lovely house, great for a family group.

easy access to sea and beach, plenty of parking, fabulous views, well stocked kitchen. we have had another great holiday in this property.

Excellent accommodation, wonderful views.

As an elderly couple we found the roads around the bungalow very steep and the surrounding lanes very narrow making driving difficult. Otherwise, this property comes highly recommended.

The property has a distinct 'smell' its quite overpowering and impregnates all ur cloths and belongings.

It is clean but the musty smell is not great, it really needs a very deep clean. I suspect the heating isnt used much over the winter and leads to dampness. Its a great house in a fantastic position but there are others around without the 'smell'...it means we would give them priority which is a shame.

This was our 3rd stay at Madoc view.

We had a fabulous stay at Madoc View and were very impressed with the beautiful views!

The property was well equipped and there was plenty of room for 6 people. We used the room with the futon beds but these have been upgraded to a sofa/pull out bed which was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

The property was very clean and comfortable, with amazing views.

Nice place with lovely views spoiled by the constant noise, dust from next door and also surrounded properties having building work done.

On booking it states it should be finished spring 2025 .

Pro's: The cottage is lovely.

The location to beach is good. One big downhill - one big uphill - to and from beach. The facilities inside are very good. All round comfort and most amenities in good working order. The balance of items to use and space to put our stuff really good. The accommodation well thought out. Outside space really good. Chairs and benches also great! Views incredible. Cons: The XBOX only has one controller that recharges and works :( we could not play together! With two teens this was a bit pants! The fridge is small and we struggled to put supplies in it for 4 people. 3 of the 4 neighbours are having major building works. Mon 8am -Friday 4pm daily. Angel grinder anyone!! NOISY was an understatement between swearing shouting workmen and angel grinders on all sides. Front back and side! This was our noisiest holiday yet. We got used to it but was happy to be home in some quiet.

Madoc View is a really comfortable cottage with a wonderful view across the bay to the mountains.

It is quiet and secluded but with easy access to Abersoch on foot. We’d definitely go again!

We have stayed many times in this property and never been disappointed.

It is well maintained and the owners take on board guests suggestions. The views are superb especially with the prunning of the trees.

We have just returned home after a lovely weeks stay at Madoc View.

I would highly recommend this accommodation. Although a bit tired in places, Madoc View was clean and tidy and was possible the best stocked holiday rent I have had the pleasure to stay in. It had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The beds were comfortable and I liked the fact that bedding/towels were provided. There was also plenty of room both inside and outside for the 6 of us and our dogs. The location of the property was also excellent. We have stayed on that side of Abersoch for many years and the property's closeness to the beach, numerous walks and its accessibility to Abersoch village made it a big plus for us. However the best thing about the property, that goes without saying, is the view, which was just amazing - especially from the master bedroom and outside patio area. The weather was also very kind to us which made our stay just perfect. We will hopefully return.

Lots of attention to providing necessary equipment.with updates as necessary since last summer. Clean and fresh. Wonderful to have regained the views. I would prefer to provide my own linen. Could that be offered as an option ?

Difficult to find. 2. Needs attention to the showers. 3. Poor value. 4. Kitchen not up to the standard for this priced accommodation. 5. For the high price of this property we expected better.

The house is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The view is amazing out over the bay with the Eyri mountains in the background. Perfect place to relax and de-stress.

A great property with the most gorgeous view.

We enjoyed waking up every morning to a (sunny) view of the bay. In only two minutes we were down on the beach (however, it was closer to five minutes walking back

Medoc view is in a perfect location beautiful views and a short walk to the beach.

( a little steep walking back up☺️) It was very very quiet, relaxing and the property had plenty of space with lots of amenities. Books, games, x box, terrace with sea views for evening drinks, wood burner for cozy evenings etc. The information packs had everything from eating places, walks, activities in the area and appliance instructions. I would certainly return, thank you.

We enjoyed our stay very much , the hill to the beach was a bit of a chore but we managed .

Lovely views especially from the main bedroom and everything we needed was provided great base for traveling around and relaxing when we returned .

Just wanted to let you know we had the most wonderful stay at Madoc view. So perfect and clean the house is a real credit to the owners and the views we were so pleased with the location. Our choice was also because they aloud us to take our dog Minnie Mouse !!! Many Thanks for the biscuits they went down a treat.I went into relaxing mode straight away.
