Lovely clean, well presented property.

Fantastic sea views over the bay. Well equipped, we had everything we needed. Only slight negative (personal preference) was the lack of blind at bathroom window. It had frosted glass, but as it overlooked the street, it felt quite exposing. Other than that, perfect and would certainly stay again.

Our 3rd visit to sea prize view and we weren't disappointed.

We would definitely go back. Very relaxing place, feel on holiday immediately. Would recommend.

Sea prize view was amazing best holiday home we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot.

Very clean with no funny smells, modern kitchen and bathroom lovely comfortable beds. And a fantastic conservatory with amazing views of the bay and sea. Great seating area on the decking would recommend to friends and family many thanks to Dawn and Jerry.

Fantastic Property, everything we needed was thought about.

Amazing views. Sea=Prize View was a great base for adventuring around North Wales. You will need a car to get anywhere as the property is on a housing estate and you can not just step out of your door and be in the middle of the town. Our children adored the neighbours cat (Molly), who visited us on numerous occasions. Would highly recommend.

This property was a beautiful place to stay.

Spectacular view from the lovely decked, outside area and conservatory. Very clean and lots of amenities, which made our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The owner exceeded our expectations in the information provided to us: places to visit, shop and eat plus getting around when I explained we would be using public transport. We loved this property and were sad to leave. Excellent.

What a lovely property, what a view, Seagulls are noisy and a bit of a nuisance, and the house is close to neighbours but other than that the whole place it lovely.

Every thing worked well.

Location superb. We would suggest a handle over the bath to allow us oldies to get out of the bath. Only surprise was when TV sound bar burst in to loud boom noises at 3.00 in the morning.

This is an extremely clean and welcoming property with stunning views at the rear.

We were very comfortable throughout each stay and we will definitely be looking to book again.

Very tastefully decorated, cosy and comfortable.

Location convenient with local supermarket and shops. The garden deck was outstanding with good furniture and sea views across the bay. Games and books were interesting and good quality. The hosts had tought of little details which made a difference. We had good weather but I would stay anytime of year and any weather as the house is cosy and the cul de sac is surprisingly quiet. Next doors cat very friendly my daughter loved it outside on the decking with the ginger cat.

The property lived up to the description on Sykes website - clean, comfortable and plenty of parking space.

The view over Colwyn Bay on its own was worth the cost of the week's holiday. Would recommend highly and must go back one day.

Great holiday cottage!

Comfortable, with a great view. Immaculately kept and well organised, with plenty of instructions and labels for equipment. The rooms were tastefully decorated and there is a spectacular view of the coastline from both the conservatory/patio and the back bedrooms. There were also guides regarding things to do and places to eat, books on the local area (including walks) and even some board games. All in all, a wonderful place to stay! Thank you!

Beautiful house, very clean.

Absolutely stunning views over the bay, couldn't have asked for more. Loved it was in a cul de sac and very quiet, so peaceful. Also loved next doors little ginger and white cat, chatty little thing! We both agree this is the best holiday we've had so far, loved it so much we didn't want to leave! Will definitely be back again in the near future

An absolutely amazing place.

Beautifully presented and immaculately clean with all the facilities we needed, Close enough to all of North Wales' attractions and we were blown away by the view, which was a treat for the eyes and a total reset for the mind. Sea Prize View is a hidden gem and we will 100% be back, Place!

Lovely holiday house with stunning views.

This was our second stay at sea-prize view, it is a real home from home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The property is in a quiet location with amazing sea views and easy access to many North Wales attractions. The house is very clean and well maintained with everything you need. Communication from Dawn the owner was excellent. Thank you for another fantastic stay... it won't be our last!

Wow the view is stunning, and the house is lovely.

We took our elderly parents and they absolutely loved it. It was lovely sat looking at the view with next doors cat molly. Also the sunsets were fabulous, and we would definately go back.

House had everything we needed. Lovely area outside. Great base for our golfing trip. Easy travelling distance to plenty of courses.

A really enjoyable stay, in a clean, tidy and comfortable holiday property, with everything we needed.

The view was absolutely superb, on a very nice coastline, a view that is as good as any foreign vista. We got quite lucky with the weather on our stay, so added to the experience. We really will come back here, and are considering coming back, possibly next year and bringing our grandchildren.

We really enjoyed our accommodation.

The house was clean, tidy and provided everything we would need. The view was beautiful, and opting for the first week in September, we were very lucky with the weather. We would definitely come again.

Extremely clean house, amazing views.

The owners have thought of everything even down to bottle openers, menus for take aways and, games/ books/toys & kids cutlery which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic stay here being 10 mins from Llandudno and 20 mins from Conway. We really had a lovely time and would definitely go back again.

I had concerns before our stay as I read a few bad reviews but when we arrived we were totally impressed with EVERYTHING!

Nothing could be faulted apart from the squeaky floorboards upstairs but that is a building thing and happens. The entire property was clean and we were impressed with the kitchen as had a lot of extras that you don't think about when on holiday.....the dishwasher was a fab thing as no-one wants to wash up when away. The living room was spacious and comfortable with a bonus spinning chair that was welcomed. The view from the property was spectacular and so beautiful eating breakfast. A happy family of 5 feeling relaxed and happy. Thank you

The quality of the property was fantastic so clean and had everything that we needed from all the furnishings to kitchen appliances even had a spinning chair to occupy the children

What a wonderful house.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. I was a pleasure to come back to such a well equipped house after our days out in North Wales. All possible facilities were provided and everything was working perfectly. The shower in the bathroom was amazing, I would love one like that at home!! We has to contact the owner due to a plate that was broken whilst in the dishwasher and they responded quickly and were very understanding. We would happily stay at this house again.

We loved this property - it felt homely, was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, super-clean linen, and everything was provided to make our holiday enjoyable.

The view of Colwyn bay and the Little Orme and Great Orme from the back was spectacular. The owner was responsive to a query about bike storage (back garden area is secure). Would strongly recommend.

The ever changing landscape make the views a constant delight. The house is clean and comfortable and parking just outside makes access easy and convenient. I can recommend this property.

The view is the saving grace to this property .

Awful smell on arrival , microwave fingerprints all across the front of it , floors in hall are completely worn out as well as the stairs and bedroom floor , If you are a family! the creaking and thumping ! Sofa and seating could do with updating as well . Reluctant to leave negative feedback , but this is probaly our tenth stay with Sykes , and as property gets dearer to stay in , it's fair to expect maintenance and comfort to be paramount

Lovely property very clean and comfy.

Conservatory and balcony are fabulous and the view across the bay towards Rhos On Sea and beyond to Little Orme are breathtaking. Parking for 2 cars but one of them needs to be a small car. Luckily ours were a large and a small car so no problems.

Great property.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a great view over to Colwyn and the coast. Gives some great sunsets. The house itself is everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for a week away. The BBQ being available is an added bonus. The beach is a short car drive away. The zip world experiences and Bodnant gardens are between 30 and 50 minutes drive away. A lot of things to do in the surrounding area.

My family had a very plesant stay in Conway.

Amazing views. Everything catered for. Would highly recommend.

Stunning views and good facilities at this property; however, the standard of cleanliness was disappointing.

Upon arrival, my husband and I noted floors and surfaces were not clean. We spent time wiping down the kitchen due to dirty tea stains and leftover food and bathrooms due to hair and bodily fluids still being on toilets. We also had to hoover the floors due to dead flies and food items being missed by the cleaners. When booking the property, we had requested toddler essentials. We were surprised to find that both the cot and high chair were particularly filthy. This was quite upsetting as we had no choice to put our baby in this equipment throughout the week. My husband and I spent a long time scrubbing these items with anti-bacterial wipes and Milton wipes but the items were still incredibly stained. After we finished cleaning, I emailed the owner of the property to inform her we had spent the first few hours of our holiday cleaning and to suggest that cleaners check toddler essentials when they are requested, but I have yet to receive a response. Other things to note: - Hoover does not have a hose that works which you can use to hoover stairs and hard to reach places. - One of the hairdryers does not work, luckily there was another in the property. - So many parked cars on the road making it difficult to manoeuvre on and off the drive.

The location of the property is excellent and the views are to die for.

The whole house was neat n tidy except a dirty microwave. The living room was spacious which was great as I had two young kids who could play around. There were some toys as well which my kids enjoyed playing with. However, there were some minor issues. On our arrival, we found that the microwave was not properly cleaned. So I had to clean it as it was late night to couldn’t call anyone. The next morning I contacted Sykes and the owner called me back and apologised and told me to let her know if there is any more issue which was nice of her. Few crockeries were chipped. There was no extra kitchen bin liner so I had to buy. The upstairs bathroom had wooden floor but only one mat in front of the toilet seat so standing in front of the sink felt cold and uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We thought the property was excellent, so clean, welcoming, stunning views and sunsets.

The amenities were very good indeed, and very carefully thought through, even in respect to all the cupboards everywhere.

Very clean, well equipped and comfortable accommodation plus the view was amazing, the changing light throughout the day made the view even more spectacular.

Fab walks direct from the house and driving a few miles inland using the walk book " Hidden Conwy" by David Berry, and the sun shone as well that week.

Excellent accommodation and very comfy.

We had a problem with the heating first couple of nights but Dawn the owner got it sorted straight away, nothing was to much trouble. And thank u for the milk, chocolate biscuits and Welsh cakes that were waiting for us. The beds were extremely comfortable. Aldi is 2 mins down the road. Lovely take aways especially the spice hut and Kens. Really enjoyable week would go back and stay there again but in warmer weather so I cansit outside with that incredible view.

Nice town and nice home.

Quite comfortable. Second visit to this property and not at all disappointed. Street is a bit tight with cars but no real issues with access / egress. Recommended.

The cottage was as described on the website.

Generally it met all our expectations. We did have some problems with tv reception on a couple of occasions. The owner contacted us re the freezer door hinges which apparently had been wrongly fitted. We made little use of the freezer and decided to defrost it to be safe. The owners did offer to get a fitter in while we were there but in the end it was decided this would happen after we left.We found the owners to be very helpful. We would stay there again if we holidayed in the area.

Lovely house with a great view of the bay below, very comfortable & warm, parking is a bit of a squeeze for 2 cars due to neighbours cars & vans but not too much of a problem, we had two cars there which made it difficult sometimes, but all in all we had a very enjoyable week in a very comfortable house & would book again.

We had a wonderful holiday, the house was very clean and well equipped with all essentials needed.

We particularly thought the Coffee, tea and biscuits and milk was a very thoughtful gesture waiting for us when we arrived at the end of our Journey. The views from the terrace of the sea and hills was stunning and the added bonus of a pair of binoculars for the guests to use was lovely, the conservatory was so relaxing and comfy to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen was very well equipped with all appliances and instruction on how to use them in a book. . I must mention that due to the hills you need to reach here, transport is a must.

Fantastic views and quiet location. Only a short 15 minute walk to the promenade. We had good weather much of the week which was a plus in Wales! We would love to return.

A great little house with better than believed views of the bay and seaside.

One and only issue, really is that the bunk beds were quite rickety and noisy (the children complained...) Definitely recommended for visits around north Wales, easy to get all around the area with plenty of places to go.

The beach is a very short drive away and the house is also well placed for travelling up and down the coast or inland to Snowdonia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The views from the rear of the property of the coastline and the mountains in the distance are fantastic and much better in person than in the photos

Brilliant house with everything we needed.

Stunning views and lots of comfort. However it listed it as having 2 king size beds and only one was. The other was a double. Also listed as gas fire but it was electric. Having said all that we would definitely go back as was perfect for our needs.

The view from the rear terrace was stunning and I really enjoyed my stay and even had glorious sunshine for most of the two weeks which I was not expecting in October. I would highly recommend this property

The one criticism and it may even be my fault is that we manages to connect to the internet but received the message " No Wi-Fi available".
