What guests are saying

The caravan itself is basic but clean and tidy.

They provide bedding, but no towels or tea towels. The vinyl in the kitchen needs replacing as it has a large burn mark on it. When we stayed our electric went off twice due to water getting into the outlets outside. The security guys came and fixed the issue quickly, but it did make me feel uneasy, water & electricity. Overall we had a comfortable stay. The new children's park is excellent on site.

We have also noted your comments regarding the kitchen flooring and property provisions. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future.

We stayed at this accommodation for four nights.

On the sceond and third mornings, we discovered when we woke up there was no electric for a long period. We had to throw all the food away both mornings. On the first occasion we tried ringing the out of hours contact number several times but no answer. As a family, we managed to get it working after a bit.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the electricity during your stay and appreciate how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been, particularly when it resulted in food having to be discarded. We also apologise that you were unable to reach the out-of-hours contact number when assistance was needed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
