A lovely property.

Ideally situated for long walks on the beach and convenient for Porthmadog. Exceptionally clean and well equipped.The owners have ensured you have everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Comfortably furnished and decorated to a good standard. I have no hesitation in recommending accommodation.

The bungalow was very comfortable, warm and beautifully furnished and full of all the equipment we needed.

Everything was well cared for and the property was scrupulously clean. All the appliances were easy to use and we were only a few minutes away from Porthmadog. We enjoyed sitting on loungers in the back garden and had plenty of room to park two cars.

Beautiful property, everything you need was there.

Comfortable beds, good water pressure, very clean and a 5 minutes walk from the beach and beautiful nature. Convenient store and chippy around the corner. One recommendation for the owner: replace all the clothes hangers with sturdy wooden ones. Kind regards, Hanna

One of the best holiday lets we've had and so close to Black Rock Sands!

Nice walk down there every day and a quick drive into Porthmadog. Perfect. Parking might be difficult if you had more than one car. Only a small car could park further down the drive.

Another perfect and flawless holiday in the most comfortable and cosy bungalow in Morfa Bychan.

The owners go above and beyond, exceeding expectations for making guests feel most welcome here. It's an absolute privilege to stay at 31 Beach road. Many, many thanks!

An excellent bungalow in a lovely area.

Ideal base to visit many places. The property was immaculate inside and out and was very comfortable. The owner made contact to ensure there were no problems which was a lovely touch. All in all an excellent holiday. Would highly recommend and would certainly use again.

That tells you everything. Always our happy place. A property that is loved and cared for by its owners. Super position for exploring by foot, car, bus or train. Just perfect, we wouldn't change a thing. The weather is usually kind to us and this last week was no exception which enabled us to enjoy the garden from the loungers listening to nothing but the peacefulness and the birds. Can't wait to return.

Our first visit to North Wales but couldn’t have chosen a better property.

A lovely bungalow, nicely decorated and furnished, very well equipped for a home from home experience. A good location, we visited Portmeirion which was only a short drive away but also Anglesey which took under an hour by car. The beach is a ten minute walk away. Would definitely recommend and I’m sure we will stay again.

Immaculate, perfectly maintained inside and out. Our happy place to stay. We eat out every day during our holiday and this time we tried the new Indian on the High Street in Portmadog called Nomi, which is well worth a visit. Along with our favourite S'Gwar in Tremadog. We recommend booking both. Beautiful walks from the doorstep, no need to use the car. Regular bus service and trains too, which if you book in advance you get cheaper. Everything to love about staying in Beach Road!

A lovely property in a great location.

Only 10 minutes walk to the beach, with a lovely bar on the way. The owners phoned to check to see that everything was OK, which was much appreciated. Would definitely return if in the area.

100% recommend! Inside, outside, location, comfort, cleanliness etc. As soon as we arrive we relax and on our last day we count the weeks until we can return to our happy place. This week we had gorgeous weather..we didn't spot a cloud in the sky during our entire 7 day break. Thank you to the lovely owners for maintaining this lovely cottage.

31 Beach road is perfection to a tee.

The owners have clearly taken a lot of time and dedication to ensure the property is as relaxing and comfortable as possible for visitors staying there. Upon arrival, the bungalow was spotlessly clean and very tidy. All of the bedrooms are warm a cozy, along with a well stocked kitchen with all important utensils for cooking. A lovely feature is it's connection to the living room via a passthrough, enabling the preparation of food whilst being able to enjoy watching TV at the same time. The location is also perfectly situated, with the beach being but a five minute walk from the front door and the local rugged hill, Moel-y-Gest, being a small walk from the property. I would certainly recommend this holiday let and would like to personally express my thanks to the owners for allowing their beautiful place to be used for vacations! Looking forward to returning soon!

What a lovely place, must take a lot of work to keep it like that.

Fabulous relaxing stay yet again.

We were the first people to stay in this bungalow when everything was brand new and it is now exactly the same, spotless and sparkling, with everything you could need provided. We love having the beach just up the road and the beach club serves very good food and drink. Can't wait to stay again next year.

31 Beach Road is as fantastic holiday home. The bungalow is beautifully presented and is well equipped with everything you'd need for a short break. The property is ideally situated in a quiet residential area with lots of local amenities on your doorstep. The holiday home offers a great base to explore the surrounding area with the beach only a short walk away. This property is highly recommended, we'd definitely stay again.

Absolute gem of a property.

A total home from home, with beautiful comfortable and quality accessories and fittings. Everything was fantastic, top quality and so much thought has been put into this house, and equipped with everything you could want. A short walk to the beach, shop, pub, and chippy with gorgeous views all round of the mountains and beach and the garden is a perfect addition, lovely and sheltered even in the recent windy weather. Happily stay here again, it was brilliant, highly recommend

Excellent property with almost everything you need and in first class cokndition

A really lovely cottage, with all the facilities one could need.

The sofas and beds were really comfortable, and the garden was a great place to chill out with a newspaper and a drink. Ideal location for exploring north-west Wales.

In a perfect world , all holiday rental property would be as clean, well maintained, and furnished as 31 Beach Rd, unfortunately this is not always the case.

The comprehensive folder with relevant information was very much appreciated. Everything about this property was perfect for us to enjoy a lovely holiday , even the weather cooperated , wonderful walks on the coastal path, almost straight from the house. A lovely, clean and comfortable holiday home in an excellent location.

The house was well equipped and maintained to a very high standard. Such a lot of careful thought had obviously gone in to it to make our stay enjoyable. The call from Mark (the owner) on our first evening was very much appreciated - helpful but not obtrusive. Thank you very much.

This property is first class, having recently been refurbished top to bottom.

Well thought out, with quality fittings & furnishings. Set in a quiet residential area it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach & the fabulous Black Rock Beach Club. A short drive away is Porthmadog which has all the amenities needed for a self-catering holiday. Plenty of places to visit & the scenery is absolutely amazing! Can, unreservedly, give this place 10/10.

Our second time there in a year. Its great to come back to after a day exploring the beautiful areas to relax in. So quiet and peaceful. Good night sleep - very important

A beautifully clean bungalow just a short walk from the beach.

We had no issues at all with the property. All went smoothly as we knew it would. The owner had given us a contact number if there were any difficulties.

The cottage was well furnished, well decorated and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment, if you just wanted a snack or cook a meal.

The back garden was well laid out with sitting out facilities. The road was a little busy during the day but went quiet after about 6pm. There was a good beach close by with plenty of space, ideal for the children to play. The pub was just down the road and offered lunch and evening meals. The cottage was also well placed to go and see the many attractions in the area. Overall it is one of the best holiday homes we have visited.

Superb accommodation exactly as described.

Set in an ideal location in Snowdonia with easy access to all the local amenities, including Black Rock beach, Porthmadog, Criccieth, Portmerion, Bedgelert and the gorgeous Festiniog steam railway. This helped make the perfect holiday for the 3 adults and 2 young children (8 &7) staying there. Without doubt can highly commend this 5 star accommodation.

The private garden is a bonus. 5 minute walk to the beach or local convenience store, 3 minutes to the local pub. The beach is clean and spacious.

We loved the location of the bungalow and its proximity to the beach.

Within the couple of minutes you can take a stroll along the white sands or have a quick dip in the sea! We also loved the fact that after a long day walking in Snowdonia, you can then head back to all the lovely comfortable features of a real home. We would definitely recommend this beautiful place. It's quiet and the neighbours are lovely and friendly. If you don't have a car, you can hop on public transport to anywhere in the area and they will even drop you back at the end of the road! It's a 100% recommendation from us.

Absolutely perfect. This stunning bungalow is set in the beautiful village of Morfa Bychan, and guests are both a stone's throw away from both the beach and in easy access of the mountains of Snowdonia. Upon my arrival, I found the property was spotlessly clean and most comfortable. The back garden is well presented and very spacious. The owners have clearly take a lot of time and effort in making sure that this bungalow enriches the experience of their guests' holidays. I can thoroughly recommend this holiday let and would like to personally thank the owners for the opportunity to stay there. Having already booked up, I am already looking forward to my next vacation spent at 31 Beach road! Thank you!

The property was clean and tidy with good facilities.

We would of liked more time to pack 10am was a bit of a rush.

Morfa Bychan perfect!

! We absolutely loved our stay. The bungalow was lovely, comfortable beds important to us, peaceful, great location next to the lovely beach and fantastic restaurant/bar. Great to explore the beautiful interesting areas. Would definitely go back again!! PERFECT!!!

All in all it's a brilliant place 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super equipped, comfy, clean, great location, good neighbours, great little garden, plenty of parking, walking distance to the amazing beach, shop, chippy & restaurant/bar.

FABULOUS!!!! Only 2 little grumps .... (otherwise it would have been 11/10). The hot water system is a little bit noisy - we got used to it though. Like all of the furniture in the bungalow the bed frame in the main bedroom is fabulous quality solid oak, but the TV/drawer unit at the end of the bed is a bit too close and knocks are inevitable when passing between the two. We could have moved the unit but were concerned about leaving marks on the lovely thick carpet. :-) Not issues that will prevent us from returning and recommending. Hope to be back next year.
