What a beautiful property this is.

Before we went I had to speak to the owner Michelle regarding a couple of things. Michelle was lovely and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. The cottage is beautiful with absolutely stunning views and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. We will definitely be back one day.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again plenty of room for everyone and had been freshened up since our stay last year well stocked with cups and plates

A beautiful property it was very comfortable and spacious.

We had a lovely stay with all the family together. The owners left us welcome gifts and even for the dog!

It was our third year at Rhos Helyg for a Christmas family break.

The house is always warm and welcoming with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and cake waiting. We had a lovely weekend and although had plenty of rain it didn't spoil our time there. We even managed to spend time in the hot tub. Plenty of space for all of us (9 in total ) and two dogs. The house is spotless and very cosy and comfortable. We look forward to our next visit.

Absolutely perfect place for our family get together.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped and great location with lovely views across the fields to a lake. Safe gardens for kids and dogs, the hot tub was a wonderful bonus. We did struggle with the outside bin being full from previous visitors. We have had a wonderful weekend and will definitely highly recommend. We will be back next year for a longer stay to explore the area further.

Lovely cottage in a great location.

Owners were very helpful, online app was extremely useful and informative. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because compared to others we have stayed in in Anglesey this house isn’t as modern. However it has everything you could need and was very well situated and would definitely recommend.

10-17th October 2025 We had a really nice week at Rhos Helyg .

The property was just as described . We hade everything we needed and it was a real home from home. The property was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy and the views from the bedroom and living room were amazing. The weather was good and we enjoyed the Hot Tub most evenings . Michelle was a great host . She was friendly and she dealt with any queries promptly and she was very accommodating. Our dog loved the big garden , which was safe and secure .We hope to return in the future and would highly recommend this property to family and friends . Nev, Mandy and Sasha .

We needed room for 8 people (5 adults 3 kids & a dog) across 3 families & parking for 3 vehicles.

Rhos Helig fitted the bill perfectly. Spacious & comfortable & open plan living area with dining table/chairs big enough to accommodate us all (amazing how many other properties can't provide this!!). Lovely views, good size garden, hot tub, short drive to nearest beach but easy access to everywhere Michelle and Alun were really helpful & friendly and provided a mobile no in case we needed them. Thank you to both. Excellent service. Would definitely revisit

The accommodation itself was just beautiful with lovely views.

I didn't get to meet the hosts but spoke to Michelle on the telephone – who was extremely accommodating. The location of the property is perfect for anybody who just wants to have a relaxing weekend as there aren't very many places of interest to visit, unless you are prepared to travel. As we had nine family members with a mixture of ages, there wasn't quite enough for the younger and more agile amongst us to do, unless you like to walk. On the whole , we all thoroughly enjoyed our break away together as a family. Just a couple of small maintenance issues that could be addressed – the bathroom situated through the utility really could do with a be aware of the step sign as it is not visible– the step is there as you open the door but unless you are looking down you can't see it as the step blends in with the rest of the flooring. The other thing, which again there's nothing major – the knob on the bath to release the water is broken.

All good - if there was any down side it would be a comment about garden furniture - not well set up to eat outside. Bench table set up not most comfortable. But we loved the location as central to a number of beaches.

Rhos Helyg is a wonderful cottage, surrounded by fields and inquisitive cows.

The house itself is beautifully styled, much bigger than it looks and immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were huge (not like some tiny hotel ones). The kitchen had everything you needed and there were even dog bowls, drying towels, covers for the sofas and a treat each. Sadly, due to stormy weather, we didn't get to enjoy the jacuzzi and BBQ, but they looked great if you get the weather. For a family of four adults, a toddler, a baby and two dogs, there was plenty of space for everyone and still two spare rooms. We absolutely loved it, and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Lovely property to stay at.

The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated and aesthetically pleasing . The hot tub was a great bonus with everyone even in the cooler weather it was well used. The spacious kitchen was great and the family came together to enjoy some lovely meals at the huge table. The only criticism was the kitchen was missing some essential items such as scissors serving bowls serving spoons and a few other small items but it didn’t affect our stay and we just compromised. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds comfy with fresh bedding. The garden was just right the dogs had such a good time running around. The location of the house was perfect and not too far away from most attractions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rhos Helyg to anyone wanting a lovely base to stay while exploring the beautiful island of Anglesea .

This cottage has the wow factor, great location and really comfortable.

Such a wonderful family cottage.

It's like our dream house, honestly! There were only 7 of us, but believe me there'll be plenty of room for 10. 5 bedrooms with spacious living area and big garden. Hot tub was so relaxing and view from the room/garden was stunning. It's only 10 minutes drive to town centre and not too far from a few beaches around Anglesey. Many thanks for your warm welcome (especially, to our dogs).

All our family enjoyed our Easter weekend at Rhos Helyg, the welcome pack of fizz, cake and treat for our dog was really lovely.

All the facilities were amazing, the children were well catered for and the safe outside garden for the dog was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Amazing pre arrival information!

The home owners were so helpful and provided a fabulous welcome brochure, made even better with the treats on arrival!

We had a wonderful stay, the house was beautiful and equipped to the highest standard, we wanted for nothing except it would have been useful to have a washing up brush for the frying pan etc and not just a sponge (I am being picky as you really had thought of everything else!

)

We stayed here for Christmas with our family and it’s a beautiful cottage the views are beautiful, the cottage was decorated lovely all in the festive spirt

Unfortunately while we were there we had Storm Darragh.

The first night was lovely. We managed to get a takeaway delivered even though the wind was howling outside. Saturday morning was even worse outside but we settled down to watch Christmas films but after lunch the electricity went off and remained off for the rest of our stay. We did have the log burner which kept the living room warm but not the rest of the house. Communication with Michelle was good and Michelle came round on Sunday morning and gave us more logs. However with two young children we decided to leave after lunch cutting short our stay considerably as we had intended to stay Sunday night as well. Obviously with the weather so bad there was no chance of using the hot tub. With the weather warnings I think there should of been essential things like candles but all we found were a few tea lights. The house is lovely and this was not the fault of the owners . Since coming home we have had no communication with the owners which I feel disappointed with. We would definitely stay at Rhos Helyg again .

A lovely cottage.

We had trouble with the drains initially but the owner sorted it out quickly. We all enjoyed our stay.

We have just spent a wonderful sunny week in Anglesey at this lovely property.

Our dogs loved the garden and we loved the hot tub! Had an exciting evening when the power went off. Michelle was there straight away with extra wood for the fire and torches for the dark. Scottish power were there to fix the fault within a few hours. Thank you Michelle for being there promptly and making sure we were all ok. Well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated property with a caring owner close by. Thank you ❤️

Wow, I'll start from the beginning.

.. Impressive house that just goes on and on, it's definitely a lot bigger on the inside than the photos show! There were only 4 of us staying but it does sleep 10. But you need to know that it would comfortably sleep 10!! No fold out bed or make do's! If 10 people were staying there, you would all get a nice room that is private. Also, the kitchen and the lounge easily fit 10 people. So you can all be together or have some time on your own. The kitchen and lounge are adjoined and open plan, but again you could use the lounge and kitchen for different activities without disturbing the other. Great features in the kitchen like the 10 seater table, the American style fridge freezer (not to mention the bottle of Prosecco and the bags of ice , so plenty of room for all your fresh and frozen food shopping (and adult drinks!) Enough pots, pans, glasses etc for everyone!! Dishwasher, double oven, hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine with all the necessary provided, oh and milk in the fridge and... a delicious locally made cake!! Bathrooms: A full shower room with a loo off the utility room (with washing machine!) A bath and shower room with separate toilet on the ground floor and a Guest toilet on the first floor. So in total, 3 toilets, 1 bath and 2 showers. And if that wasn't enough... Hotel quality towels! Bedrooms: 1 king size and a bunkbed bedroom on the ground. On the first floor was 1 king size, 1 double and 1 twin. They are all fantastic sized rooms and some with views to die for. (Make a dash and bagsy either of the King sized rooms for the best view) Again, Hotel quality bedding. Lovely, crisp and white! Outside: Parking for 4 cars would be a doddle. The rear enclosed garden was great for our dog as it was secure with fab views! And Ok for kids to run around in. The hot tub is in the rear garden with plenty of outdoor lighting. The hot tub was a great bonus and after a hard day sightseeing... jump in the tub and watch the sunset! Great to find that there was plenty of plastic glasses and plates etc for use outside. Safety 1st! Oh and we took our own towels to use for the hot tub. I wouldn't want to use the bathroom towels outside! There is a Large Gas BBQ but we didn't use it. Fab that you can bring your well behaved dog along with you. treats, blankets and metal bowls all provided. (I mentioned the bowls are metal, my dog hates metal, but no biggie to buy new bowls from Home Bargains in Llangefni, where there are all the usual big supermarkets to get your shopping) We used the blankets to cover the sofas, as requested, because of dog hairs which is fair enough. I would say that if your dog was an escape artist or likes to jump walls, the walls are not particularly high and it would be something to consider with your dog. (Although, I would of liked to jump over the wall to explore the fields, the lake and Pary's Mountain)! Even though this house is just off the main road, you are down in a small dip and so you don't hear any noise from the road and closing the gates on the drive made it feel safe and secluded. Definitely follow the directions to the house that you will be given else you will miss her!!

We loved our weekend at Rhos Helyg.

Stayed with family for my partner's 30th birthday and it was the perfect house to relax and celebrate. The outdoor space and views are truly stunning, all topped off by being able to enjoy it from the hot tub. Beds comfortable. Good location on the island. Kitchen full of all necessary equipment. Only slight negative (didn't effect our trip at all but just worth a mention) is on the listing it says ground floor shower room and first floor bathroom with shower & bath but both showers were actually on the ground floor. The first floor with 2 king-size beds & twin rooms has a toilet & basin room but no shower. Otherwise pretty perfect stay and would love to come back on another family trip

We had a great week at the house.

It was clean and spacious and had everything you needed. The views were stunning but still only a few minutes away from amenities. The information provided before we arrived was extremely useful, especially directions to the property. The owners were very helpful and the gift of cake, prosecco and milk and a treat for the dog was a nice touch. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent accommodation with first rate facilities.

The jacuzzi was an added bonus. Good location for all the beautiful beaches and good walks. Near to good shops. What’s not to like.

We had an excellent time at the property, any concerns were flagged directly to the owners who responded within hours and were always polite and helpful.

The links to the guest book provided information for us prior to arrival which need review as they reference COVID still and some of the documented things weren't available, which didn't impact on our stay as the weather was glorious and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Ensure that you follow the owners directions on the website else you will end up lost! Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely week at Rhos helyg, the house was very clean , spacious and comfortable .

our dogs loved running around in the garden which was very secure. We only managed to use the hot tub a few times due to the weather but it was kept clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend a stay here .

The thought that has gone into every little detail is unbelievable, even down to entertainment for the children just brilliant we had a lovely stay thank you.

Lovely house, it was as described.

We loved the little touches they left for us and our dog. Hot tub was used every day, plenty of facilities for the family. Beautiful views from the property. We all enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

There was not an EV charger - a twin 13 amp external plug is not a charger system!

Few cars have 13amp plugs and we had two EVs neither having that system. Consequently we had to rely on a vary sparse and unreliable ev charging system on the island. This caused stress and time wasting. We may look to book with you next year but I will require confirmation of the make of charger, whether it is tethered (has type 2cable) or untethered (no cable) and a photograph. I will not wait for the owner handbook which is misleading. We booked a different property last year and were told there was an EV charger but that didn’t work until halfway through the holiday as the owner had to contact the supplier!! It really isn’t good enough in these poorly serviced areas - no problem in mainland England (and even Wales is acceptable).

Everything was perfect.

Very friendly hosts who gave lots of information before and during the stay. Comfy beds, clean rooms, hot tub was lovely! It has everything supplied and more. Oven was hot and quick to cook, dishwasher useful and loved the living room doors onto the stunning views. 5 mins drive to local pub, not really one in walking distance, 15 mins to lovely beaches. Would return! Thank you for the lovely cake, milk and prosecco on arrival, a kind touch.

Very clean and comfortable property.

Had all the facilities you could wish for. The area was beautiful, and very peaceful. Nice touch having a cake and a bottle of fizz waiting for us, and our dog appreciated his treat that was left for him. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning without hesitation.

What a lovely family weekend we had at Rhos Helyg.

Facilities were fabulous with everything you could ask for. Lovely setting with great views to the back of the property. Plenty of room to park our cars (we brought 3). Hot tub was well used as the weather was fine the whole of our stay. Nice touch with Milk, cake and Prosecco left. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again Grice Family and dog.

We have just returned from Wales and had a wonderful stay.

From start to finish we cannot fault this accommodation spotlessly clean, warm and super comfy. We are 2 families of 4 with 2 dogs and there was so much space for us all. Bedrooms all roomy and super comfy beds. Nice big garden which the dogs loved. Communication from the owners has been fantastic and we loved the accommodation guidebook jam packed with all the info we needed. Owners have thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable and like other reviews the fizz, cake and milk was a nice welcome. Only downside for us was the hot tub not being available most of our stay. Kids were looking forward to a dip as was the adults after a day out.

Had a great week at Rhos Helyg with the family.

Plenty of space so we weren't under each other feet when the weather stopped us going out. Beds very comfy and our Daughters family stayed in the downstairs bedrooms and none of us upstairs ever heard their baby crying once during the nights so good soundproofing.

Absolutely incredible place to stay.

I booked for new years with family and the children. The house and views behind are stunning, beds are comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you could need, lots of games to keep the kids entertained. Couldn’t spend too much time in the hot tub due to the horrendous wind but still managed to use it while we were there. Had the most incredible time and couldn’t recommend enough.

This was our second time coming to RHOS HELG for my birthday, I don’t know where to begin, the Prosecco, milk and cake on arrival was just lovely.

The beds are so comfy, the views are breathtaking and the hot tub is so well maintained. Michelle and Alun are great owners and nothing is a problem. I would recommend this cottage to anybody, it’s a great location. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Wonderfully laid out and spacious.

Stunning views, peaceful location and nice and private. We’ve had a super stay, loved the hot tub in the evenings and that there was a bbq and plenty of seating areas. There were only the two of us and our two small dogs but I’d definitely come again with more family as all the rooms are good sizes and the property layout means you can all have your own space when required. The owners are very thoughtful and kind. Lovely neutral decor throughout. I’d recommend visiting : Plas newydd gardens, bodnant gardens and Llandudno, and I’d also recommend the 5* ‘The Tavern on the Bay to eat. There are so many beaches and little towns to discover the views across the Menai straight are just breathtaking. It’s been a perfect location to stay for exploring across all of Anglesey, Holyhead and even a little more. We happily spent afternoons in the garden and relaxing at the accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped for any home cooking but with larger groups I’d definitely have taken advantage of the bbq and large enclosed garden

The house was absolutely gorgeous and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.

This is in such a gorgeous area in North Wales, around 25 minute drive Rhoseiger which we loved. Beautiful views whilst in the hot tub in the evening, and enjoying a morning coffee.

This is a stunning property with views over Parys Mountain.

Hi, we had a lovely stay at wales.

Large and specious house for our large family, particular good for our dog with enclosed garden. Hot too was too a great feature. A couple of tweaks like a tumble dryer as we couldn’t dry our clothes and towels, even on a good weather day. Plus with limited heating available in the property as you could smell damp downstairs. The property owner was very helpful and left us a lovely welcome gift on arrival.

This house is perfect for large numbers and young children.

It was clean and well maintained. The bottle off wine and really nice cake on arrival was a nice surprise, as was a litre off milk in the fridge with plenty of tea and coffee for days. The location is perfect nice and quiet and only a short drive to every corner off anglesey.

The house is great with plenty of space for 10 of us in comfort.

Location for sheltered east coast beaches is perfect. The hot tub is a very special treat. Our only additional wish would be for a tumble dryer. After a week with plenty of rain we struggled to dry out clothing as we dare not hang clothing outdoors because of persistent showers. A dryer would be the icing on the cake!

If access to garden and hot tub area could be improved for disabled individuals i.

e. ramp rather than steps. Also whether second bedroom downstairs could have a double or twin beds instead of bunk beds.

Cannot express how amazing the house was!

There was Prosecco,cake and milk awaiting our arrival. We were notified that we could access the property an hour earlier which may not sound like much to some people but it meant a lot to us I can tell you. The house is beautiful, comfy beds, luxury towels, spotlessly clean. Plenty of seating options, fabulous hot tub! Gorgeous kitchen with everything you could think of. My advice for anyone staying here is read the house manual! Cleverly its downloadable and it has everything in it that you need or want to know. I had the pleasure of meeting Alun one morning and we had a lovely conversation despite my dog deciding he was going to be boisterous throughout! 100% recommend.

Great property wonderful stay all mod cons perfect for a short holiday

We had a lovely family long weekend there celebrating my husbands 60th birthday.

The house was spotlessly clean on arrival and has a view that was amazing. We were blessed with good weather although chilly! The owners left us a tasty cake, a bottle of prosecco as well as some tea bags, sugar and coffee pods! A lovely gesture. There were also 2 loo rolls in each loo! The hot tub was well maintained daily and a great asset to this property. There were a few things that were in need of attention inside the house and I had spoken to the lovely owner regarding a couple of them on our first day. We discovered a couple more during our stay so I left a note regarding them for the owners - they must have been things that previous occupants hadn't reported. The owners have already responded to me by message saying that they had started to address some of the issues so I was very pleased to receive that. They were 1) the loo roll holder in the toilet downstairs was broken 2) The induction hob digits weren't working on back left hob and top right were on their way out 3) The upstairs loo didn't fill properly 4) In the shower room the hand held shower holder was broken 5) Torch in the downstairs double bedroom was broken. I also suggested hooks on backs of doors in bedrooms and bathrooms as there was no where to hang a damp dressing down or clothes when showering or taking a bath. In addition to the above the settee in the lounge wasn't very comfy as we all thought it may have been worn out from use and the foam underlays on the mattresses on the double beds were all puckered up so we didn't think they were necessary, just could have had the protector on. Having said the above, it didn't prevent us from having a wonderful time and in the grand scheme of things the issues were only small and easily fixable. We loved being able to sit around the grand 10 seater table and enjoy meals together with a well resourced kitchen. There was plenty of space and overall the house had everything in it we needed and we would, without hesitation, return for another visit. Thank you Rhos Helyg my husband had an amazing birthday there.

We had a lovely time and we were generally very happy with the accommodation.

The tea, sugar and coffee pods were a great touch along with the Bara brith, Prosecco and milk. Thank you! A good supply of loo rolls on arrival and the towels were fluffy and well laundered. The property was clean and well presented. It was cold on our arrival but the heaters soon got to work once we hit the boost button. These following points are not criticisms but points that could really lift this property from good to outstanding. 1. The downstairs double bedroom was very cold - even with the heater on, we wonder if maybe the radiator is too small for a room of this size. 2. Similarly the hallway was cold and this area would benefit from curtains, a floor runner and some comfier seating for the children’s gaming area. 3. Some of the mattresses - particularly the downstairs double bed would benefit from an upgrade 4. There is a lack of utensils and tableware (serving dishes, mixing bowls, measuring jug, hand whisk, and the tin opener doesn’t work) 5. A return of the tumble dryer as shown in the property pictures would be great, should towels need drying off from hot tub this would be a huge benefit to the property - particularly for this time of year 6. The hoover was very smelly when used As stated, overall the property is good. The owner was lovely as was the MIL who resides Nextdoor to the property. Thank you for our stay.

We chose this holiday cottage last minute as the one we had booked (with a different company) cancelled the night before.

It was a special surprise for my Mum's 60th so we were desperate to re book something within our price range. As it was the night before, Rhos Helyg had been reduced so we booked and hoped for the best. Upon arrival, we were SO glad that we booked here, it was absolutely phenomenal! Lovely, spacious detached house, super clean with all the mod cons! Kitchen fully equipped, plenty of seating and 5 spacious bedrooms. Thick, white fluffy towels were provided and the owner left a cake and a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. We had a wonderful 3 days here as a family and the hot tub was enjoyed by all - especially when watching the sun set of an evening. Location was 5 min away from a large co op and we also took a drive to the local harbour where we had a lovely afternoon playing on the park and walking along the front looking at the boats. This place felt so luxurious, plenty of outdoor space which the kids enjoyed playing in and dog friendly too. Thank you for making our weekend a memorable one - we can't wait to come back!

Had a wonderful stay with family, beautiful scenery and the cleanliness of the house was excellent .

Would have loved to have had a dryer for the clothes as it took a long time to dry things, especially towels and bedding, as there was no extra bedding.

This property was the best cottage in the UK we have stayed at.

It was outstanding and we had the perfect most picturesque Christmas. Michelle and Alun was the icing on the cake, lovely welcome package and could not do enough whilst we were there. We are returning! If your thinking of booking… don’t hesitate go for it! Xx

So my own issue was no shower on the first floor difficult when showering downstairs and taking stuff up and down to get dressed As only a sink and toilet upstairs and the location of a shower past the utility area by front door very cold when coming out.

What a great place to stay, the views are incredible, the house has everything that you need for cooking/living for the weekend.

The hot tub was spacious and was very clean. We all loved our stay and will be returning. The only thing i would say is maybe to get a sign outside of the house as it is a little bit confusing to find it! Overall a really great stay

Fantastic property with beautiful views and great location.

Everything was exactly as listed and lots of lovely, thoughtful touches throughout. All adults, children and dog very happy! We all kept saying that they had thought of everything! I cannot thank Michelle and Alun enough for their care and communication throughout our stay.

Fantastic property for family trip (8 adults, 2 children and 1 dog)!

Great location and not too far from benllech beach and cemeas beach, which are both great for families and have dog friendly areas. The owners were very helpful and quick at responding to any queries we had. The hot tub was unfortunately not working during our stay but the owners provided an alternative which was more than fit for purpose. Overall a great property, location and week in Anglesey.

My family really enjoyed their stay at a superb property, close to some stunning coastal scenery.

Lovely holiday home, couldn't ask for more.

Thoroughly enjoyed our family weekend in Rhoshelyg .

The cake and champagne was a lovely bonus and welcome since my husband was celebrating his 70th.There was an issue with the barbecue but our hosts Alun and Michelle sorted that very quickly . Would definitely consider staying there again.We all loved the hot tub.Maybe a warning should be put in the utility room that there is a step up to the ensuite when you open the door but apart from that everything all good.Diolch yn fawr iawn.

The cottage is on n a really good position, garden is ideal for dogs and children.

Everything was clean and comfortable but I was disappointed that the Xbox controller wasn’t working, we had to get new batteries and the games were all based at teenage children and older. The box containing board games was also disappointing as the only intact one was Monopoly and the whole thing was a mess which we had to sort out. On a positive note we found the iron wasn’t working and this was replaced immediately for us.

Super stay, property exceptional, very spacious and well equipped as well as being very nicely done out.

Outside space was super, especially the hot tub and the views were stunning.

We had a lovely time celebrating my Daughter in Laws 30th Birthday, thank you for the cake & Prosecco.

I would highly recommend this property or had all we needed and the hot tub was great!

The open plan space worked brilliant and the kids loved the garden and hot tub! Thank you for the lovely touches too with the cake, wine and milk.

Fantastic views from both the tub and the downstairs bedroom, especially as we had such good weather!

! Perfect location for the beach which is a must see. We had a brilliant weekend, house was perfect for 8 of us and a baby. Lots of thought has gone into facilities, take away lists, there are games and plenty of utensils (we cooked a lovely roast on the Sunday) and the link with all the property details was sooo useful. Owner was lovely and text to say property was ready early which was super handy and meant I could head off early with the little one! Hot tub got lots of use. Was super clean. Bit of a shame we couldn't use it the first night but appreciate that is due to cleaning and heating! If we were to be super picky, more toilet rolls would be useful and the sofa needs a clean/replacement/covers due to a few marks. Otherwise an absolutely perfect weekend for birthday celebrations and we will definitely be back! Thanks so much.

Stayed here in Feb school holidays, 4 adults, 6 kids and 2 dogs. The house was clean, tidy and perfect for us. The house had everything we could need to make our stay comfortable. The hot tub was great, this kept the teenagers entertained. The showers were superb! The garden was all enclosed for the dogs. Unfortunately we timed our holiday with 2 storms which meant a little less sightseeing then we had planned but this just means we will have to return!

We had a great time in Anglesey - the cottage was perfect for the three generations of our family.

The kitchen was well equipped and the open plan was really useful. Having bedrooms downstairs helped with accessibility for my Mum. The hot tub was roomy with lovely views over the valley and of the horses and sheep in neighbouring fields. Some lovely welcome touches in the fridge from the owners Michelle and Alun and when the kettle stopped working they delivered a replacement that morning. Would highly recommend.

Great communication with Michelle and Alun as well who responded quickly with any questions and who were very accommodating with last minute changes to our group. Definitely considering going back this summer.

Just arrived home from a wonderful stay, the house had so much space for all off us, the welcome package off milk wine cake & other bits was really appreciated.

There was 9 off us in total & we all loved it the kitchen had great facilities & everything you could think off. The online guide book sent before hand was great telling you how to access the property WiFi codes etc. The views from the living room where amazing watching the sun set over parys mountain which was only 15 Mins walk away was great for stretching our legs & tiring our dog out, the garden is all enclosed so really safe for dogs which was an added bonus as was the hot tub after a long walk.The owner Michelle was lovely answering all our questions & letting us know we could check in early into the property. We can’t wait to come back again hopefully over summer & make use off the lovely beaches in the area. If you are looking to get away for Xmas like us with all our family this was perfect for just that so relaxing & chilled & just what we needed

Rhos Helyg was a fantastic place to stay.

The house is incredibly spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is huge with all the amenities and utensils you would expect and more, and the lounge area was a great place to spend the evening, with the roaring log fire and enormous sofa. Rhos Helyg was a great base for days out exploring Anglesey's vast and varied beaches, all the ones we went to were within a 20-40 minute drive of the property so an easy drive. After a day of exploring, the hot tub was a wonderful way to relax. The garden was fully secure so we were happy knowing that the dogs were safe playing while we could sit back and soak. Michelle the owner of the property was really great. We got sent an online guide before we arrived telling us the key code, wifi code, travel directions, as well as info about local supermarkets, days out etc which was very useful. Michelle also let us know that the property was ready for us to check in a bit early too which was very kind. And the milk and bottle of fizz in the fridge was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend Rhos Helyg and will definitely return there for another holiday!

The house is fantastic for celebrating a special occasion .

The garden is great for outdoor dining and we made use of the gas bbq . Local shops in Bennlech Were well stocked and we were able to get fresh fish and superb kebabs from the local butchers to bbq. All my party enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and Michelle was very welcoming . Definitely a five star property with fantastic views . Really appreciated the bottle of Prosecco when we arrived and the lovely cake . Would highly recommend this property and would love to return .

The cottage was exactly as described. Everything worked, very clean, lovely welcome pack. Cottage is right next to the fabulous Copper Mountain and close to loads of friendly local amenities. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Thanks for a lovely time!

The house was great, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of room downstairs for everyone … Hot tub was a treat and nice to come to especially as the weather was terrible all week .

Rhos Helyg is a perfect holiday home in an outstanding location.

There was plenty of space for six adults, three children and two dogs, and none of us wanted to leave at the end of our visit. Everything that we needed was provided and we were made to feel very welcome. We’ll definitely be back.

Returned from a fantastic week, the house was lovely and clean and had all the facilities we needed.

Fantastic location close to lots of coastal walks. The garden was enclosed so our dogs were safe when let out. Had a really great break and the owners were lovely and on hand if we needed anything.

The cottage and garden was a lot bigger than I expected.

The kitchen is well equipped for all our needs but the utility room was missing a dryer so I had to spin my towels after getting out of the hot tub and put them on the radiator. I would recommend you take extra large towels with you for the lovely hot tub has the ones in the bathrooms are small. I am looking forward to going back again next time in the summer so we can sit out in the garden later in the evening looking over the fantastic views with a bbq and and glass of wine.

We had a lovely lil break staying in this lovely cottage , just what we needed .

.peace n quiet could of stayed longer ...the cottage was well kept and pictures do not do it justice..everything nice n clean plenty of seating and a lovely view from the lounge window n bedrooms ..our dog Max loved the big garden all fenced and safe , the hot tub was a lil luxury And super clean ! ..I would definitely recommend this cottage , as we will be going back there as soon as possible ...thank you Michelle n Alun for letting us stay in your beautiful home 10/10

A few bit disappointing we ended up washing all cups and plates spoons ant forks.

Also lot cob webs. We also found 3 hair clips on floor in one bedroom so clearly not vac carpet. . But nice place. . We was told not to use hot tub in High winds. . A little bit of decent fencing would allow you to use and give bit more privacy. . But overall nice place . But not special enough to want to go back to same property.

The accommodation is lovely, the little finishing touches were really pleasant surprise.

A couple of nice walks close by. Wish we could have stayed longer. Had a couple of texts talks with the owner over things I wasn’t sure about and she was very helpful and understanding.

With ample parking and enclosed front yard and back garden making it ideal for our two dogs, I feel Michelle and alun went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable as possible and would love to come back sometime!!

Fabulous big kitchen diner to make a great space for family dining and fun. Lovely comfortable beds and lovely big bathrooms Hot tub is a fantastic finishing touch although not so good in 60mph gusts!! Very well equipped and with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside

The cottage was welcoming and homely, with the 'hot tub' being a fantastic feature that only added to our enjoyment for our family 'get together' for Christmas.

The amazing touches of the welcome gifts and Christmas trees only added to our overall experience. We were overwhelmed! Thank You. We were absolutely delighted with our stay and would definitely return and recommend to others!

Great family holiday let good layout and location excellent for visiting beaches villages places on interest a walk around nearby copper mine early morning or late evening is recommended, hot tub and garden great plus our 10m old working cocker spaniel was safe and baby high chair cot was good plus extra picnic blankets etc we'll thought out provisioned holiday home would like to visit again

Lovely house, all to a high standard, lovely views and a good spot for tripping around, really enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely house very comfortable and large we did have a problem with the washing machine which was replaced but as it was a bank holiday it was really too late for us to use by the time it was replaced although I was compensated for it.

The only other negative was towels provided were a bit small so if you like bath sheets bring your own.All in all a really nice place to stay with wonderful views and a hot tub would stay again.

A lovely cottage with high furnishings.

Prosecco and milk on arrival was a lovely touch. The contact from booking to arriving was excellent. The weather was good to us which made the views more spectacular. I think an extra sofa in the living room would help when the cottage is full for all to sit together but we found we sat around the kitchen table. This is being picky though. Will definately return.

Fantastic for the whole family, Xbox for kids, hot tub for adults and the lounge area perfect for family games! We loved the spacious kitchen for family dinner and evening drinks! The cottage is well looked after, clean and fantastically equipped. We had all we needed. Michelle the owner of this property is very friendly and happy to help. Location of the property is ideal, easy to find and a brilliant spot to venture out for coastal walks and visit near by spots. A huge advantage of the location is the bus stop located just a few meters away that connects this lovely property to places such as Menai which is lovely for eating out. Comfy beds, nice power showers and a lovely welcome pack on arrival-perfect spot for relaxation with family and friends! Overall we were extremely happy and had a fantastic short break!

Enjoyed sitting out in the hot tub and having a bbq :) the living room and kitchen were huge which was brilliant for our big group. The dog thought it was great that there was a historic walking route 2 minute walk away :)

This is a lovely cottage which is situated close to Almwch.

The views from the hot tub and garden are stunning, with views across to the colourful Parys mountain, a lake and lots of sheep and cows. The property is in excellent condition and spacious, with more than enough room for the seven of us and the dog. It was nice to be greeted by an ice cold bottle of prosecco in the fridge when we arrived. The garden is pet friendly with a wall all around the perimeter. The cottages position is great for exploring Anglesey. There are some nice walks within 200 metres of the cottage up towards parys mountain with stunning views out to sea. We would recommend this cottage to anyone and will definitely come back again.

...immaculate and everything we needed. Fabulous views and attention to detail. We had an amazing weekend with family . .9 months to 80 years old and suited all of us. Would highly recommend this house we loved it and we will be back. Hot tub was an added bonus

This holiday home is well serviced and appointed.

We were very comfortable, the home has a great layout, furniture and furnishings of high quality and comfort. The kitchen has all the accessories to make it easy for adults and children alike. I would rate the home at a very high standard. We wanted for nothing additional. House is located in a quiet area with everything in drivable distance. Ample parking. And of course a hot tub!!
