It is close to the Llyn Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty as well as being a walkable distance from Ty Coch Inn, voted the best seaside pub in the UK by Enjoytravel.com in 2025. If yachting, sailing, windsurfing, surfing, and jet-skiing are your thing, the seaside resort of Abersoch is only 9.4 miles away.
The Keepers Lodge, which accommodates up to 20 guests and features an indoor heated pool, off-road parking, an open fire, and a tranquil setting in the Welsh countryside, is ideal for large or small groups or families looking for the ultimate retreat to North Wales. Up to 3 dogs are also welcome so your furry friend can join you on a family getaway.
When you first walk into your large but cosy new home away from home, you'll be impressed by the open-concept living area and well-equipped kitchen where you and your family can prepare, cook, and enjoy meals together.
Sit down at the dining table or go outside to the enclosed garden to enjoy an alfresco affair and toast to a wonderful retreat while continuing to breathe in the fresh country air.

What a fantastic stay at The Keepers Lodge.
My family wanted to spend Christmas together for the first time in many years and needed somewhere that could accommodate 15 of us plus three dogs that was near to walking routes, the beach but also away from the crowds! This house fitted the bill. It had the bonus of a pool which was used by us every day as it was beautiful and warm. The house was big enough to fit us all comfortably, yet, you could find a space if you wanted time out. There was plenty of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and glassses. The beds were made up for us, towels were provided for showers (take your own swimming towels) The owners had thought of so much to make our stay wonderful by providing games, books and a comprehensive welcome book. We had a problem with one of the TV’s but Amy came straight away and sorted it out. We would definitely come back. Our ages ranged from 11 to 68 and the house and area was just perfect.
Sad to say that our stay at Keepers Lodge was disappointing.
Large house but not enough room for amount of guests. We had 14 including 2 small children. Family room not suitable for small children as open stairs, no bedroom door and not able to attach stair gate. Very little storage in all bedrooms. A lot of maintenance issues. Dogs barking through the night so couldn't have windows open. We had to clean up around the pool area and around the outdoor seating area as beer cans and bags of ash left from previous guests. Over priced and not the peaceful setting advertised.
