Everything was first class .

however we were disappointed that there were no bedroom wardrobes or drawers .Also no bedside table lamps .The grass badly needs cutting . A decent tin opener in the kitchen would not go amiss . These things could easily be rectified and have been mentioned by previous occupants in the visitor book .these items mentioned really let the house down which is a shame as it has all mod requirements .however we enjoyed staying there and the points i have raised are only minor ones. the tvs fidge/freezer air fryer were first class .I would recommend this property one hundred per cent ,thankyou so much John Mountford

It was very nice.

It was clean and cosy. The only problem really was that there were no place mats. Children were very interested in the mirror that can connect to bluetooth! Nice location. Overall 5 star

We had a fantastic week in this lovely holiday home!

Perfect location for travelling anywhere in Anglesey! We would definitely return! The house is fully equipped with everything you need to cater from home as well. My children loved listening to Spotify through the fridge freezer!! Some very hi tech additions throughout the house! Just a few small things as feedback for the owner that would in my opinion take the house from a 4 star to a 5 star stay: Good quality bath sheets (as opposed to small thin towels that were provided) A bath mat and a non slip mat for the shower room. My son slipped on entry to the shower so we did buy one and leave it there. But this would be good to have as an option there already. Placemats for the dining table would be highly useful and the option of a high a chair if needed. Fantastic that a stair gate was provided though, thank you! The only final bit of feedback was that there is a gap at the side of the gate to the back garden. We have a medium sized cavapoo and we thought the garden was dog safe and it managed to escape through this gap and we luckily found him roaming the estate. As a dog friendly house, it would be useful to have a completely enclosed garden. Having said all of this, we did have a lovely stay and would recommend the property!

Very recently built house providing plenty of space and some really innovative features but missing a few small touches that would make it exceptional.

The open plan kitchen/diner is wonderful and has some of the most sophisticated appliances I've ever used. The lack of instruction manuals does make it more challenging to get the best out of these but it was easy enough to track down the necessary info on the Internet. A good set of kitchen knives and a blender or food processor would really help and with such a lovely dining table, we were surprised there were no place mats to protect the surface, only a trivet for hot items. The living room is compact and cosy and I've never seen such a smart 'smart tv'. The breadth of channels was absolutely amazing. The two larger bedrooms have comfortable beds but have a very limited storage space for clothes. They also have either no, or very dim bedside lights, meaning the only way to read is by the main light and then to get out of bed to switch this off! Both bathrooms are excellent, loved the heated WiFi enabled mirror in the en-suite and being able to play music whilst showering but an anti-slip mat would be a useful addition in the walk in shower. The lack of a bath mat and individual hand towels also seemed a small oversight. There were plenty of other bath towels but that was because we weren't a party of six and it felt wrong to use these for other purposes. As our visits to Anglesey aren't for holidays, the availability of the sophisticated dedicated office room is a bonus and the location of the house, close to the centre of Llangefni and in the middle of the island makes everything /everywhere easily accessible.

Nice house, but maintenance issues with the boiler.

As a result we had cold showers on 2 evenings. The smart fridge freezer provided us with much entertainment, but the ice maker needed a code which we didn't have, and this was not provided by the owner. We would have liked to stay an extra couple of nights, but the owner wanted a whole week's rent, which we thought was very mean considering the problems with the boiler.

Great property- very smart appliances but didn't have any manuals on how to use them.

A very clean property. There was lots of storage space which was a real bonus in a very nice kitchen
