Generally great, we have returned for several years and hope to continue to do so.

Site managers brilliant. Cooker excellent.

The house was really amazing and the view was incredible.

It was nice to find somewhere so spacious for a family group with lots of safe outside space. The house was clean and well stocked with the basics and the kitchen was really well equipped. All the rooms were comfortable and clean and the showers were amazing. The hosts were really helpful and friendly and assisted with any questions we had. We didn't realise that there are adjoining houses so if you have a larger party you can rent 2 next to each other, something we'll consider in the future. We're already talking about when we can go back.

Cim Canol is in a beautiful location with stunning views from the property.

However, we would rate our overall satisfaction of our stay at 60 %. The property has NOT been well maintained and several things were broken in the property when we arrived such as blinds and wardrobes in several of the bedrooms. The standard of cleanliness in the property was poor. There was thick layers of dust everywhere and even though the bathrooms were clean the downstairs toilet had dry urine splashes under the toilet seat, mould in the showers and a wrapper from a sanitary product was under one of the beds. It was clear that a very 'basic' clean had been carried out and the bedding had been changed but a more thorough clean is required each time to keep on top of things. The kitchen was well equipped but lacked cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets, cleaning sprays and bin bags. If this was made clear before hand then we would have brought our own. The lounge is an excellent space to socialise and have family time but, again was very 'tired' - the sofas were very saggy and worn which made them uncomfortable. Neil (who works on site) was very helpful and friendly. He gave us good advice on some lovely walks from the house to the beach and listened to our feedback about the state of the property. He explained that he has passed on similar feedback from previous guests to the owners (but it looks like that was to no avail) The cost of a stay at Cim Canol is incredibly over priced given the overall state of the property and falls short of it's 3 star rating on Sykes website. The house has got a lot of potential to be 3+ star property but needs some TLC and updating.

Generally ok although on arrival we found belongings in drawers from the previous occupants so clearly the cleaning had been just superficial.

There were some brown marks on the wall in the first twin bedroom which were cleaned off quite easily - we’re hoping they were just child chocolate fingerprints!? The dishwasher desperately needs some salt and rinse aid to help it clean better. Some basic items were absent which would have been useful for our stay; oven gloves, a broom, a clothes airer, and hand soap in each bathroom. It would also be useful to have clearer information that the property is part of 4 within the whole building. (It wasn’t a problem, just sets clear expectations!) In addition, providing some clear information that there is absolutely no facility for charging an electric vehicle. Again no real issue just helps those with an ev plan better! Please note though that none of this prevented us from having a fabulous time at Cim Canol. The garden space was great for the dogs. The sunrises and views were stunning. The proximity to the beach was fab and the general space in the house perfectly suited our needs and we’ve had a wonderful family week away and created some amazing memories.

Perfect for a family get together plenty of space, good size bedrooms and excellent showers.

I choose this house because it looked as if the living room and kitchen would comfortably fit in our family party of 12 aged 17 to 79.

The house exceeded expectations. It was warm, clean,really comfy. Comfy beds too. A great area for beaches, cycling, walking. The views from the house are glorious. Loved it. Thanks.

Great location and really large bedrooms which were all en suite. Sykes cottages are a nightmare to communicate with not able to email or phone them. I ended up having to get the train to their office in Chester to sort out a problem with the booking

Lovely place, exactly what we wanted, my family loved it and we will book again.

Host were great and welcoming Really responsive if we had any questions The view are amazing the house was amazing Lovely circular walk which is definitely a must. And lovely space which my youngest spent so much time flying a kite. Property had everything we needed and more

the property was fantastic and perfect for our whole family, plenty of space for us 12 of us in the kitchen and living spaces, and walking distance to 2 great beaches.

We went there for a relaxing family holiday.

The property was warm and cozy when we arrived. The heating was turned on. The whole house including the bathrooms was very clean. It is nice cottage in a beautiful location, very well equipped and maintained. We would definitely recommend this property to our family and friends.
