    “We loved our stay, the house was amazing and the views even more amazing.”

    I had elderly parents with me so the downstairs bedroom and bathroom was a bonus. A nice little food package was waiting for us on arrival which was a nice touch. All the beds were comfortable so we had a good nights sleep. The alpaca's were lovely, we all found ourselves talking to them when we was in the garden. You do need to drive everywhere as its at the top of a big hill so there is no walking to the pub or shops. Would we stay again or recommend if we was in North Wales, yes we would.

The property

A spacious, detached house, with extensive country views and a luxurious hot tub, surrounded by grazing fields and an alpaca enclosure, just one mile from Eglwysbach, in the stunning Conwy valley in North Wales.

Along the hall, as well as two ground floor bedrooms, you will find a study area, ideal for children to use as a games or activity room or for budding young artists to draw and colour in.

Further along is a media room with games consoles and large flat screen TV for movie buffs.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms, both benefiting from en-suite shower rooms and the rear bedroom soaking up undisturbed views.

EGLWYSBACH

Conwy 8 miles; Llandudno 9 miles; Betws-y-Coed 12 miles.

The village of Eglwysbach is in the wonderful Conwy Valley, which is renowned for its beautiful countryside, scenic walks and the world famous Bodnant Gardens. Nearby Conwy, a World Heritage Site, is one of Britain's most unspoilt historic towns. A true medieval gem, the town is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls - fortified with 21 towers and three gateways, the walls form an almost unbroken shield around the old town. There's plenty to enjoy in Conwy - the picturesque fishing harbour, National Trust's Aberconwy House, Britain's "smallest house" (worth an interesting, if quick, visit!) as well as the town's shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by are good beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking, mountain biking, canoeing, climbing and surfing in Snowdonia and the surrounding hills.
