Llain Bach

Our first time in this apartment after staying many times in the same development.

It was well equipped and comfortable with excellent views over the countryside. The property is ideally located for visiting all the beaches and attractions in Anglesey and only a short journey to cross the water to the North Wales coast, Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula.

Llain Bach is everything & more, such a beautiful bungalow with stunning views from the kitchen & living room windows.

It was so comfortable, peaceful & well equipped. The seating area by the pond was enjoyed & also the Wii, bringing back memories. The welcome gifts were appreciated, & Andrew the owner friendly. A great location to visit other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend Thanks Lisa

Beautiful location. 5 stars. Confused with book in and departure times as Sykes has it down for 4.30pm arrival and 9.30am departure time, whereas the owners manual has it down for 3pm arrival and 10am departure.

Lovely comfortable home from home.

Bed is one of the best and both of us slept so well. Very peaceful but easy to get anywhere within 20 minutes maximum. Owners are lovely. This is our 5th time here which says it all really! We will be back.

In a very tranquil setting with lovely views over the rolling hills of Anglesey. If like us you appreciate peace and quiet you will love this cottage. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. Just a short drive from the centre of Llangefni with a host of shops and cafe's . Situated centrally on the island and perfect for exploring all that Anglesey has to see.

Lovely cottage, spotlessly clean and well equipped, the beds are so comfortable and the views from the kitchen and lounge are beautiful, the gardens and grounds are immaculate, We loved the summerhouse and pond, so relaxing,.

Location is only 2 miles from Llangefni and is well situated for touring Anglesey. an absolute gem Enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

The property was everything we could have hoped for - the ratings I have given speak for themselves.

The owners who live on site, were very welcoming on our arrival and were always helpful when asked for advice. Llan Bach has beautiful views at the rear and as birdwatchers we were delighted to see over 20 species of birds here during our stay. The gardens are superb, with beautiful planting. The lovely summer house is ideal for enjoying sundowners. The property's central location, near Llangefni, is ideal for exploring Anglesey. The island's amazing coastline, with huge beaches & dramatic cliffs are not to be missed. For a local walk I would strongly recommend Lake Cefni, which is very scenic and has a variety of routes to choose from. We would love to come here again.

Enjoyed our stay, keep returning to this property as we like location, and it is nice to know the property we are going to is clean, well equipped and the owners are so pleasant and obliging, will be back later this year.

This a beautiful property with wonderful views.

Totally equipped with everything you could possibly need and a little welcome pack of bread, milk, butter and jam was a lovely touch. Towels are provided, bed linen is too and of really good quality. Kitchen equipment is great, large fridge freezer, good oven and hob plus microwave and toaster/ kettle. Seeing the jets and planes taking off and landing at RAF Valley in the distance while washing up is a treat! Well placed for every part of the island and Asda is just a short drive away for provisions. This is our second stay and we will be booking again in the future.

A lovely peaceful cottage overlooking open fields.

The cottage was well equipped and extremely clean and better than many self catering cottages we have stayed in. It is fairly centrally situated on the island and within easy reach of all the amenities Anglesey has to offer.

This was a lovely restful hoilday property with a perfect view over a wildflower meadow into the distance.

The accomodation was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities that you could need. The location was great for all that we had planned. Would definitely book here again if we return to Anglesey in the future. Many thanks.

Llain Bach is a delightful home from home.

It was pristine in every aspect. And the owners, Amanda and Andrew were extremely accommodating. They live next door. The location is ideal for reaching all areas of the island. This is a jewel in terms of accommodation.

The cottage is beautiful,very clean & very peaceful.

The welcome pack was very much appreciated. The bad weather didn’t allow us to use the beautiful garden & summer house very much. There is everything you could possibly need including toys,games & dvds for the kids & plenty room to play outside in the garden. I was really happy with my stay at the cottage.

Couple of minor issues: - toilet flush push button stuck in but knowing how they work, it was easy for me to fix - microwave was almost impenetrable. Should be much simpler for a holiday cottage Everything else was great

The facilities, cleanliness and hosts Andrew and Amanda are nothing more than exceptional. More than plenty to do in Anglesey with the advice and help from the hosts. Absolutely Fabulous cottage and location.

Spotlessly clean, bright, airy and comfy. To us, this is the new 'bench mark' holiday cottage, that so few others get anywhere near. The bed is oh so comfy, the shower is powerful and has plenty of hot water. Totally quiet with barely any passing traffic, so a good nights sleep is assured. Fully equipped with practically everything, though does need a rotary washing line and a washing up bowl. The owners are on hand and are very welcoming. We shall return.

Home from home.

We had a fabulous holiday at this holiday cottage.

It was extremely clean, spacious, with everything we needed. The views over the garden to the surrounding countryside were delightful. We watched amazing sunsets each evening. The owners are very friendly and we appreciated the welcome gifts. We would not hesitate to return.

The shower had a high step into it, which is difficult for someone with limited mobility.

This is the only reason we would not visit again. Everything else was excellent, well worth the 5 tick rating.

I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Llain Bach is a beautifully positioned property with easy access to all parts of Anglesey, there are good supermarkets very near.

The views are spectacular with some amazing sunsets! In fact, scenery all around the property is stunning. The cottage is home from home with extremely comfortable beds. Tastefully decorated and furnished and so well equipped, everything has been well thought of. An ideal spot for all ages being on ground level and with a walk in shower, my 80+ Mom who does have poorly knees managed perfectly and thoroughly enjoyed her stay. We will definitely return

Lovely owners and perfect cottage

This is a beautifully presented cottage in a quiet and peaceful location yet only a few minutes from Llangefni and is an ideal base for walking and touring both Anglesey and North Wales.

The cottage has a private outdoor seating area and access to communal gardens. It’s the last cottage in a row of 4 so gains maximum benefit from the surrounding gardens. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with a full height fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The ceramic hob needed quite a bit of pressure to get it to respond but once you get the hang of it was very efficient. The WiFi was ok if you were in the lounge or double bedroom but was less reliable in the kitchen and larger bedroom, frequently dropping out. Parking was a little limited, sufficient for one car per cottage but we were in the 2 bed cottage and travelled from different parts of the country so had 2 cars, both quite large and parking was ‘tight’. However the quality of the accommodation and location is such that this would not deter us from making a return visit. The owners are friendly and helpful but not intrusive!

Had a fantastic week in Llain Bach, the property was just lovely, very clean, spacious and perfect for a small family.

The amenities provided were more than we expected so it really felt like a home from home. Andrew and Amanda were very welcoming and gave some great advice on places to visit in Anglesey. The gardens were just lovely, the children loved running around, we were lucky to have the weather on our side! The cottage location is perfect as a central point to travel all around Anglesey with the beaches just a few miles in each direction. I would absolutely recommend a stay at this cottage for anyone wishing to visit Anglesey and over into mainland Wales, and we look forward to visiting again!

Beautifully appointed cottage with very friendly and helpful owners living right next door.

Everything in the cottage is high spec, even an induction hob in the kitchen. The bed is super comfortable and unlike many cottages we have used, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers! The only negative point is that the previous occupants had put dirty dishes and glasses back in the cupboards and had left the dishwasher with old stale food in it. If you are staying in cottages, please please please don't do this!!

Modern, clean, comfortable, fully equipped and everything that you promised plus very obliging and helpful host in Andrew and Amanda Taylor.

Llian Bach is perfectly located for visiting Anglesey with nowhere more than 30 minutes away. Despite the Covid restrictions, restaurants, cafes and public toilets were mainly open and pleased to see visitors. All this made for a great break and a restful holiday.

Central location for getting round the island you feel very raural and then find it's only a five minute drive to the village where there is an abundance of shops. Amanda and Andrew are really lovely and added a couple of little treats for the children which they really enjoyed! Will be going back at some point.

The cottage was ideally placed to explore the island and Snowdonia which had plenty to offer, we should have booked for a fortnight.

The cottage is outstanding with everything you need and even things you didn't think you needed, games, DVDs and books. The furnishings and equipment is 5 star with nothing missed. I cannot praise the hosts or the accommodation highly enough and the beautiful gardens are a bonus. All this and less than 2 miles from the nearest supermarket. Fantastic.

Absolutely lovely cottage in a stunning setting.

Closest town about 2 miles away. Very convenient for exploring surrounding areas. Cottage itself is very well equipped with all that we needed, very comfy beds and extra surprise of goodies to enjoy on arrival. There was so many things we didnt get to see on our holiday so would definitely consider booking this cottage again. Hosts were friendly and help was close at hand if needed. Overall we had a fantastic time.

We stayed at Llain Bach for the week with our 3 children (6,4 and 1).

Lots of lovely touches like packet of chocolate buttons on the towels for each of the kids, fresh tiger loaf, butter, jam and milk. The kids loved playing outside in the Apple orchard and gardens. Great central location and everything was never more than 20 minutes away to get all over the island. Beautiful sunsets in the evening.

Llain Bach, its location, facilities and the owners' proximity to the property, ticked all the boxes as far as our family were concerned.

Added to which when we arrived late after an 8 hour drive, the owner drove my wife to go and pick up our evening meal!

A little piece of Welsh heaven, a lovely very well equipped cottage with wonderful hosts, who have thought of everything to give our family of four memories to treasure.
