Second visit to this lovely holiday property.

Again,me and Woody didn't want to leave. It's only a short walk to the West Shore and only a little further to the North Shore . Comfy,clean and warm with everything we needed to hand. Thanks to Karen for quickly sorting a problem and for recommending the Ormo Lounge. Hope to return soon for more walks along West Shore .

The owner was most helpful. Been a few times and will be back.

We come every year, to stay hear, it is a perfect location, it's like our little holiday home.

It's near to West shore beach. Easy access to town , north shore, and so many places.. Karen leaves us treats in fridge which is always very welcome..when you just arrive...and she even thinks of our dog to .we love it so much. We have booked next year....x

Overall the cottage was perfectly acceptable although we didn't use the kitchen much it is on the small side I would also suggest a bread bin could be included would be happy to recommend it to friends

Had a wonderful stay in Llandudno.

I would recommend staying at 50A Lloyd Street West, it is in a great location and lovely bungalow. Karen the owner had provided all the relevant supply's needed and a welcome pack for us and the dog, which was appreciated. As the weather was really hot, she had also left a wet bandana for our dog

Well presented, super location but we had to leave after the first night due to intense heat for ourselves and our dog.

Unable to cool place down despite using two large fans. There was no through air due to only one window and sliding entrance door. We assumed there was a patio to sit out in the back but it was a front drive next to several bins.Unfortunately our stay was the start of a heatwave which made the stay impossible. In our opinion the property was not suitable for a dog due to no garden or grassy area within the bounds of the property. However, there were a few grass verges within a short walk.

The property was very clean and cosy and in a really good and quiet area, but not far off all amenities, I would recommend it to anyone and we hope to go back there again.

Situated is a quiet road close to the beach and a flat walk into the town. We will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay.

The bungalow was very clean and well equipped. Such a good location for exploring Llandudno and further afield. The bus stop is just around the corner and it is a flat walk into town. We couldn’t have asked for better. Our dog enjoyed the stay too! We highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect in every way!

We loved it so much. The house is grand, location to beach and centre, also a great host. It had everything we needed and more. It's a gem. We look forward to returning in the near future.

The bungalow was very clean but was extremely hot.

We would of preferred a bit of a garden to relax in.

The house itself was very nice as you had all the amenities that you could possibly need. One thing to note is the bed was extremely comfy. The location is also very convenient as well as there is a shop just round the corner and you are only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Llandudno. This is the perfect place to stay for couples if you want a break in Llandudno. I would highly recommend and would come again.

Great location, close to the west shore,property has all the necessary amenities you could need for a stay.

It's in a quiet location with friendly neighbours.the owner has a helpful list of tips for the property and around Llandudno and we grateful for the milk and lovely biscuits left on arrival.

We had 30 different cottages, all have minus and plus.

Minus - A bit smaller, TV - well, it just work! Dog had to walk because there are zero garden (but we knew it). Plus - Lovely shower, nice outlook, clear and neat all over, owner very close but not next door and Llandudno - superb!

We love Llandudno and delighted to find a place for two on ground floor - not easy to find.

This was just right for us, very close to the lovely West Shore and within walking distance of the town and North Shore too (even for us septuagenarians). The bungalow was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. There were some issues which we told the owner about but nothing serious.

A short walk from the West Shore beach, and a slightly longer one into town to the North Shore. Everything within easy reach, such a good location. Owner very helpful and answered any questions we had very promptly. A very good holiday.

Excellent property, a lovely place to relax and unwind; very peaceful and spacious and the area was very quiet, too.

Lovely little place to stay.

Really clean and facilities are as listed. Karen's communication is great and the little hamper is a lovely touch. Flat walk down the main street to town and the local onestop shop is well stocked.

This is a lovely little cottage, In December, with Storm Darragh raging outside, we were snug, warm and dry.

My one criticism is that the lighting was poor in the lounge, and very poor in the kitchen. With a lot of time spent indoors (short daylight hours, and some bad weather), we read books and magazines, but this was made difficult because of poor light. Nevertheless we had an enjoyable break, and the location, close to the West Shore, was just what we wanted.

If you leave the fan on in the bathroom, it seems to pull in sewerage smells.

Other than this it was top class. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed, handy for trips around north Wales. It's a pity it was so cold the week we were there. I must say the owner keeps it lovely and clean and tidy and nicely decorated. Thank you for the wine, sorry we didn't drink it, we don't drink.

The house was very welcoming and comfortable. It's in a nice quiet spot and from the conservatory we saw goats on the Orme. Easy reach to the shores and facilities and our dog loved it too. We are 3 happy visitors. Thanks.

Unfortunatey we were unable to stay at this property, as the garden that was described as dog friendley, it was a very small concreat area our dog as i'm sure many more are used to being able to use a grassed area.

The T.V. was not user friendly unless your up to date with mordern tech. the kitchen is lacking in cooking dishes and sauce pans, both of these had been mentioned in the visitors book. We did speak to the owner of the property to let her know that her property had been left before our time was up and the property was empty

A lovely clean, comfortable and warm property which has been equipped and furnished to a high standard by the owner.

Thank you . A bonus is that the property is within a few minutes walk to the West Shore in a peaceful location.

Great location on the quiet side of town, 2 minute walk to a well stocked convenience store and bus stop.

Loved that there was parking for a small car, property has a large fridge freezer and wall in shower.

the location was ideal for our holiday easy access to buses and train station,the bungalow was very clean and tidy felt like a home from home.

would have liked to beable to watch normal tv channels as opposed to the streamed ones but not a major proplem,easy access to the beach and not to far from the pier and town center, although listed as a one dog property was very kind of Karen to allow us to bring our three dogs (greyhounds) there was plenty room for them to move around and be comfy aswel we would reccommend the property to our friends and it is on our list of places to stay if we decide that another visit to Wales is on the books for us.

Lovely cottage/bungalow well positioned for walking into Llandudno centre ( all on flat) or exploring wider.

Comfortable king size bed with quality bedding. Great to have freezer for food. Lovely welcome treats. Would recommend for a quiet away from home stay.

Lovely comfortable accommodation for a couple plus dog.

We had a lovely short stay, property within short walk of a beach and also the town shops, pubs and restaurants Welcome pack for humans and dog a nice touch.

The bungalow is small but spacious, plenty of room to move around in.
