Lovely appartment, bigger than it looks.

Perfect location, close to all the shops/pubs/food and beach. Already planning on booking again next year

Brilliant accommodation, we had a small problem with the drains on the washbasin and bath.

This was quickly rectified after reporting to Menai holidays. The caretakers number does need to be updated. There was still a small leak from the bath which needs attention. The shower cubicle in the en-suite would not be easily accessible to everyone due to very narrow. access doors. Overall we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again.

Lovely, clean apartment.

Shame we didn't have any wine but thank you for the Welsh cakes. A couple of observations ( not complaints). The top drawer in the freezer was broken and one of the hall lighhts didn't work. We had a lovely week and would stay again.

The shower in the main bathroom leaks from the screen all over the floor.

This happened when we stayed 3 years ago and has not been rectified. There were several light bulbs that didn't work. There are not enough hangers and the ones that are provided are mainly childrens so everything falls off. The settee and chair are incredibly uncomfortable . One of the freezer drawers is broken. The CO2 sensor in the bedroom flashes brightly all night and kept us awake.

This is a lovely and comfortable flat.

Perfect location and would definitely like to book again. Only thing that was advertised was that there was a dvd player. My sister had brought some dvds to play. Tbh that didn’t bother me at all with the amazing smart tv where I could log into anything! A dvd player isn’t required at all!! We hardly watched it anyway! The flat was perfect for us and the owners are incredibly generous with coffee pods etc. really wonderful thank you so much.

This was our second stay at 4 Pen Llanw.

We enjoyed our week. We were surprised that there was no longer a small welcome pack on arrival (a few tea bags and biscuits, as there were when we stayed six months ago). There was an intermittent problem with the front door, as we were unable to unlock it from the inside. This was quite concerning from a fire safety point of view. Our dog needed to go out during the night, and we spent 10 minutes trying to unlock the door. Looking at a previous review, somebody raised this issue last year, and it seems that the problem has not been resolved.

Lovely, quiet, ground floor apartment in the centre of Rhosneigr.

Very conveniently situated for bars, restaurants & the local shop. Very functional apartment with everything needed for a stay. Very warm apartment & well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed & pillows. We had a very enjoyable stay, despite a couple of days of bad weather. Can recommend a drink at Starvation, but Sandy Mount House & The Oyster Catcher were somewhat lacking in atmosphere due to the quiet time of year & miserable weather. We love to walk, but many of the usual walks were to be avoided due to the very boggy, wet conditions. Look forward to visiting again in warmer months!

Wonderful apartment very well kitted out with everything you would need, very clean and nicely decorated.

Bed super comfortable, heating easy to use and toasty warm. The village is beautiful with a corner shop nice cafes and the beach is glorious. One of the best apartments we have stopped in and very good value.

Its a nice flat, in a very convenient position a mere stroll to the beach.

Ground floor so no humping suitcases upstairs, park almost right outside the front door. Rhosneigr is a lovely friendly village with some excellent cafes, shops and a top class beach. Problem is the flat has got a bit worn out from constant use. Showers that were problematic (refused to go hotter than luke warm at very best), towel radiator not working, missing or failed light bulbs, sinks & showers draining poorly. The front door lock was also playing up and on two occasionsions the door jammed trapping us in the flat. Fortunately we got the door free after 10 minutes of pushing & pulling (reported & hopefully fixed). The flat just needs some TLC and a bit of a refurb. Nothing wrong with it as such.

Caretaker details OUT OF DATE.

Had issue with boiler and took about 30 minutes to find the details of current caretaker. When found, issue solved very quickly. Some cooking equipment was dirty and needed to be washed before use however the apartment it's self is loved and located near a beautiful beach with close by shops for last minute essentials.

We love staying in the apartment, it was our second visit, and still as comfortable!

This is the second year staying at the same apartment complex, which is an ideal location for exploring beautiful Rhosneigr. The apartment itself was very nice—clean, and comfortable. I had read the previous reviews so brought my own hair dryer (definitely needed as we spent most of our time on the beach). I also brought toiletries because none were provided (perhaps some soap would be handy in the bathrooms?) Thank you for the milk on arrival and bottle of wine. No Welsh cakes, which was a little disappointing. Overall, we had a very enjoyable week. Many thanks.

Clean and very comfortable apartment.

We enjoyed our stay. Very handy as it's in the middle of Rhosneigr. You can walk down to the beach or have lunch at Sandy Mount House. We travelled all round Anglesey. Thank you.

Lovely comfortable and spacious apartment.

Big tick for parking facility. Could do with a mirror on or above drawers in double bedroom but managed ok. Would certainly recommend.

This was our first stay at this location and it won’t be our last.

Good communication from Sykes and the property was excellent. Ideally located for all local amenities and so close to the beach. A very well maintained and spacious property, a credit to the owners .

Lovely stay, beautiful apartment, perfect location

On arrival the property was spotless, the welcome pack was a lovely unexpected surprise.

Beds are really comfortable. I was disappointed to find there was no hair dryer and we couldn’t use the stick vacuum because there wasn’t a charger for it. However these were just niggles and overall we were very pleased with the accommodation and facilities, we would definitely book again if holidaying in the area.

We had a lovely weeks holiday .

The apartment was central for exploring the island. Only short stroll to the beautiful beach. Perfect location. The beds are lovely and comfortable. The sofa also is very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Two very small things when we arrived there was hardly any toilet paper, fortunately there is a handy shop across the road. Also we usually receive a welcome pack on arrival, that would have been nice. Only minor issues . We did struggle opening and locking the door on occasions. All in all we had a fabulous stay and will definitely be going back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and will certainly be returning again soon.

The lovely Rhosneigr beach is minutes away and there’s lots of places to eat. We will definitely be returning soon.

What a fantastic property.

A wonderful place, beautifully furnished and every comfort thought of. So close to the beach too. We have visited Anglesey once before but decided to return for a more comprehensive look and it did not disappoint. We only left the Isle one day out of 7 and walked and walked. The beaches are amazing and Norman (the dachshund) will miss his daily walks on them. As will we. Thank you

We had a great week at 4 Pen Llanw (brilliant weather too).

The ground floor apartment was extremely well set out & had all the facilties you could need. The location is perfect with a short walk to the huge beach. The pub, chip shop & cafés are all within easy walking distance. We would definitely return at some point in the future.

The apartment was perfect as was the location - I can’t recommend it highly enough - there was nothing to find fault with - can’t wait to return x

We had a Lovely stay.

The Holiday Accommodation was exceptional. Spotlessly Clean and everything we needed for a Great Holiday. However one small request would have been a small hoover of some kind as we felt very guilty leaving all our Labradors hair everywhere, I think she was extra fluffy due to her time spent in the Sea

Another fabulous week in this lovely apartment, the apartment has everything we needed for a lovely relaxing holiday, the only thing we found missing was either a small hoover or a long handled brush so we could clean up we never leave shoes on inside but did think we needed a brush at least to keep the floors clean, also the outside wanted weeds taking up and brushing we would have done that also if we would have had a brush, other than those small issues you can be very sure we will definitely return, many thanks, Len and Mary.

Lovely well equipped apartment.

Great location. This is the second time we've stayed there with our cockapoo Charlie. You have your own car parking space which is a good bonus. Will be back next year.

This is a lovely, quality apartment in a great location in Rhosneigr with easy road links to get around Anglesey.

Being on the ground floor and having a good sized entrance hall makes it easy with a dog and young family. Plenty of storage space, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a good size open plan lounge makes it easy to have a relaxing break. Bars, restaurants, shops and beach all a few mins walk away. Would definitely return.

The apartment was a credit to the owners absolutely lovely spotlessly clean and decor to high standards.we would go back next week if we could.

A lovely ground floor apartment located in the centre of Rhosneigr.

A few minutes walk to the beach, shops and cafes. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and furniture in the lounge area. Lovely big fluffy towels. A well appointed and equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine and a coffee grinder (someone must love their coffee!). Would have been useful to have a brush or hoover available so we could make sure we left the apartment as we found it but we managed with the dust-pan and brush. There is one allocated parking space in the communal parking area. Lovely welcome pack on arrival and the Welsh cakes were lovely on St David’s Day ! We regularly come to Anglesey but have not stayed in Rhosneigr before. We loved being able to just wander down to the beach and watch the surfers, the sunsets or the jets from Valley. In fact there were a few days we didn’t even have to take the car out, we just walked along the beaches. Would definitely recommend it to others and I’ve already been looking for when we could come again !

Fantastic property to stay in.

Very clean and comfortable. As for the location, 5 minutes walk to a wonderful beach which our dog loved. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely, warm and comfortable apartment.

Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and lounge furniture. Well equipped kitchen and parking space on the private car park. Located in the centre of Rhosneigr: close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Where to start.

Firstly, we greeted with a few welcome gifts of milk, Welch cakes and a nice bottle of white wine, the apartment was top class as good as it could get spotless, with plenty of room everywhere short of nothing we even looked on Sykes to see availability to stay another week, fantastic position on Anglesey lots to do and see breathtaking some of it.Will be back no doubt about it, The owners should be proud of what they have and how to welcome visitors there.

Apartment is very well equipped and close to all local amenities.

Really comfortable beds but the settee, for me, could be a little more so. Kitchen facilities, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc are all good quality and plentiful. 2 minutes walk to the beach, sit and relax while watching kite surfers or beautiful sunsets. Lovely walks locally or a half hour drive gets you to any other location on Anglesey.

The best apartment we have ever stayed in with super comfy beds, immaculate & everything we needed in a perfect location for a fabulous break.

Not many places have everything on the doorstep, shop, cafe’s, bars & restaurants but the beach was the best, we loved watching the surfers and the jets taking off & landing at Valley, while walking the dog. Thanks for a wonderful break.

A very well positioned apartment .

Parking a plus ! Spotlessly clean . Comfortable and well supplied with equipment except no sweeping brush . The mail box needs attention . Thank you a super week on Anglesey

Everything was fine, except the bathroom and shower room.

Both needed :- -Shelf within reach to put things like shampoo, shaving equipment etc while showering. -Anti-slip mats in both showers/bath. - Grab handles in both showers/bath. Otherwise very happy, and appreciated the welcome pack.

What an absolutely beautiful apartment in the perfect location.

This apartment provides comfort right from beginning. A dedicated car parking space right at the door, the apartment is very clean, spacious and very well equipped with quality items which make the place feel special. The whole apartment has been well thought out with everything you might need making it a home from home. We were a little worried that we wouldn’t be able to fit our cot as an oversight on my part hadn’t read that one isn’t provided until the day before. However we found we could fit it in very comfortably and the apartment worked perfectly for our almost 2 and 5 year old. We will definitely be back next year and be recommending this as the perfect Anglesey base to our friends and family.

The apartment is in a great location for the beach and very clean.

It has loads of amenities and nicely decorated. It was just too noisy for me. The upstairs neighbours sound like they have a baby elephant bounding about all day. The main bedroom has the pipes running behind the wall and you can hear water running through them in the night and they make periodic banging noises all night. Would recommend ear plugs when booking.

Excellent property.

Ground floor access a plus and location a stone throw from the high street and not much further for the beech. We love the location of Rhosneigr for access accreoss Angelsey and will be returning, in fact already booked in for next year.

We had a wonderful week in your lovely property, it was like home from home very comfy and lovely comfy bed, the welcome pack was most appreciated also, we have been visiting Rhosneiger for many years and this is a wonderful place to stay, many thanks to the owners for letting us stay we look forward to staying here again soon.

A delightful modern, cosy apartment with well equipped kitchen.

Lovely location, close to shops, restaurants, take always. Just a few minutes walk to beach. Wine, Welsh cakes, milk on arrival much appreciated. Housekeeper kept apartment clean. Would definitely return again in the future and would recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful time here.

So near to the beach and a chip shop just around the corner! Also an ice-cream shop that sold dog ice-cream so all were happy. The property is clean and nicely furnished and lots of cupboard space in the kitchen. We would definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our time at 4 Pens Llanw Tides Reach. The property is beautifully furnished, well equipped and a great location! We did a lovely walk every day courtesy of the coastal walk book at the property and a drive to various sights and towns on the island. The cafes, bars and the shop opposite great. It was a very relaxing break and would definitely recommend. 5 stars from us. Thank you.

Great location for all occasions but especially beach lovers.

Great entrance area for storing/drying out gear keeping away from living areas. Good parking . Very dog friendly space and village. Most cafe and pubs allow dogs. Coastline has spectacular beaches and on this visit the stormy seas gave entertainment from the kite surfers

A lovely apartment and we enjoyed the week.

Comfortable beds and good space. The only slight downside was the kitchen utensils which needed more of most things if you plan to cook in the flat such as roasts or tray-bakes which we like to do when on holiday. Also there was no cafetière which we had to buy from Holyhead. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a central location. So close to the beach. Will definitely go back again. Didn’t want to leave!! Just one point. In description it said there was a Nespresso machine but we couldn’t find one!

Would have been better to have a 4 slice toaster and a corkscrew available but other than that fabulous apartment and location , would definitely return

Our sister and brother in law have just had a baby and it was their first trip away with their newborn. We also had our little dog too. There was plenty of space for all of us. A perfect property right in the centre of the town with everything on your doorstep, plus a short walk to the beach for our nephew’s first look at the sea. The apartment was spotless, modern and had everything we needed. We felt at home right away. Thank you for a fabulous week!

An absolute gem of an apartment in a beautiful little part of the world.

It's been very tastefully decorated and incredibly well kitted out. You can see that the owners really care about providing a first class service with all the information they provided in the manual. Even mentioned to the agents that there wasn't a cot for our newborn which shows how much they think about each guest. We will be back without a shadow of a doubt, me and my family had a wonderful stay. I would very highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the wonderful island of Anglesey!
