The property

Nestled on the outskirts of the historic market town of Pwllheli, situated in Gwynedd, is the wonderful stone cottage of Stabl.

Internally, the property has been renovated into a contemporary holiday home, boasting lovely exposed beams which add a bit of countryside character.

With magnificent views across the open countryside fields and hills from every window!

The spacious open-plan interior has a large sitting room with two reclining sofas, added for your ultimate comfort.

Spend your evenings curled up here with the wall-mounted TV and DVD player as your entertainment.

The dining area has seating for up to six people and makes for a wonderful social space.

The modern fitted kitchen has plenty of worktops space for preparing your meals, with a range of appliances on-hand.

Down the hall, you will find a ground floor twin bedroom and a shower room, easily accessible for those with limited mobility.

Offering lovely modern furniture, with a TV so you can enjoy your favourite morning shows without the need to move!

Upstairs are a further two bedrooms: a super king-size, with zip and link features, so it can be made into a twin bedroom upon request and a king-size.

With a separate family bathroom housing a freestanding bath and a separate walk-in shower.

Prepare for your day however you wish, with all high-quality fixtures and fittings.

Pwllheli is within driving distance of many local attractions, including Glasfryn Parc, an activity centre, which offers wakeboarding, go karting, quad biking, archery and so much more.

You and your little ones will have so much fun here, with a soft play area for toddlers.

There is an on-site restaurant so you can spend the whole day there and enjoy all the sports this place has to offer.
