Description

Nefyn, a charming coastal town in beautiful North Wales, is home to this well-presented end-terrace property.

Rowarth is a wonderful base for exploring North Wales, with easy access to the town's amenities and a sandy beach.

Enter the kitchen, complete with a double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher so you don't have to lift a finger during your stay.

Share your culinary creations with your loved ones as you raise a glass to a relaxing getaway.

You can unwind on the sofa in the living room while listening to the soothing sounds of the woodburning stove.

Step out onto the deck in the private garden, complete with rattan furniture, to enjoy a nightly meal and soak in the hot tub.

The three bedrooms ( two doubles, and one twin) are located upstairs, and all are beautifully decorated and provide plenty of space for your belongings.

Get ready for the day in the bathroom, where you can take a bath or a shower depending on your mood.

In just under a mile, you can reach the popular Nefyn beach, where you can enjoy sunbathing, sandcastle-building, swimming, and exploring rockpools on its two miles of golden sand.

For those nights when you just want to relax and not cook, there is a wide selection of shops, bars, and restaurants in the area.

Morfa Nefyn, a nearby village, features a sandy beach perfect for constructing sandcastles, a general store to stock up on necessities, and a few bars and restaurants for a night out on the town.

The coastal path between Caenarfon and Porthmadog is a popular route for hikers, and golfers will enjoy Nefyn & District Golf Club, a 27-hole championship course.

Pwllheli is a great place to visit if you are interested in sailing; it has a Blue Flag beach, two excellent marinas, and a total of 400 boats.

You should make Rowarth your next North Wales base.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Fully enclosed private garden was ideal for the dog and the hot tub was much enjoyed our teens. A perfect base to enjoy the pleasures of the Llyn.

Lovely very well equipped property and spotlessly clean.

Good location with a short walk to the beach, but be aware it's a steep hill. Friendly pubs and excellent chip shop just up the road. Hot tub was great for a soak after a day out sightseeing. Top of garden is fully enclosed but just outside the door isn't, our little dog did escape through the gate, some chicken wire or something on the gate would improve this, otherwise we had a great time and would definitely return.

The property is of a really good size, with a lovely lounge with a woodburner.

Kitchen and utility room with everything you need. Paint work was peeling a little in one of the bedrooms and it looked like there had either been a leak in the bathroom or there had been some condensation as there were water marks all down the walls. Other than that the property interior was very nice. TV in lounge is frustrating as quite unresponsive. Dog owners need to be aware that they are not allowed on furniture. Garden is lovely. Nicely set out. Hot tub is great. Its very secure so great for dogs, but it is to the rear of the property and outside the back door is not secure. So its not just a case of letting your dog out. Other than that minor inconvenience garden is great. Next door is a bit of a scrap yard, but you can't see that once inside. There is great local pub a short walk away. There is another bar a bit further away, but again within walking distance. There are 2 shops nearby, the Spar is very well stocked. There is also a chemist, a cafe and a milk shake hut. The chippy is great, lovely food and great portions. There is also a kebab shop , cash only, we didn't try that. There is also a curry house but again we did not try that. Property is in a great location for the Llyn Peninsula. All in all a very good stay in a very nice property, which could do with a spruce up in a few places.
