Had a lovely week staying here, feels more like a home than holiday accommodation.

Well stocked with everything you need during your stay. Beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding provided. Perfectly situated to visit the surrounding area, lots of beaches and locations worth exploring. We had an issue with a wasp nest but after contacting the owner this was sorted within 24hrs. Excellent service

This is great place to stay to access both coasts of the Llŷn peninsula.

Close to Criccieth and Pwllheli and to many beaches, the cottage is cosy and welcoming and it was great to have off road parking for 2 cars, 25 yds away along the lane. We also very much appreciated the lovely garden in the hot weather.

A very nice cosy cottage, ideal for a couple.

Nice garden to sit in. Morfa Nefyn, Abersoch and Harlech have great beaches and walks. Ty Coch Inn at Nefyn beach is a must visit. Use the National Trust car park for cheaper all day parking.

First class accommodation ideal for a peaceful holiday set in a nice area just a short drive to pwllheli and busier places not to far away

Lovely little cottage.

Feels so comfortable with the log fire. Nice little touches everywhere. Having tea, coffee and milk available on arrival was a nice touch we didn’t expect. Had everything needed to cook & eat meals easily. The bedding was nice and comfy. We went over Easter and loved seeing the little lambs on the other side. It’s a fantastic location to get to places around the Lyn peninsula. There’s a really handy book of how to use the log burner and local places to visit. We were meant to put the dishwasher on before we left, then realised we had forgot on the way home! Sorry. We loved our time here, thank you very much.

We loved the property.

Although the appearance from the front of the property is not appealing it is very attractive inside. It is clean, nicely decorated and maintained to a high standard. We especially enjoyed the use of the conservatory overlooking the lovely garden and it was a shame we were not able to make full use of it as the weather was not suitable. It is a lovely quiet location. What more can we ask for?

The accommodation was 1st class.

We couldn't fault it in any way and a word of praise to the maintenance team too who look after the property for the owners. If there was a problem (which there wasn't) the owners were on the other end of the phone. We have stayed in many properties, but this one, for sheer comfort, warmth and facilities beat the others hands down.

This was an amazing holiday, the owners were so friendly and helpful.

The cottage was beautiful and in a lovely setting. Very peaceful but with good wi-fi, tv, facilities so good for rainy days! The cottage itself is well positioned for great days out and there was a very thoughtfully prepared book of places to visit and eat locally. I would love to return for a second visit and thoroughly recommend both the cottage and Sykes.

Here you will find an extremely comfortable, stylish, sensitively designed,well equipped, home from home, in fact I felt so settled that by day 3, I'd almost forgotten that I actually live elsewhere !

! The owners quick with a response ( id asked if anything needed moving during storm florrie) It is in an ideal position for visiting this wonderfully scenic part of Wales. I'd recommend 101% to anyone looking to book this wonderful property. Thank you .

A lovely cottage in a central area of the Llyn Peninsula great for getting around the area.

Lovely and clean, it has all you need for a holiday. We will be back next year.

Had a slight problem with wasps, although out in country and you expect things like this when we informed the contact we were told they would inform owner.

Expected to have some sort of contact but none came and we went home early as one of our party has learning difficulties so this was big issue for us. Was a very nice property, only other comment is be aware that off road parking is not attached to house but some yards down the road.

This was our 3rd time staying at the cottage and 100% we will be back.

This was our fourth visit to this wonderful little cottage.

It never fails to impress we have stayed three times on our own and once with our daughter and son in law. The new shower is great and we really enjoy our stay as it has everything we could want the garden and conservatory are lovely. Plenty of places to visit in this wonderful part of Wales.

Gorgeous cottage and area, I had a lovely week here and would love to return, wish it was my home!

I particularly liked how homely and comfortable it felt with the tasteful, quality decoration and furnishings and well equipped kitchen. I’m a fan of good lighting and there are lots of lighting options! The garden area is beautiful, even at this time of year and it’s lovely to sit in the conservatory. The road is quite busy but the cottage is well insulated so road or neighbour noise not an issue at all for me, was very peaceful. Lovely wood burner fire, so relaxing. Owners were helpful and responsive in trying to sort an issue with the TV, which offers free access to subscription services. Good wi fi signal as it’s direct to the property.

Absolutely lovely stay at this beautiful cottage.

Lovely decor and furnishings, well stocked with everything you need for a stay away. Great real fire. Beautiful gardens. Great location for exploring the area. Really enjoyed our stay at the cottage and Bea are Den fantastic hosts.

This was a fantastic little cottage, well maintained and looked after.

The path down to the river was also well maintained,so well done. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were fabulously decorated. Plenty of towels. The size of the tv was a hit with the kids. I absolutely loved the seating area in the conservatory and the garden was special. Shame about the weather. The instructions given were informative and helpful. Complimentary welsh cakes and tea and coffee too. The only negative is the late book in I found that 5pm was late and we were waiting around. Although the 11 am check out was fine. All in all we had a great break and hopefully we will book again. Thank you.

The cottage was lovely.

Everything you need , very comfortable. The garden was very nice and the conservatory was lovely to sit in and watch the world go by. Great parking space which I always look for. The river space was great to have picnics .

Our family had a fantastic stay at Bwthyn y Felin.

The cottage and garden are beautiful, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay & plenty of tips for enjoying the local area.

We have had a lovely stay at the cottage, it is spotlessly clean, well equipped and ideally located to explore the Peninsula.

There is also the beautiful garden area to sit in on sunny afternoons which is very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of easy parking space too with a little garden to sit by the river further along. There are some walks from the door but we went out most days to the hills and coastline for walks and to enjoy a couple of days on some of the very beautiful beaches a short drive away. We also saw seals at Porth Dinllaen which was an added bonus and has a spectacular rocky coastline. Thank you for the Welsh cakes/milk etc on arrival, most welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage.

It had everything you could wish for including a gorgeous garden and a lovely conservatory to sit in. We even enjoyed listening to the rain on the roof on the one night we had rain. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and we much appreciated the milk and Welsh cakes. The furniture and beds we're really comfortable. Don't be put off by the parking being 50 yards away, it's really not an issue as you can have a walk by the lovely river garden when you park up before going to the cottage. The cottage is ideally placed to tour around the Lleyn Peninsula and we would highly recommend Llanbedrog beach to just sit and watch the world go by... especially if you had the weather we had! We hope to revisit again in the near future.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Bwthyn Y Felin.

The arrangements were good and it was easy to find and access. The cottage is spacious and very attractively furnished. The kitchen is easy to use and the living room and conservatory both very comfortable. The bed we used was comfortable and the bathroom well-appointed. The location is ideal for exploring the Lleyn Peninsula, with its beautiful beaches. We would recommend staying here.

The property was in a beautiful location and was very comfortable. It was lovely to find the basics already provided (tea, coffee, sugar) and a well equipped kitchen. Beautifully decorated, well equipped cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bwthyn Y Felin. We loved listening to the sound of the river nearby from the bedroom at night (only with the window open) and it was great to revisit the Llyn peninsula and stay in an area we’d not previosly visited.

This is a gorgeous property in a lovely location.

It has a lovely garden, although I was unfortunately not able to benefit from this due to the weather. The conservatory is a great place to sit and read on a rainy day. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location very quiet but also handy for seeing nearby place. Would definitely recommend.

Have stayed in quite a few self catering propertys over past few years - this is by far the best.

Beautifully appointed property and garden. Really can’t fault it and we will be booking again next year. From the comfy beds to the underfloor heated bathroom , the stove , the furniture , a beautiful conservatory and many lovely pictures and ornaments. Ideal location for exploring the Llyn too. Highly recommend!

We had such a nice stay at this lovely cottage.

It does not look like much from the outside but as soon as you go inside you are blown away. Everything was clean, well thought out and really nicely decorated, especially all of downstairs. The small conservatory is perfect for rainy days and cosy evenings. We never go to the same place on holiday twice as we like to see different places, but this is 1 cottage & host we would use again, this certainly sets the bar high.

As soon as we entered the cottage we felt at home.

A lot of thought has been put into making it a very comfortable place to stay with lots of little extra touches. The kitchen is very well equipped with all good quality kitchenware and a good seating area where we ate most nights, We also used the conservatory every night and the garden was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the hot weather we had all week. We were out walking every day so it was lovely to come back and relax in such a comfortable cottage and it is in a good position for exploring the area. We would have no hesitation in returning or recommending to others

What a cosy perfectly equipped cottage!

A well positioned little home and lovely to return to from days out to the many beaches and attractions in the area, from the Llyn to Anglesey and the mountains. Sumptuous beds meant comfortable nights. We loved the peaceful conservatory and garden and the option of a seating spot by the lovely stream. Weather mixed as you'd expect, so was nice to rest at the cottage until rainy days cleared. We loved it.

This is a special place.

The artwork on the walls, the fossil collection, the meandering garden - totally beautiful. On a more prosaic level, all the small things that make life easy were there from clothes pegs to logs for the fire. I enjoyed reading in the conservatory in peace while the tv was on. It’s also in an excellent location for visiting the area. This mattered because the weather was uneven and small children need to be occupied!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely little gem of a cottage, so much so that after being out all day we were happy to cook in every night and then relax in the conservatory and look out onto the garden with a glass of wine.

It was so peaceful, clean and tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed and more. Would love to come back in the autumn and use the wood burner as I'm sure the lounge would be very cosy too. The surrounding beaches, coastal paths and scenery are superb for walkers and those of us who prefer to holiday away from hustle and bustle.

The garden was lovely and the conservatory! Enjoyed sitting outdoors listening to the river behind the cottage and the birds! Would have been helpful to have more instructions on how to get to it from the Midlands. Close to many beaches on the Llyn Peninsula. We loved it!

We had a wonderful long weekend, the cottage was spotlessly clean, tidy, tastefully decorated with good furniture and lovely comfortable beds. Really warm and cosy. The weather was really good as well. Lovely and peaceful with just the river sounds. In a wonderful location, really close for visiting the rest of the Llyn Peninsula. Would definitely recommend and would love to return for a longer stay.

This is one of the nicest cottages we have ever occupied.

It was equipped to a very high standard with quality furnishings. We loved the garden and the conservatory and will return at a warmer time of thr year to get more benefit from the out-door areas.The owner demonstrated taste and creativity in the interior decor,lighting and pictures and ornaments. It was more like someones home than a holday rental. We plan to return.

Me and my partner spent two nights at the cottage during our short weekend break.

It was everything that we hoped it would be and more! The property was clean, cosy and beautifully decorated. The facilities were brilliant and we were even able to watch Netflix as it was already installed on the TV. We cannot wait to stay at the property again!

A beautiful, well maintained cottage with everything you could wish for including very comfy beds and useful gadgets.

The cottage has a fabulous garden from which the river can be heard, very relaxing along with the buzzing of the bees attracted to the lovely flowers. We all had a great holiday and hope to return again next year.

The cottage was wonderful, really well located in that it was close to lots of attractions but in a nice quiet location so we didn't get disturbed in the evenings.

The facilities were great and it really felt like home for a week. We had an excellent time, would definitely recommend and will be back!

Absolutely stunning house and beautiful garden - perfect for reading in the sun!

The owners have clearly put a huge amount of effort and investment into the property and it was a pleasure to have it as our home away from home for the week. The main living room is wonderfully cosy but remained nice and cool on some of the hottest days of the year! The conservatory and garden are fabulous and the beds are really comfortable! The immediate area is incredibly quiet and peaceful and I loved the sound of the small river at the bottom of the garden! The house is very well provisioned in terms of power sockets and tech, and the Wi-Fi is mega fast! Having a washing machine and dishwasher was super useful as well! Will definitely be back again!

Excellent comfy and cosy property.

All rooms excellent and beds so comfy. Only downside was loose toilet seat. Garden a real plus with three separate seating areas. Loved our stay!
