The central heating is on a time you can't control and doesn't really heat up the property enough.
Hi Ryan, I'm really sorry you struggled with the bed. There are 2 pillows for each person, one thick and one thing, which we hoped covered all options, but will review. Also we've had odd comments that the mattress is too soft, so my apologies again that wasnt right for you. The heating is on a timer, but there is a very effective wood burner and lots of wood, which heats the cottage very well if the heating is off. We were away the week you stayed, and you didn't get in touch re:text, so I wasn't able to deal with your concerns at the time I'm afraid. My apologies again,
