Peaceful location great for visiting Snowdon and surrounding area.

The cottage was full of charm and character and immaculate throughout. Welcome package was a thoughtful gesture. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful cottage, very quiet on the edge of town but close enough to walk to rhe amenities.

Ideally placed to explore Snowdonia, and the near by coast.

Looking at the pictures before we went, we were expecting it to be smaller than it was. Much more space than expected! Very clean and comfortable. Owner was very nice to talk to when I needed some help. Great location!!! Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Would absolutely book again and probably will for next year. Thanks again!

We loved the peace of this property, and its very convenient location; not easy to get these two factors together!

One thing that did affect our stay was the scent boosters used in the washing of bedding. I'm sure lots of people love these, but strong smells like these upset my husband's asthma, so we had to take most bedding off. it was a lovely week apart from this.

The accommodation was excellent, it was set back from the main road and within a short distance from the main village and shops and facilities.

It felt like once you were at the property you could be in the middle of the countryside. I used to really enjoy waking in the morning and taking some tea and toast outside on the table and chairs in the front facade of the property, it was so tranquil and just listening to the morning chorus of the birds singing was a delight.It puts you in the right frame of mind and mood for the rest of the day. The property itself was very comfortable, the main bedroom and bed were extremely comfortable and warm and cosy. The second bedroom was equally as comfortable for my daughter. I sometimes don't like to give glowing reviews, because everyone will now know about this beautiful little Bolthole, it's no longer just our secret.

It is in a beautiful spot, the accommodation is warm and welcoming. There was a generous welcome pack.The beds were very comfortable and the accommodation had everything we needed.

The location of the house was perfect, with wonderful views all around.

The house was spotlessly clean & really comfortable. Plenty of clean towels & lovely clean bed linen, It had everything we needed there . The extra touches of milk , butter fruit bread etc was a lovely thing to have when we arrived . Thank you we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house in a great location.

Quiet with views of countryside but close to town for shops,eateries etc. Good base to explore North Wales coast, Snowdonia and the Conwy Valley.

The cottage is gorgeous - very clean, comfortable and the perfect space for 4 people.

It’s a short walk into the main town (10-15 mins) but could do with some lighting or tarmac on the road as at night it was hard to navigate the muddy lane.

Coach house was a lovely cottage everything you need only 1 negative no information on how to use cooker or television and could do with some lighting down the track xx

The coach house is a little gem.

.beautiful building set in a quiet location yet accessible via a short walk to llanwrst. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped warm and comfortable. Beds really comfortable with lovely bed linen. Good strong hot shower. Good plumbing generally. Great location for exploring wider areas...waterfalls, stunning hillside and woodland walks, beautiful gardens, conwy estuary and lovely coastline....all within a 20 to 30 minute drive. Loved it !

The accommodation was great, exactly as described and in a lovely location.

What was even better was the help we got whilst there from the property owner,Aaron. Without going into personal details, he went above and beyond to assist us with a problem we had during the stay for which we were very grateful. Oh, and the bara brith bread was lovely too, thank you so much!

Our time at The Coach House in Llanrwst was very nice and all we hoped it would be.

It was clean, well maintained and located in a quiet yet convenient setting. The surroundings are rolling hills populated by happy sheep (at least they appeared to be happy!) and the only sounds you'll hear are an occasional welcome from the sheep and chirping birds who visit the feeder thoughtfully placed by the owner. Nightime shouldn't be overlooked. The sky is quite dark and the view of the stars is simply amazing...the best I've ever experienced. The owner visited one time to check on us and was polite, truly interested and helpful. He provided an interesting history of the property and was absolutely unobstrusive during our stay. Still, we were confident he would be easily accessible in the case of any emergency. Llanwrst and the surrounding area is very pleasant and where the people are friendly, the history is interesting and, of course, where the sheep are happy. It is a much more restful destination than nearby Betws-y-Coed with its tour buses and traffic. We certainly recommend The Coach House.

The Coach House is a beautiful cottage in Llanwrst, in a great location for exploring North Wales.

Lovely comfy beds and absolutely everything provided (tea coffee, condiments etc) which means you don’t need to take heaps with you. Lovely welcome pack too. From here we visited Snowdon, Anglesey, aqueduct, beaches, lakes and waterfalls. Even the furthest places were under an hour, so it’s a great location. The cottage is up a track so complete peace and quiet. Just watch your head on the bedroom beams! We would definitely return to The Coach House.

Fantastic property!

Great base for exploring North Wales, and just four miles from Betws-y-Coed where you can find lots of nice bars and restaurants. The Fish and Chip restaurant in Llanrwst was really good and just a short walk away, and Gwydir Castle is a must for history lovers. Owners were fab and would definitely stop here again

Excellent stay, area very quiet but only a short walk into the village and to the train station.

Perfect for exploring North Wales. Welcome pack was a nice touch and essentials were all provided. The owners were lovely, on hand if needed but not at all intrusive. The cottage was very comfortable and the bed was perfect for a good nights sleep. Everything needed for a relaxing break. We would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again if in the area.

Fantastic stay at The Coach House, the veranda off the master bedroom was the perfect secluded spot for an evening drink watching the sun go down.

A lovely, clean, comfortable cottage with everything we needed in peaceful surroundings with beautiful scenery.

Very comfortable beds (super King size!), a bath and shower in the downstairs bathroom and reclining sofa in the large lounge. We also arrived to delicious Welsh treats in the kitchen- many thanks!

The coach house is a charming old building set in a quiet location yet it is only a short walk to shops, pubs and cafes.

Llanrwst is a great location for exploring North Wales, The NT property Bodnant Gardens are only a few minutes drive away, as is the lovely town Betwys Y Coed.

Everything has been thought of. Very clean and very spacious. Comfortable beds and couches, secluded and quiet. Great area of North Wales and so much to see. The scenery in this area is amazing. We hope to return again soon.

What an amazing property!

. It had everything we needed for a fabulous stay, including a lovely kitchen which enabled us to cook every night. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. There was plenty of hot water. The cottage was so comfortable and homely. The host was super responsive and caring too. The Welcome Pack was a lovely treat, which meant we could enjoy a cuppa and cake on arrival. Would definitely recommend, a very relaxing stay. Great location too. We spent time exploring the local area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Coach House, it was perfect for us, plenty of space to spread out, comfortable, cosy, well equiped and spotlessly clean.

It was a great location, just a few minutes walk from the town and station yet it felt rural and peaceful. Our hosts were kind and very accommodating and we were rather sorry to leave!

A lovely, comfortable cottage.

Couldn’t fault it at all. It was exactly as described and everything we needed was included. The welcome pack was very welcome and meant we could have a cup of tea before unpacking. We had a really relaxed stay and hope to return in the future.

It was clean, comfortable and felt like home as soon as we walked in. The welcome basket and note was a lovely touch. We were very sad to leave!

Lovely relaxing place.

Cottage very comfortable and well equipped, all you could need and high quality fittings. Owner was on hand and welcome pack was much appreciated. Only small issue was access road a bit bumpy but that would not deter me from recommending this property. Central for visiting most of North Wales lovely friendly village. Fish and chips were a delight and we brought back some Welsh lamb.

Set well away from the road but easy walk into town.

Bring a torch and avoid stilettos for the walk at night. The accommodation is very well presented, very clean and idea as a base to explore the beautiful area. The town has a number of choices for food and drink of an evening.

A lovely home.

The big rooms gave us the scope to relax as a whole family. Ideally located, we were less than an hour from pretty much anywhere we wanted to go to. Great views and no sign of anyone else during our stay, except a warm welcome from Bob on our arrival.

We really enjoyed Wales and having somewhere nice to come home to after a long day was really nice. Nice clean property with everything you’d need. A lovely quiet location with only a short walk into the village. Recommended.

Overall we had a peaceful rest in the cottage which is located perfectly for access to Llandundo, Anglesey and Snowdonia.

The whole place was comfortable, clean and tidy, and the welcome card and treats were a nice touch. Only downside was that the listing said to bring towels but it didn't mention hand towels or tea-towels. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for exploring North Wales and Anglesey Access is via an unmade gravel path so wouldn't be suitable for some vehicles.

The property is clean and comfortable with some nice welcome treats provided. The owner lives nextdoor (adjoining building on the right) and whilst this wasn't a problem, the outdoor furniture was situated in the shared courtyard/parking area, so we didn't use it. The BBQ was also very rusty and unusable.There is also a small private grassed area next to the dedicated parking space, which, in our opinion, would be a better site for the patio furniture. On a positive note, the balcony was lovely. A great place for morning coffee, evening drinks etc. The cottage is extremely quiet and we slept really well in the superking bed. A nice place to come back to after a day exploring the area.

Fine, everything we needed.

We had a lovely stay at The Coach House and have already told friends about this property We left a note about bathroom fan needs adjustment as gets noisy.

No BBQ as this was up for sale but that wasn't an issue for us but it is listed on Sykes and others may complain. A lovely quiet place to stay and no doubt we will return Thank You so much Denise & Tony Wright from Lincoln

The location is ideal for exploring Snowdonia, and the cottage was lovely and immaculately kept. A tumble dryer would be useful given the wet weather we had, but otherwise hard to fault. Would gladly return sometime.

The cottage is within a short walking distance of the shops but as it is well off the road it is a very peaceful, rural location.

The balcony is particularly successfully positioned to enjoy the sun and fresh air. The specified parking place is very safe and convenient.

Bob (perfect host) met us on arrival and was very helpful and informative, along with a basket of essentials. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Would go back in a minute .

We have just come back from our third visit to The Coach House.

We have relatives in the area so it is a good base for us to stay at.. The comfort and cleanliness is up with the best we've stayed at and the best in Wales for sure. It is a good base for touring in Snowdonia and is central for all the outdoor activities but not too far away from Llandudno when you need to stock up with essentials.

Host was very welcoming and helpful.

Cottage was pristine and beautiful. The building had an interesting history. I would normally expect to bring certain basic consumables on a self catering holiday but the owner had thought of everything. Beds were big and comfortable (mind your head on the low beams). The main bedroom has a lovely balcony (though we went out of season so the weather wasn't good enough to use it) Location was perfect - on the edge of the small town of Llanrwst it was a totally peaceful retreat whilst still being within feasible walking distance from local amenities. Llanrwst is in the Conway Valley and is a great base for exploring Snowdonia, including bus routes. It is only a few minutes by car to Betws Y Coed and is well linked to Llandudno on the north coast and Porthmadog to the south west.

Bob, the host was very welcoming and facilities had everything we needed.

This is our second visit to this property and would definitely stay here again. It is in a quiet location, yet cloae enough to the shops (5-10) minute walk

Great trip down memory lane for my husband and I .

We first visited Llanwryst 55 years ago and have been back to the area most years since then ,the cottage was superb in a really convenient location.The whole experience was enhanced by a glorious week of late summer sun.

The coach house was excellent ,we were met by bob on Arrival ,he was very helpful and friendly .

The accommodation was superb ,especially the veranda (lovely in the evening for tea )everything was clean and comfy ,kitchen had all we wanted and the welcome pack was great ,all in all one of the best we’ve been to .must try to revisit

We had a lovely warm welcome from Bob the owner who was always at hand should we need anything. The house is immaculate and very tastefully designed. We were in the area for the National Eisteddfod and were delighted with the cottage’s close proximity to the event and to the town of Llanrwst. I would readily recommend The Coach House as a lovely place for a break in North Wales.

Just returned from a fantastic week at The Coach House.

The house was clean and comfortable and the perfect base for exploring the area. Bob, the owner, met us as we arrived and showed us around the property. The welcome basket was an added bonus. A great property we’d love to return to.

Only a couple of niggles but I'm sure that they are easily sorted - one of the sofas was uncomfortable and there was no iron, ironing board.

otherwise everything else was above standard we give it 9 out of 10. We would certainly go there again.

The house is in a great location for visiting all the tourist spots.

The owner greeted us an showed us round the property. We were given a welcome gift of local produce and knew that if there were any problems he was just next door. Apart from that we were left to enjoy the peaceful setting and very comfortable house.

The Coach House was a fabulous place for a break in North Wales.

Bob, the owner, made us very welcome and left a lovely welcome basket for us all. The accommodation was probably one of the best we have stayed in in terms of cleanliness, size, comfort, facilities and location for visiting the many attractions / walks on offer in North Wales. The views from the windows were stunning. We will definitely consider returning here as there is so much left to do.

This was a return visit, this time with old, dear friends.

Enjoyed another excellent week in this very comfortable, quietly located home. Walking along the river Conwy, winding our way through Gwydir Forest, and two approaches towards Snowdon. (We didn't fancy the snow, ice and wind nearer the summit, even though the sun did shine, intermittently.) An excellent base-camp. Spent a glorious spring day at Bodnant Gardens, just up the road, and a rainy day visiting the amazing two old houses in Conwy. A thoroughly enjoyable week. And much more left undone! And a "thank you" to Bob for making us so welcome.

The coachouse is a fantastic cottage and it had everything we needed.

The cottage was clean, with god appliances. Bob the owner , who lived next door was a lovely gentleman who gave us a guided tour of the cottage and left us a lovely welcome pack of bara brith, welsh cakes,butter and milk. Highly recommended. .

This cottage is situated in a wonderful spot.

The surrounding scenery is stunning. We enjoyed it so much I re booked it as soon as we got home.

The cottage was absolutely brilliant, the welcome gifts on arrival are a lovely touch and the place overall is very clean/cosy.

The Coach House at Llanrwst is one of the best holiday cotages that we have stayed at.

It is well equipped to a very high standard and the owners are on hand to make your stay as pleasureable as possible. In a rural setting with views of the surrounding countryside it is still close enough to all the amenities in the village and central for exploring Snowdonia Highly recommended

Location was lovely and the coach house was superb.

The owner, Bob was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around the property and was most helpful, he also left us a welcome gift of Welsh plum bread ( Bara Brith ), cakes,butter and a bottle of milk. Everything was perfect and helped us have a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

The location was perfect for all we needed. Only 20mins to the beach and half hour to Snowdon. We enjoyed the holiday so much we have already booked up this cottage for next year

The Coach House is a spacious, warm and comfortable home for a holiday on the edge of Snowdonia.

In a slightly elevated position the Gwydir forest can be seen covering the hillside on the west side of the river. A warm welcome from Bob and a basket in the kitchen awaiting us with wonderful Bara Brith, Welsh cakes and butter. Delicious. It's a good base for either the mountains or the coast. And if "activities" are your thing they're all available near by (Zip World, Surf Snowdonia, climbing, gorge scrambling, mountain-biking). Altogether a great house in a great spot.

The recent renovation of the property has been to a very high standard.

It is located in a lovely rural setting (but very close to town facilities) and Bob made us feel very welcome.

Surprise basket on arrival. Clean place, great location to get around. Very near the supermarket. It was like home away from home. Perfect for relaxing. What more can you want.
