to a village pub, which serves traditional ale with a warm welcome. Nearby, the pretty seaside village of Cemaes Bay is home to three pubs, a few shops, a natural sheltered harbour and a sandy beach, edged by grassy cliffs and ideal for safe bathing and family fun. The whole of the Isle of Anglesey is renowned for its miles of stunning and varied coastline, offering wonderful walking and cycling opportunities, along with birdwatching, excellent watersports, fishing and many quality golf courses. Anglesey Sea Zoo and a variety of National Trust properties and gardens are all within reach on this beautiful island, while a day trip to Dublin can be enjoyed from nearby Holyhead. From the week commencing the 29th of September there will be some renovations taking place on site, this will involve the renovation of one of the houses not currently used as a holiday let. The team will be working to restricted hours to minimise the impact - 9am - 5pm (they normally start at 7-8am). They have also been instructed to keep noise to a minimum - so no radio, avoid shouting etc.. They will also access the building from the other side/ using the sites back entrance - unless it's unavoidable (they're erecting a section they can't access from the other side). Impact to guests will be minimal, due to the location of the renovations and the restrictions placed on the team, if you need any further information please do not hesitate to get in touch before placing your booking.
