    “Although the property is listed as dog friendly, in my opinion it isn't.”

    Firstly, the stairs are wooden with no grip at all, and my dog fell down them twice. Also, the garden is too big and you can't keep an eye on dogs as it goes around the corner. The fence isn't secure near the driveway, and a dog could easily get through it.

The property

This delightful, quality barn conversion has been finished to a high standard.

Entering into the hallway of the property you will find the ground floor twin bedroom on your right, a stylish family bathroom and a bright and airy kitchen with dining area.

To the left, four steps lead down off the hall into the cosy sitting room which has both underfloor heating and an inglenook woodburner to warm your toes on a cold winter’s evening.

A staircase leads up to a double bedroom with a king-size bed and sloping roof which the children will love.

Outside you will probably spend most of your time in the delightful private hot tub, enjoying the country views and the superb setting.

There is very little light pollution in the area so the night sky is often stunningly clear for stargazers to enjoy.

Both Bala and Betws-y-Coed are just a scenic drive away, opening up the Snowdonia Mountain Range and the superb activities and watersports on offer in the area. Hire a canoe on Lake Bala, or enjoy Tree Top Adventure in Betws-y-Coed, whilst for a truly unique experience try Bounce Below in Blaenau Ffestiniog and the amazing Zip World to get a different perspective on the mountain scenery.
