Llewelyn House

We had a lovely holiday staying at Llewelyn House such a great location and a real home from home.

.everywhere was spotlessly clean and we very much appreciated the tea/coffee/milk and Welshcakes that were provided❤️. Will definitely be back.

Excellent accommodation.

Fully equipped with quality materials etc. Only downside were the mattresses (really need replacing with better quality ones - double and single beds). Great location, close to all the major facilities - beach pier, tramway, prom, shops etc. Easy free parking outside apartment.

The property was lovely, very comfortable, good facilities and in a good location.

The one thing that would stop me returning to this property is the noise from the nearby bars and the fall out on to the street afterwards. The noise went on till 4am on Friday and Saturday, a little earlier on a Sunday. It appeared that the windows offered no protection at all to the noise (old sash type). This obviously affected mine and my children's sleep, and given that this was our main summer holiday, it wasn't as relaxing as we hoped.

Really wonderful accommodation.

So much bigger than we expected. So many thoughtful touches like a tea towel and dish soap, soap and loo roll for bathrooms, tea and coffee, milk in fridge, kitchen roll, salt and pepper, Welsh cakes left in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Have to say that the double and twin rooms don't have double glazing so you can hear the nightlife- more of an issue if the football is on or Friday or Saturday nights. It didn't bother my two younger kids in the twin or my husband and to be honest I was expecting it - took some Calms and was quite tired from the days' activities so still got to sleep. My eldest was in the single/trundle bed room and that was much quieter. Feel it's a pay off for being in the centre of everything though. Beds were comfy. Smart TV worked well. Loved the dining room as we don't have one at home. Lots of games provided like Drafts and Monopoly - played both. Enjoyed reading a couple of the books in the living room - good variety of genres. Stairs were okay for us, but bear in mind it's two flights to the front door and it is a duplex not a regular flat so there are more stairs inside - didn't bother us but maybe something to bear in mind depending on the mobility levels of your group. Parking is hit and miss - my husband is very confident with parallel parking and finding random spaces so that was okat too. Was able to move the car in front of the property each evening. Really enjoyed our stay overall. Would definitely recommend. :)

Very good accommodation.

Clean and comfortable central to all amenities.the only problem was that the bedroom windows at the front did not close properly.So were rattling during the night.Heavy curtains may solve the issue.But would recommend the accommodation 4star

I gave feedback in the visitors book at Llewellyn House.

I also think as double glazing was at the back of the house, at least secondary glazing could be applied at the front. Locals & visitors were lively at weekends. Frid & Sat until 4am very noisy. Sunday until midnight. Sleep was disturbed to both adults & children. Very convenient for most attractions in Llandudno. Enjoyed our stay other than lack of sleep at weekends. Thank you.

Double bed mattress very uncomfortable, we had to move to the twin beds which were great.

The other single bed was great too. Overall, the facilities and comfort were great. The power of the shower was absolutely brilliant. Excellent location, once a parking spot appears you can leave your car and walk everywhere. Overall excellent value and we have already recommeded Llewelyn House to others.

Nice little duplex apartment in the heart of Llandudno.

Second time we have stayed here as we really enjoyed the first time round. Could literally park the car up and leave it there for the whole week as everything is within walking distance. The beds could do with being a little softer, and we had some issues with the wifi whilst there. Also, there is some mold around the bath which could do with being treated (and also the bath overflow is leaking - this could be a major headache for the owner if left as it is). There is also the issue of noise pollution from Fountains Cafe Bar, on the corner down the road late at night over the weekends (I'll be making a separate complaint to the council about this in fairness to the owner)! Having said that, double glazed windows at the front of the property wouldn't go a miss, and I'm certain would help cut down on heating bills?! Could do with more than two teaspoons too? Apart from that, generally very nice, with a nice spacious feeling throughout. Would recommend for a couple or family of four/five.

Lovely apartment which is well kept and equipped.

Downsides are the mountainous climb to access the accommodation and the racket from the pubs and seagulls at night.

Accommodation had everything required and more. Would not hesitate to recommend. Only draw back is parking but did not cause us an issue as we happy to walk and found a spot within 5 mins walk

Both the Sykes representative and the landlady were extremely helpful with all my questions.

The payment process was efficient and the insurance option was useful in the current climate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sykes to my friends.

Fantastic location for a wonderful stay in Llandudno.

Spotlessly clean and everything we needed for a relaxing week. Games and books were a nice touch, as was the welcome pack. Would be delighted to stay here again!

Great location and really comfortable accommodation.

We also took advantage of having the hairdressers below and had a cut from a really lovely lady.

The house was in the perfect location and was very neat and tidy with some extra luxuries which were greatly appreciated.

Almost perfect!

Myself and my 5 kids spent 7 nights in this brilliant, spotless property.

I arrived having not read the listing correctly and messaged the owner as I couldnt find the travel cot - turned out there wasnt a cot. *always read the listing properly* Two hours later a travel cot was delivered, by the owner. Amazing, I was very relieved. We had a few days of poor weather and Llewelyn House really was a home from home. Due to Covid I made the decision we wouldnt eat out so I cooked daily in the well equipped kitchen. All facilities in this property are well maintained and in great condition. Everything you want to see in Llandudno is round the corner, and this is the perfect base for exploring Conwy and Colwyn Bay. Would go again and would definitely recommend booking!

Llewelyn House is a really lovely apartment right in the centre of Llandudno.

It was very nicely furnished, well equipped and spotlessly clean. A great location for a family including teenagers who could take themselves off into the lively town centre to enjoy the cafes, shops and seafront. We were there during a busy August week but had no problems parking near by. Had a fantastic week.

The apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable.

We were two families including three young boys and have plenty of space. It was lovely when we opened the door the first time as the picture on the website don't capture the place. In addition the thoughtful additions were really appreciated. The location is perfect for those who wish to explore North Wales but also those like us with young kids - the local town has plenty to do and the apartment if perfectly located to access that but also to pop back to for toilet visits or quick snacks etc! I would highly recommend this apartment.

We thououghly enjoyed our stay at Llewelyn House and are looking forward to coming back again soon.

There were however somethings I would like to point out in order to provide accurate feedback on our experience. The beds we found were quite uncomfortable. The master bed was in fact too small for my husband because of the wooden bed end. He's not particularly tall but we had to change to the twin room so he could lie properly. We were also unable to operate the shower. We enjoyed baths instead but perhaps some intructions in the manual on how it works? I was unable to locate any dishtowels in the kitchen. I was really very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and felt very comfortable and happy that the place had been disinfected properly. We appreciated also the tea bags and coffee (since I forgot to bring them!) We hope to be back!

The property was great and as advertised.

It was lovely and clean and the key safe was a great was to let ourselves in and out. The only slight niggle for me was the double bed wasn't very comfy for me, it could do with a new mattress apart from that the property was great. It is in a great location and the stairs are not that bad, you get used to them during your stay. We would stop here again :-)

Excellent service from Sykes when we wanted to change dates at very late notice, and the accommodation was, if anything, better than described.

We had a wonderful stay at Llewelyn house, the place was perfect size for us and it was immaculate, it smelt soo clean as we walked in.

Location is perfect for easy access to Llandudno, we were lucky to park on the road outside and didn’t need to use the car once during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Great location with plenty to do in the vicinity

Very easy self check-in and check-out, absolutely lovely house, everything looked brand new and the facilities were great, there was even a loaf of bread, bottle of wine and pint of milk!

More than I would expect of a self-catering property. Stunning views of the Great Orme from the back. I would definitely recommend! Very central location, close to the beach too.

Our holiday in LLandudno was wonderful.

Beautiful place to go. We really enjoyed our stay there. The place where we stayed was very nice. Exceeded expectations.
