Lily Cottage

The property and its grounds are absolutely stunning, and all kept Immaculate.

All furnishings are of good quality, would highly recommend this place. Also a good quiet location, in easy reach of the coast or mountains.

We had an amazing stay at lily cottage.

It was a great base to be about to hike the mountains and short drives to the mountain paths. would highly recommend to anyone. We will be back when we next want to visit north wales. Also Rhian the owner was super friendly and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay xx

Lovely North Wales cottage well situated to visit Snowdon and Snowdonia.

Short drive to Caernarfon with supermarkets,shops & eateries.Easy 1/2 drive Anglesey & Conway. Excellent host,very friendly and informative. First time visiting North Wales. Lived up to expectations. Thank you.

The property was warm and comfortable and located well for exploring the area and walking the Wales Coastal Path.

We had a fabulous experience at Lily Cottage, everything was spot on.

The property was well situated for north Wales and Anglesey.

The bed was comfy but it would have been helpful to have chairs in the bedroom to put things on. Space in the bedroom was at a premium. Having to bend down and go behind curtains to get access to cutlery and crockery was not the easiest and you couldn't see what was there! The settee was worn and could do with replacing. However we had wonderful a wonderful week visiting Anglesey, Porthmadog and Black Rock sands!

Lily is a real cottage in a country setting but only about two mile to Caernarfon on A4085 .

A garage close by offers basic food supplies as well as fuel etc. The cottage itself offers everything you need in the way of comfort and facilities. We were welcomed by Mrs O'Grady the Manager who gave ample instructions. We missed the entrance in the rain on our arrival, perhaps a larger sign might help. We would stay again.

Superb location for snowdonia, Anglesey and surrounding areas, very clean, cosy, friendly and superbly finished, all staff were very attentive and approachable, but yet not intrusive at all.

From arriving to checking out, the cottage was a very comfortable and welcoming place to return to after exploring the National Park and coastal areas.

We had a lovely holiday at Lily Cottage.

We were welcomed by Rhian, who showed us the cottage and explained everything we needed to know. The cottage was very clean and homely, and the little treats were very welcome after our journey. The area around Caernarfon provides plenty of places to explore, we particularly enjoyed Bodnant Gardens and a journey on the Welsh Highland Railway. A super week away, and we would definitely recommend this cottage.

Absolutely amazing cottage, a great place to stay for a base to travel the areas around North Wales and Anglesey.

Would definitely stay here again when we come back to North Wales for another holiday.

The cottage was located in immaculately kept grounds and we received a very warm welcome from Rhian when we arrived.

Lily cottage was lovely ,with all the things needed to make a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The outside area was beautifully planted and landscaped with a seating area in the sun. Mrs’s O Grady went out of her way to be helpful and was very friendly. We would definitely recommend it .

Everything we needed in a beautiful location. Ideally situated to enjoy all the pleasures of North Wales. We visited somewhere different every day. Wonderful scenery, sea-sides, gardens, castles, heritage railways, lakes and mountains.Can't wait to come back.

Extra personal gifts were brilliant and made us feel special.

Such a lovely cottage and beautifully kept surroundings , everything you could need and very good wi fi signal .

The host was very welcoming and although we didn’t need her for anything during our stay we knew how to contact her at any time . The cottage was so clean and all guidelines put in place for Covid ,very reassuring during this time . Would recommend for couples but also would be great for families to have a cottage each ! Brilliant location for visiting Angelsey ,Llyn peninsula and Snowdon .

The property owner was very welcoming which makes such a difference.

The farm was beautifully kept and not a blade of grass out of place. We were very impressed. The courtyard the property was in was lovely with a couple of old fashioned street lights in the middle giving a very homely touch. The property itself was very easy to find with the approach giving the appearance that we would expect. All in all a very good holiday and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.

Very quiet but located Central to activities and sights.

Visited caernarvon castle, snowdonia and portmeirion from this well equiped cottage.

This was a fantastic cottage in a great location.

I would definitely recommend it!

The cottage was a well converted barn.

It was handy for Snowdonia but led out directly onto a busy lane so nowhere could be safely reached without driving. There was a lack of storage space and WIFI and telephone connection unreliable. Main deficit was lack of drying facility. The weather was much as one would expect (accepted), but towels and wet clothes could not be readily dried.

Rhian made us very welcome.

Lily Cottage is well equipped with everything you need. There is also a laundry room and a games room on site. Conveniently situated to explore North Wales and Anglesey.

Myself and my husband had a lovely time.
