Everything about this property is amazing-from check in to check out!

Great location, absolutely spotless and everything you need for a comfortable stay Off road parking is a bonus and it is such a peaceful location, yet ten minutes from all amenities Thank you Carys - we will be back!

Fantastic cottage, everything is new, so much space to relax in.

Everything has been catered for, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine, dishwasher , 3 tvs all new. Fantastic shower. Plenty of outside space, front, back and sides. 9 sheep as neighbours. I asked Llyn Peninsula face book page for suggestions of places to visit and to eat , I got a tremendous response. You must visit Whistling Sands and Caffi TopCat ( 200yards away) for the best crab ever. Yes, we enjoyed the stay. Oh and the Bara Brith was great, thank you Carys .

We found the location of the property to be perfect.

Great walks straight out of the front door. The house was lovely and clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner had provided a fruit cake for us when we arrived, which my husband greatly appreciated. We had a fantastic week and would stay again. It was fun playing with the collie dog from over the road.

Very clean, very comfortable with everything you need for self catering. Very nice owner who came to see if we had settled in and if we needed anything, thank you Cerys for letting us stay in your cottage,we will be booking again definitely.

Great location, the village of Rhiw is very quiet and the property has great views at the back.

Fantastic walk up to the peak, although steep in places it’s well worth it, less than 20min walk to the top at Mynydd Rhiw. Very disappointing to not have a dishwasher, albeit not mentioned in the details, the kitchen has plenty of space for one, great cooker and a 3/4 size fridge freezer. Very happy to have a washer (located in the shed) bit daunting going in the shed at night and accessing the back garden through the shed (very dark although there are security lights) but I’m sure in the summer would be great. Bed was comfy, the dining table was extremely wobbly so only used once. Property gets warm quickly when the heating is on but can go very cold at night due to the location. One wardrobe in the double room, other double has no clothing storage apart from two very small bedside cabinets, single has a small cupboard. Good off-road parking for two cars. Overall a nice property, very friendly owner.

Another brilliant stay in a well leapt cozy cottage in Rhiw.

Plenty of space for the three of us even when the storms were blowing through. Cerys was very communicative on times which was great and the location itself is amazing come storm or shine. I've used Dalar Deg as both a family getaway and also because of the good broadband a work retreat and both times it has been perfect..

We had all we needed in the kitchen etc. Would have liked Information about recycling days and how to switch on any heating for drying towels Access to garden was a bit unusual through odd outbuilding Garden area not so cosy /welcoming Communication with Sykes was. Difficult and wasn’t sure how to check the arrival time- 5pm is late! And 9am check out v early. Ace location

The property was nice and clean Was let down the check in and check out times.

To late to check in and to early to check out. No wardrobe in a bedroom. No dishwasher. It's OK if you like somewhere to sleep and leave in the morning.

A house with all the facilities and a very accommodating host who provided a cot and high chair for our baby.

We've stayed three times now. We love the peace and quiet. The scenery and walks straight from the front door. We feel relaxed as soon as we arrive.

The cottage is ideal for anyone looking for a break on the Lleyn Peninsula.

It is well maintained, comfortable and a credit to the owners.

Property was ln a lovely position with good sea view from bedroom and garden, clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately we lost 2 days and had to leave early as my son became ill. Otherwise would have been a really enjoyable holiday.

Good communication with owner, who kindly came to check everything was okay. Great views from the conservatory which we enjoyed sitting in….it was foggy 50% of the time we were there! But you can’t help the weather! Glad of the washing machine and easy to get clothes dry. Just didn’t know why the check in was so late, 5pm is really late, we arrived at 3.30pm and sat up on the hill above enjoying the view until we could get in, but felt an earlier arrival would have been better when you have driven a long way. We wondered if it hadn’t been updated since COVID? Even 4pm would have been better. But that was the only gripe really, and maybe that doesn’t bother other people. Everything else was great. Especially please how clean and warm the cottage was. Thank you.

The wind and rain are all part of the Rhiw experience and don't matter when you can return to a warm, cosy and yet spacious cottage. A great place to stay whatever the whether.

Really loved our stay,very comfortable bungalow,with lovely views overlooking the mountain's.

Not far to Aberdaron which is a lovely area,coastal walks and nice restaurant's. To sum up ,everything you require is in the bungalow ,would highly recommend it for a very peaceful get away .

The bedrooms have damp and mould on the walls and the smell of damp was over powering

Inside house clean and comfortable other than no lamps at all in the living room.

shower good.Towels supposed to be provided but told they were not due to covid but no reimbursement offered.Outdoor seating area grim and not reflected in the photos also difficult to access for elderly.This outdoor area was most important part of the choice for us.View was good but rest of that area was awful

Lovely break, clean and comfortable bungalow.

Double bedroom with the driveway view out to the hills was perfect, nice large room. Mattress was very comfortable. Kitchen is great for cooking meals. We used the range cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle all looked new and in well kept order. Fridge freezer was more than adequate for 2. Lounge with TV and couches perfect for relaxing and dining area great for eating all meals. Amply parking. We had a great stay, would recommend and would stay again.

There was a very generous welcome pack. The house is in a wonderful position for birdwatching.

The accommodation was perfect for us.

It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and furnished, having comfortable beds, a good electric shower (no bath) and a superb kitchen (should have taken some Hob-brite to clean the ceramic hob better!). Roomy car-standing area was useful. I thought wifi might be bad as the accommodation is quite remote but it was excellent, with no problems at all. Ideal for a family. Beautiful views of the sea from three directions. Both Aberdaron and Abersoch are within easy reach.

Views were exceptional.

Cottage was lovely. Near lovely beaches, walks and villages. Comfy beds, loads of room, huge cooker, well presented with loads of extras. Good shower. Nice big TV internet was averaging 35!! Free view box. Left us tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, hand towels bath towels, even a couple of treats shortbread and Bara brith. One tiny tiny nit pick there isn't a dvd player, but there is a proper free view box with loads of stuff on it and you can sign in to your own Netflix! Really had a lovely stay. Thanks.
