Description

This charming detached, stone-built barn conversion is set next to the farmyard, providing an ideal base for families.

With high ceilings and exposed beams, you enter this property via an enclosed garden area and then into a small hallway.

With an upside down layout, from here you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor level, with a further bedroom and a shower room on the first floor.

Also on the first floor is an open plan living area, which is where everyone can gather after a day out to enjoy a warming home-cooked meal and afterwards to relax on the sofa in order to plan what to see and do during the rest of your stay on the wonderful island of Anglesey.

A bonus to staying in this barn conversion is the hot tub in the garden, what better way to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life than to step in and enjoy the warm, bubbling water.

A delightful Anglesey holiday home.

We returned again this year to Bodwarren Farm, this time to Bran Goesgoch.

Very comfortable and well equipped property and for us dog friendly, (not just dog tolerant!), which was essential. Gwyneth is a super host, friendly and helpful. There was a lovely welcome pack with milk, wine, biscuits and eggs. We love seeing the donkeys in the field , who come to be stroked and are very inquisitive. We will look forward to our next stay at Bodwarren Farm.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Bran Goesgoch.

The house was airy and spacious and well stocked with all we needed. The owner Gwyneth, was very welcoming and helpful and we loved our welcome pack and fresh eggs from her hens, thank you. The house is in easy reach of beautiful local coves and beaches as well as the coastal path and South Stack. We had thought that staying at a working farm might be a little noisy but we found it quiet and relaxing, and the hot tub was a welcome treat at the end of a day out. Sunsets from in front of the other cottages were spectacular. We were just sad not to be around for the birth of the newest donkey!

We had a fantastic holiday and the cottage was perfect.

We loved sitting in the hot tub at the end of the day and it really helped us bond as a family with older children who don’t spend as much time together as we should. We were ideally based for all the local attractions and were so surprised that the farm wasn’t noisy at all. We were fully prepared for sounds of a working farm but never heard any! Would thoroughly recommend Bran Goesgoch.
