Spacious and very clean.

Beautiful place. Perfect for peace and quiet. There are no takeaways, although we did manage to get an Asda order. Would highly recommend

Awel Y Grug is an outstanding property.

The space available is amazing and the overall decor is lovely. The gardens, front and rear, are large and enclosed, perfect for our dog, and the driveway is big enough for many cars. There is a sea view from the back of the house, so from the bigger bedrooms upstairs and from the lounge and kitchen, which was unexpected as it’s not mentioned. The kitchen diner is enormous with an 8 seater dining table, a sofa and all the cooking equipment needed. The three bedrooms upstairs are furnished to a high standard. We didn’t use any of these as the cottage was only for my elderly parents (we were at a nearby campsite) so they slept in the downstairs family room which they said was comfortable. The downstairs wet room is also useful for anyone less mobile. The game room wasn’t used but looked a great space for families with children. The lounge is nice, with comfortable sofas, a big TV and a wood burning stove. There was a welcome pack of tea, coffee, Prosecco, and Elderflower Juice waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely touch, and much appreciated. I can’t really think of any negative things to say about the property other than my parents struggled to get any hot water out of the taps for things like washing and washing up. The shower was fine though so they used that. The cottage is a 6 or 7 minute drive to Aberdaron.

The bungalow is amazing, well equipped including a games room. Well situated to be able to get out and about and very quiet. Dogs even loved running around in the garden, chasing the birds. Even when there was a problem it was solved quickly. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to come back.

The only negative is the mattress in the double bedroom. This could do with replacing. Lovely cottage in a peaceful location

Lovely comfortable and well equipped accommodation.

Games room a great addition and ideal for a young family and plenty of room for larger families. The garden perfect for outdoor games with stunning views. Great location for the fabulous beaches and coastal walks, a hidden gem that felt like home from home!

Really enjoyed the stay and the facilities were to our expectations.

Cottage was very clean & tidy. Any queries made to the owner was promptly answered. The only downfall was, we was really looking forward to having a bbq but there was not any charcoal remaining at the cottage but not a biggie. Overall amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place.

The house was lovely.

Very clean and on a lovely plot looking out to sea. The house is really well equipped and the owners really have everything covered. The only thing for our family was I think the property needed another bathroom/en suite upstairs as our party consisted of three generations.This may not be a problem for most people but for our family it would be the icing on the cake. I would still highly recommend the property.

Lovely property.

Roomy and so comfortable. We felt instantly at home. A place I could easily live in. And so easy to visit places. My only concern would be more secure fencing around the garden. The dogs could get out , luckily they have good recall and were never left alone outside.

Had a lovely holiday here, the location is great and the house is really nice.

The dogs enjoyed the enclosed garden and we really appreciated the welcome pack. Also the owner was kind enough to post something we accidentally left behind. Would recommend!
