Lovely spacious apartment in a tremendous location.

Very clean and tidy and we loved the welcome pack which was a very thoughtful touch by the owners. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would love to return in the near future.

The apartment is well maintained and fitted, generally.

The bathrooms are modern and nice, furniture is all pretty new and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. The doggy welcome pack and the wine was a nice touch. However, the flat was not well cleaned when we arrived - we had to sweep the hall because hair and dust were visible and wipe dirty marks off the leather chair. Our only other minor grumble was that there are no kitchen staples (cooking oil, salt and pepper) in the cupboard, and no oven gloves. But overall it was a nice apartment and we would come again.

A problem with the wi fi router was rectified promptly by the owner. Definitely recommended.

Good location and excellent facilities

Excellent location for golf club, beach and exploring Pen Llyn.

Apartment is well-equipped to comfortably accommodate four adults. There are plenty of pots, pans and crockery so making full meals is possible. This is useful because, as you'd expect in a small village, there are limited dining options within walking distance. Bathrooms are spacious and modern and plenty of towels were provided. WiFi worked well and TV has access to Netflix and iplayers.

A holiday apartment that surpassed the description, even the photos didn't do it justice!

It was more than a home from home, and was ideal for our first 3 generation holiday. Baby Leo had space for his travel cot, but preferred to share the super king-size bed with mum and dad, while grandma and grandad disturbed no-one in the night with their ensuite! And the situation was idyllic, close to a beautiful beach, peaceful and restorative.

Very convenient location, especially as this time I was holidaying solo with my dog. There is a cafe within a two minute walk, the beach is within 5 minutes walk, and a local convenience store within about 8 minutes walk. The apartment itself is very spacious with two large king size bedrooms, one en suite. There is a huge main bathroom. There is all the equipment you could possibly think off provided. The apartment was very clean with linen and towels provided. I had to contact the owners due to a small problem with the TV and they could not have been more helpful and came within 30 minutes to reset the TV. Very friendly people. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Just returned following our third visit to this property, and will be returning again.

Travelling with 2 young children, the apartment is great due to its proximity to the beach. But also the size of the property is excellent, with a family and separate en-suite bathroom, and a large open plan kitchen and living room area. We tend to prepare meals at the apartment during ours stays and there is plenty of space in the individual fridge and freezer to store/bring food, as well as plenty of equipment in the kitchen to assist. This hasn’t always been the case when staying at other properties, so ours stays here are always comfortable and enjoyable.

The apartment is well equipped and was comfortable.

There are a couple of maintenance issues which need dealing with. The view from the terrace area is not impressive - a road and a large pair of wooden doors on the opposite garage. Compared to the cottage we stayed in the following week there seemed to be a slight lack of soul about the holiday which I cannot exactly pinpoint. I would recommend the apartment to future guests but we are unlikely to visit again.

This is a very spacious very well equipped and well furnished apartment we would certainly recommend.

It is in a nice area within a very short walk to the beach. Phone signal and wi fi good. The only problem was the shower ran cold if you adjusted the temperature or taps were turned on in the kitchen. If we return to the area we try to secure this apartment again

Y Gyfrinach is a lovely property It is very clean, very spacious, comfortable, and very relaxing.

There is a nice seating outside with a very useful dog parking hook. It is only a 5 min walk to the beach and lies in a beautiful area. This was our 2nd time here and can't wait to come again

September 2024 The place was very clean, nicely decorated and furnished and it was a pleasure to return each evening.

The place was very well equipped except for the bathroom. The towels were bath towels which only just went round a size 10-12 body. Also the towels did not dry from one day to the next, damp still on second day. I had to buy a cheap bath sheet for comfort and to give given towels a chance to dry. We had the electric fire on each evening to dry the towels and provide some off set for the colder bedrooms. There was condensation on the bedroom windows in the morning. The instructions for the central heating were available but we were unable to get the CH running and it seemed a waste of energy in September. The laundrette at the local garage was the recommendation for drying washed clothes - not at all suitable for everyday damp towels. Next visit I would take a portable dryer and heater.

I did find the use of technology rather challenging.

It took a while to fathom the tv in the main room and I never did get the tv in the master bedroom to switch on. Also the white zapper to operate the bedside lights was nowhere to be found. Apart from that a very enjoyable stay.

Apartment fully equipped.

We spent a lot of our time out and about and did not utilise much of the equipment available. Would thoroughly recommend. Superb.

A lovely property, very clean when we arrived.

The property is very spacious and extremely well equipped every thing that is needed for a comfortable stay is supplied. The beds are super comfortable and very large. Only a short walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of nice local walks all within a short drive.

Really comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean- Had absolutely everything we needed for a really homely stay.

Gorgeous beds and bedding, we all slept so well. Really great value for money compared to a lot of over-priced holiday let’s at the moment.

So spacious and comfortable. Situated in a perfect location. Lovely beaches and coastal walks. Lovely touch leaving us wine, cake, milk and a doggie bag for our pooch. I would highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely be going back. Linda Katy Austin and Millie the dog.

Lovely property.

Very very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was great to sit outside and watch the world go by (to the beach) as well as being only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a shop. Parking was not an issue* but it would have been nice to have a designated space * I think we were lucky as some apartments appeared to abuse the 1 space rule

Enjoyed our stay.

The property was spacious and suited us perfectly as we required ground floor accommodation. Everything needed in a kitchen was provided and all appliances you are likely to need. Problem with TV reception was solved promptly by the owner within an hour. The spaciousness and light in the main living area was especially enjoyable and we loved sitting out in the front in the mornings and in the back in the afternoons.

Mattress was a bit hard for me.

A wonderful property with a great location near to beach, shop and pub and coastal walks.

Modern and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Both bedrooms have plenty of space and were comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. The owners have really put a lot of thought into providing a home from home. The only minor negative was the floors could have done with a mop. Definitely would stay here again.

We had no need to contact the owners about any problems. The fire controls were difficult to work. We couldn’t get the actual heat to operate but the central heating was fine so there was no problem. The TV controls were a bit complicated but that was probably as much us as anything although we couldn’t get into Netflix as we didn’t have the password. However these are very minor matters and we will certainly return to this particular apartment again.

The apartment was wonderful super clean and very comfortable.

It was extremely well equipped with everything one needed for a relaxed stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely think about staying there again.

The property is beautiful and very comfortable.

The property was much larger than we expected. It is perfectly located within the village by the beach. We genuinely couldn’t fault it. There was an issue with parking but the owner was very helpful and sorted it for us. We will be returning to this property.

The apartment was extremely warm and comfortable and it’s location couldn’t be better.

Well equipped kitchen WiFi smart TV and terrific showers in both bathrooms contributed to our autumn break. 5 minute walk to the beach and coastal paths kept us busy with a few trips to other local beauty spots and restaurants all within easy distance. Local shop handy too! Will be booking again.

Excellent location. Beds really comfortable. Very spacious and well equipped. Loved the Netflix option. Fire was very cosy and relaxing with the lighting.would highly recommend this appartment. And will be booking again next year. Also lovely gesture leaving wine and dog treats.

Great location and well appointed.

Very relaxing. On arrival the floors through out the property needed a good sweep. In the bedroom with thr ensuite several hairs could be found in the bed.

Our second time at the holiday home and we love the location and open plan space.

Perfect for walking to everywhere we need (beach, shop, pub, lovely walks) and fab water pressure for showers. We had a great week. A few things that could do with updating were: the bed in the master bedroom felt like it dipped on one side and clunked when you got on it, the bin in the kitchen was broken, dining room chairs lost padding and need replacing, scatter cushions covers need a wash. Other than the bed which does need looking at the rest were small things that didn’t take away too much from our stay.

Lovely property and area

The apartment is beautiful, furnished to a very high standard and the owners have put a lot of thought into providing everything their guests will need to have a great stay.

The secure lawned area at the back was a bonus, our dog loved running round on it! My only issue was the 'first come, first served' parking. There is a big sign saying one parking space per apartment, not sure if everyone followed this or perhaps visitors to Morfa Nefyn took advantage of the free parking at the development. Apart from the parking issue, (which may not be a problem at other times) we had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Loved the shower pressure, internet speed and open plan living space. We booked again for next year.

Beautiful apartment only minutes walk down to the beach.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and the bedding crisp and white. Loved the wine and goodies left for us.... and the dog bag with all their treats in !!! The bathrooms were great and all the soap, body lotions, shampoo etc left in a basket for us to use .... was a lovely touch. A wonderful place to stay, just wish it had been for longer.

Apartment was lovely, comfortably furnished, spacious and clean.

Everything necessary was provided including tea towels, cleaning products, toilet paper, toiletries, welcome pack, even a goody bag for a dog had we had one. The kitchen was well equipped and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. There was plenty of outside space and the apartment was ideally situated for the beach, local store, pubs and restaurants, not to mention the walking opportunities and exploring the rest of the Llynn Peninsula.

Fabulous accommodation I have stayed in other apartments in this building and this was the best in my opinion, Extremely comfortable and well equipped and well placed.

I will be booking it again for a fortnight next year if not sooner and available Very minor issues : TV in bedroom wasn't working Lights on cooker hood didn't work Needs coat rack in hall I think

The apartment was lovely and very comfortable as well as really dog friendly.

It is in a good position and we enjoyed our holiday. Parking is a problem one of our first checks is for parking but we were unable to get on the car park on some days which is a concern with a new car.
