Pengwern Bach

What a fantastic cottage.

It was clean, comfortable and in the ideal location for exploring the area. Our dog loved the garden and we could relax knowing it was enclosed. We would definitely want to return, and would recommend it to anyone. We've had a brilliant holiday.

A great place to stay with everything included for all your needs. Easy to travel to all activities and places to visit in the Snowdonia area. A relaxing place to stay. Would recommend.

We had an amazing time at Pengwern Bach.

The accommodation was exactly as described, the beds were super comfy, everything that we needed for the kitchen was there. We had some fantastic days out, and we were really lucky with the weather. Excellent property with everything we needed in a beautiful location

A beautiful cottage, well furnished and wonderfully clean!

It was very comfortable especially having a kind size bed all to myself! Thank you so much for the goodies you left they were very much enjoyed. Will definately book Pengwern Bach again!

This is our third / forth visit too this property, the location is great the property is excellent Not much more one can say.

Easily one of the best cottages weve ever been.

We had a lovely week at Pengwern bach the property was in a great location for good long walks right from the front door and all of snowdonia and the north of wales was easily reached by a short drive which was a joy on the wonderful smooth twisty roads.

The property was very well maintained and we wanted for nothing and the beds were really comfortable.It was a real bonus to have good weather all week so we sat out side for breakfast every morning and evening watching the local birds a very relaxing break

An excellent place to stay.

It is very comfortable and well equipped. The location is ideal and is only a pleasant walk into Llanrwst where there are good takeaways, cafes etc. I’ve stayed in many cottages over the years and this is easily one of the best by far, highly recommended it.

On our first morning it was pouring down and there was an electicity black out.

I rang our host for more information. By 2.00 it was sunshining and the generating board had restored the power. Everything about the cottage was so spot on that I am prepared to believe our hosts sorted the weather and power too

Beautifully decorated to a very high standard, great location, easy to find and we will definitely be re booking for next year.

Cozy and inviting cottage, great Shower, comfy beds and living area, great kitchen, everything you need. You are attached to the bigger house but not an issue at all, very private, own parking area and garden, right across the road from Gyndyr Forrest park, so walks on the doorstep, easy walking or 5 mins in car to Llanwrst, for Co-op and great Chinese takeaway or longer walk/10 mins in car to Betws-y-coed, which is a beautiful (but busy) little Village full of cafes, shops & restaurants. We travelled to the Coast, Anglesey, Caernarvon, LLandudno as well as taking lots of local dog walks. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this very stylish and comfortable property.

It is superbly located with a gentle walk into town and opposite the forest for fabulous walks to Betws-y- Coed and beyond. Can’t recommend highly enough.

This was a lovely well maintained cottage with everything we needed.

The cottage was very quiet and this allowed us to sleep extremely well. Altogether, it was a really nice experience in spite of the anticipated rain and we would certainly recommended it to others.

Llanrwst is a lovely village and is a great base to explore the area. The property is very well equipped, very comfortable and furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The host was always contactable and very quick to respond to queries. I would highly recommend the property and would be happy to stay here again.

This is our second visit to this property ( Pengwern Bach ) and we will be back hopefully later this year if it is available .

The holiday was excellent, apart from the floods and heavy rain ?

But this did not spoil our holiday. The accommodation was excellent along with location , we will revisit this property next year hopefully with good weather

We loved our stay at Pengwern Bach.

It’s a beautiful property with a real luxurious feel to it. The location was perfect for exploring the National Park. Bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well and the shower was amazing!

Great accommodation, could get everything we needed in the village.

Great location, 30 mins from Llanberis, Colwyn Bay and 3 miles to Betws y Coed. Great walk across the road that takes you into Betwsy up over the hills.

A lovely cottage in an ideal location for touring both Snowdonia and the coast.

Great parking and the views across the valley in the morning were spectacular. Facilities wise we had everything we needed and were very comfortable throughout our stay. Would return.

We took my parents to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary.

Everyone had a wonderful time. It was very relaxing with great views. The property was within easy travelling distance for visiting numerous places.

Could not fault anything about the cottage , beautifully designed ( shower was amazing !

) and great location with lovely views over the hills from the garden . Less than a mile to the lovely village with it’s beautiful river and great for trips out on the scenic train journey to Llandudno and Conwy . Also plenty of lovely walks on the doorstep-look forward to returning

The property was immaculate, all that we needed was there and it was the perfect base to go out and about around the North Wales coast.

Beautifully decorated, Teleri really had thought of everything to make your stay special. Best shower ever!

Accommodation was of a really high standard, lovely to come back to after a day out - wonderful log fire and excellent bath and shower to relax in.

Perfect location to access north Wales activity.

Would benefit from access to a bike store. There is a washing machine but no drier - we were fortunate to have a week of sunshine, but this would be an issue in more usual conditions. Property is well maintained, owner super helpful.
