Just what the doctor ordered
From the moment I woke up during the night looking at places to stay for a few days away until we arrived we were looking forward to this stay, a few days away, just the 2 of us and our Bailey, (German Shepherd). On arrival this place did not disappoint, it was truly magical. Words I put on this review cannot do it justice.
From the comfort of the bed, sofa with smart tv to the fully loaded kitchen/ Diner. The surroundings and location was truly amazing, the views, peace & tranquility was awfully sublime. Our stay was 12-15 April and we could not have been luckier with the weather, we definitely made the most of it, bbqing several days even twice a day to sunbathing.
Due to the heat with the dog we only ventured out once the sun had dropped with only one quick visit down the lane to the pub, the Oakley Arms.
Since our return home I have recommended this cottage to many friends/ family through social media.
We will definitely be returning without a shadow of doubt but will be for a longer stay next time.
Should you ever come across this property The Woodcutters Cottage at Tan Y Bwlch on Sykes Cottages or any other site, please make sure you consider visiting for a stay, make a booking without hesitation.
You will definitely be glad you did.
This place cannot be missed.
Lastly I must mention the host Nick, well, anything you need to know which isn't already in the instructions once booked, he is literally an email away and his response is 2nd to none.
