We have visited the cottage annually for the last 4yrs.

We have always found it very clean comfortable with everything we needed there and more. The additional treats Angela the owner left were very welcome the cake quickly consumed and enjoyed. Angela is very approachable although we have never had a problem there were contact numbers available in the event of one. Everything in the cottage added greatly to the enjoyment of our holiday. It's close enough to walk to the pier in minutes and shops with parking. Would highly reccomend.

We found 14 Tudno Street to be an excellent location for attractions and shops.

The furnishings and facilities are first class, everything you could possibly want, together with a welcoming pack was much appreciated. Th owner Angela was very friendly and Welcoming.

The Cottage is superb.

Every home comfort is there. Near the centre with a great Pub opposite where the food is very good. Lovely touch by Angela who had left flowers, cake and a Bottle of Fizz for us on arrival. A Toyota Prius just fits into the off street parking. Would return without hesitation.

Angela was very welcoming and provided lots of lovely extras, including some bubbly to get our holiday off to a good start! The cottage is well situated in Llandudno. Close to all the amenities, shops, pubs and restaurants. Also to the pier and promenade. The Orme railway is just around the corner. Would highly recommend a stay here. Cottage is very comfortable and has off street parking.

A lovely clean and well set out property in a wonderful location in the centre of Llandudno.

A big bonus was to be able to park our Skoda Fabia off road in the drive Would like to thank Angela for her warm welcome and fresh flowers and goodies.

We had a 4 night stay at 14 Tudno St and it was fab!

Comfy beds, a well set out kitchen and dining area - with everything you needed and a lovely lounge area that was great for relaxing after a busy day checking out Llandudno. It’s a really cosy and homely cottage. The cottage is in a great location, just minutes away from the pier and the tram station that takes visitors up the Orme is just around the corner… perfect! I would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

This was our second visit to The Cottage and we we found it the superb home from home we visited the first time.

A truly lovely well run well maintained and clean property. Everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday and more you will find is catered for here along with a great location. The owner is very pleasant and gives you her no for any problems you may encounter we had none the week we were there. This property is a true gem.

A really comfortable place to stay. Love all the little extras. Angela the owner was very helpful and was just a phone call away if we had any problems, which we didn't. My granddaughter loved the week we had in the cottage and wanted to stay longer. Thank you Angela for everything.

An absolute gem of a property on a quiet back st.

The host Angela has paid attention to every detail in order to make her guests feel comfortable & “at home”. With fresh milk in the fridge & teabags on hand it was a very welcome gesture after a long journey. The cottage was spotlessly clean & very convenient for all amenities. Nice comfortable, clean cottage in a great location.

Parking is tight but our Astra fitted on okay. Angela was very helpful and only a phone call away if needed (which we didn’t but was good to know in case there was a problem).

A beautiful well equipped property, perfect location, a few minutes walk to all amenities.

The owners are lovely and made you feel extremely welcome and the extras were a really nice gesture and much appreciated. We will definitely be returning. The only thing I would like to see is an information sheet in the cottage detailing the recycling arrangements as we are aware this varies from place to place and we had to guess what went in each bin so apologies if we got it wrong!

Great cottage, the quality of the furnishings was fantastic.

A very conveniently situated cottage with all the equipment and comfort for a good holiday.

Suitable for anyone who has up to a medium sized car which will fit on the property but anyone with a larger car may wish to consider as a maximum stay of 90 minutes is imposed on the street.

The cottage has a real home from home feel, warm, comfortable and relaxing.

Everything you need has been catered for, plus many additional extras too. We had excellent nights sleep in super comfy beds and all the linens/towels etc were top quality. Highly recommended but shush don’t tell everyone we don’t want this little gem booked up for our next visit.

Our third stop at this venue, great place to stay, close to the pier, promenade, shops and amazing views of the Ormes.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful property, so clean and comfortable, it was like a home from home!

! The beds were very comfortable and the bedding top notch. The added touches and welcome gifts were very much appreciated, and we had a lovely welcome from the owners, they couldn’t do enough for us. A fabulous property in a fabulous location, so close to everything. It’s a 10 out of 10 from us!! We stayed from 24th to 27th June and would stay longer next time. Loved it!!

This holiday let is beautiful, everything has been thought of to make the stay a comfortable and relaxing experience, the flowers wine etc was a lovely touch and the kitchen had everything you would need to make a meal (if you want to), it really does feel like home from home from the pretty cutlery to the quality furniture and the bed was very comfortable indeed, if you don't wish to cook there is a pub right over the road and a nearby chip shop - shops and beach within walking distance with various places to eat - The owners couldn't have been more helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property .

Town was so close and handy. Polite and friendly owner greeted us with a few goodies in the fridge. Home from home and cosy. Would come again.

Lovely accommodation in great location.

Would've preferred later check out time. Confusion over the key when we left the property, which caused much anxiety for my mother and myself as we knew we'd left it where it was supposed to be left, but I was contacted via telephone call by the somewhat "aggravated" owner stating that the key was not there. Which really unsettled my mother who assured me she had left it where they had requested. Much later a message was eventually sent by the owner to apologise for their error, but a phone call would have been more courteous. A frustrating end to a lovely break.

The property was very homely, the beds were very comfortable, we could not fault anything about the property and the owners were very nice and left us a welcome gift and advised us about the beaches and restaurants can’t wait to go back in the future

Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation with everything you could possibly need, very close to pubs shops etc One suggestion would be some basic written information on how to work heating, dishwasher, which bin for paper etc as if your like me you have quickly forgotten what your told by owner on arrival

Have never stayed in a property which has so many thoughtful touches.

The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The property is very convenient for all local amenities. Only one slight problem the parking is a bit limited so don't book this if you have a large car. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it unreservedly..

Well equipped but does lack storage, especially in the second bedroom and bathroom. The location is great easy walking distance into Llandudno Great to have parking, just a shame residents kept parking over the entrance of the driveway making it difficult to get in and out ! We would book again.

The accommodation is clean and comfortable and a nice place to relax after a day’s sightseeing around N Wales.

Lovely little cottage with everything you could possibly need. Great location!

Thought the “enclosed front patio" was a bit overstated as it is also the driveway, so it's really one or the other.

As others have mentioned, the pub can be a bit noisy but we were prepared for that and it is a very good pub that we visited several times. To be honest the seagulls were just as loud anyway! We also really liked the chippy just up the road, and lots of other nice restaurant's nearby. A good area with lots to do. Overall a very nice cottage with everything you need and a very helpful owner. Would definitely rebook here if we were back in Llandudno.

Its tight, but you can park 1 car on the drive, which in the centre of Llandudno is a great feature to have. We've stayed here twice and would be happy to stay again.

Location was great just a stone's throw from pier.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was nothing more we could of asked for as the owner has gone above and beyond our expectations with the quality of the equipment and nice little touches. Had a really fantastic stay thank you.

Rick was courteous and welcoming We were shown around and everything explained. Lovely touches with Prosecco milk Welsh cakes and fresh flowers.We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wishing to book here. The cottage is well placed to visit the town everything in walking distance.

A nice clean cottage.

Owner did a welcome tour which was appreciated. there are some down sides.... And before anyone comments yes we knew it was opposite a pub which is why we chose it for meals etc. Double glazing does not keep out the noise in the early hours ie 2-3am when you hear local residents shouting and vomiting near by. The dray men deliver to the pub opposite early Monday morning making a racket, the pub empties out its bottles in to the bottle bins at midnight waking up the whole street. You cant open the blinds in the twin room as if you do you look into someone else's front room, the property at the back has access down the side of the cottage so you have to keep the kitchen blind closed for privacy. Im sure better double glazing would of prevented a lot of this. On the up side. Well situated for a short walk to the town, well equipped and parked our 61 plate Astra behind the gates. Just shame its situated in what we would call the "rough end" of Llandudno

Had a lovely break in this cosy cottage centrality located in the town close to everything.

We had good weather so we're able to use the garden furniture for lunches outside. The Cottage has everything you need and more with a bottle of prosseco in the fridge. We shall book again

A very thoughtfully equipped property, extremely clean and centrally located.

The holiday home is excellent, unfortunately there is a very busy pub with an outdoor area directly opposite and customers didn't leave until after 11.

30pm most nights of our stay.

A very nice cottage with a kind welcome pack with tea, coffee, Prosecco in the fridge, etc.

The layout is nice and I enjoyed the shower. Recycling and washing machine shed in the back yard. Very well situated, and attentive owner. Things to be aware of is that it doesn't have a garden (which was ok) and is opposite a pub. It seems like a nice pub but on the Friday evening especially there was a lot of talking outside whilst we were trying to sleep. I should emphasise that the majority of the time the pub was absolutely not a problem. Overall a very nice place to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay.

Everything was perfect spotlessly clean very well organised. We have stayed in cottages all over England but this was the best ever. Did not want for anything. Welcome pack, towels washing up essentials we cannot praise this cottage enough. The owners thought of everything, they even came to greet us to show how everything works. The icing on the cake was the decorations for Christmas

This is a well equipped and comfortable cottage that appears to have been refurbished fairly recently.

Everything we needed was available, extremely clean and great location opposite the Snowdon pub. Added bonus was being able to get the car up the small driveway. Owner very friendly and pointed out where everything was and how to operate things.

We visit Llandudno quite often but have never stayed self catering before.

A fantastic property, situated a few minuites from the shopping area and sea front.

An absolutely ideal location. The property itself is lovely. Nice spacious lounge/kitchen area. A fantastic shower room and lovely bedrooms, with super comfy beds. In all a very well equiped cottage, with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended, and will definitely be coming back again.

First time at the cottage we were met by the owner who took us around to show where everything was the welcome pack was very substantial and appreciated.

We were welcomed by the owner and the welcome pack included a bottle of Cava, fruit, bread, butter and milk. There was everything you could need including toiletries, tissues and an abundance of towels. Lots of magazines, books and boardgames. Smart TV with Netflix access.The only slight issue was the parking, it is very tight and the street parking was full all the time we were there. Nice pub opposite too. We would definitely recommend to everyone and we will be returning.

Perfectly placed for beaches pubs town loads to do .

Introduction to the property was second to none very welcoming.

A lovely, comfortable and very clean house with brilliant access to the town and beach, just 2 mins walk from either.

The owner is very helpful and will answer any questions you may have on local amenities and the area in general.

Beautiful Holiday Home, Detail to excellence was very high indeed, we wanted for nothing, everything was supplied.

So close to all amenities, pier, Beach, restaurants Pubs, shops great Orme tram. All within 2 minutes walk. Cable car around 7 minutes walk away, and yet so close to everything was a lovely quiet location. Would Highly recommend to anyone, either with kids or not ideal home from home.

This cottage is exactly as described.

The owners are brilliant, very helpful and one of the first to give us a guided tour of the cottage including how to operate various items. The parking area is a little tight but I was able to park my car in the space provided. My car is 4M4 long and 2M2 wide. Hope this will help other potential customers. The cottage is located quite close to Llandudno centre in a quite area. Very enjoyable stay.

The cottage was beautiful!

So tastefully done and to such a high standard with every thing you could possibly need for a self-catering stay thought of. Loved the location, so convenient but also quiet. Perfect!

We met the owner when we arrived which was a) a really nice touch and b) helpful to find out where everything was in the house, especially how to work heating, etc.

Parking for a small car (I'd say up to a mini or fiesta) is more than ample. We have a large 4x4 so we used on street parking outside the house without any issues. The house was exactly as described and more. Very well presented and excellent location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Close to the town centre but also in a quiet area. Host (Rick) was excellent, the cottage was spotless, the welcome pack first class and well appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to family and friends. Next time we go to Llandudno, I will definitely stay here again.

14 Tudno Street is a really lovely holiday cottage that has everything you could possibly want.

My husband and I could only stay for three nights but would loved to have stayed longer. It's very conveniently situated so we didn't need to use our car which we had no problem parking on the drive. (Honda Jazz). We were pleasantly surprised to find the owners had left lots of basic supplies, bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee etc. Very thoughtful. We highly recommend this cottage and will definitely use it again when we return to Llandudno.

14 Tudno Street is a lovely little detached house ideally situated 5 minutes walk away from the shops and the bay.

It has been beautifully renovated to a high standard and had everything we needed for our short break. The owner Rick was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around and give us useful info. We really appreciated (and enjoyed!) the wine and other provisions he had left for us and would definitely like to stay here again.

Everything about the cottage was perfect ,comfortable, a pleasure to be in ,.

The location could not have been better for the stroll along the prom and the pier....restaurants are close at hand ,also the shops are on the doorstep. L landudno is a good base to stay as you don,t have to travel too far to find a change of scenery such as Conwy with the castle and lovely harbour......then Rhos- on- sea where we like to walk on the promenade , then go and enjoy a coffee ...perfect..

The cottage was very cosy, clean and comfortable, and presented to a high standard.

The kitchen/dining facilities, crockery and equipment provided everything you would wish for, and the welcome groceries were a very nice gesture. Shower room was spotless, and an abundance of towels was provided. Although quite a small double bedroom, it was a very comfortable bed, with lovely quality linens. The location of the cottage was perfect for accessing Llandudno town, and a short walk from all the attractions that LLandudno has to offer. Very close to some nice restaurants and shops. The onsite parking was very useful, although the positioning/size of driveway is best suited to a small car, getting an estate car on it was a bit tricky! Overall we would definitely recommend the cottage as a lovely place to stay in Llandudno.

Our first visit to Llandudno and we were very fortunate to be the first guests at 14 Tudno Street.

This lovely house has obviously had a lot of care and attention in turning it into holiday accommodation - it's a great credit to the owners Richard and Angela. Very comfortable, everything provided, beautifully furnished. Excellent location very close to all of Llandudno's shops, restaurants and attractions. The main shopping area, the pier, the promenade, the Great Orme - all first-class. We were very fortunate with the weather and the town was busy - WHEN (not if) we visit again I will be making a couple of restaurant bookings in advance as some of the best ones we wanted to try (like Home Cookin just around the corner) were booked for all of our 4 nights. Easy to dine in though but we did have a good meal at The Cottage Loaf where we managed to get a booking. If we had any queries Richard was only a phone call away. Overall a lovely holiday
