If I had paid full price ie £1400 per week I would have been very disappointed .

Cupboards and bathroom were dirty . We suspected the bedding had not been charged. Walls were in need of repainting and were scuffed. Under the bed were old cloths and was very dirty. The bathroom had loose tiles on the floor and gaps . Drain holes in sink and shower were rusty. I was left embarrassed that I had booked the apartment. To end on a positive the location was good and south west facing which allowed you to sit in the sun in the afternoon.

In need of good clean and decorating Microwave needs replacing dirty and rusty Blind not working in Lounge Window in bedroom 1 difficult to open and close Mattress toppers need replacing as all stained.

Couldn't sit on furniture outside as coushins were in box but needed screwdriver to get in box.

Brilliantly positioned apartment and totally suited our needs for this holiday break.

We have a poorly dog that finds stairs and too much exercise a challenge now so a ground floor apartment so close to the beach was just perfect. The apartment itself was comfortable - a little bit tired and needs a few little jobs doing but nothing that wasn’t liveable with. We would go back there because it suited our purposes and its position to the stunning beach was excellent.

Great location & well equipped apartment.

Beds clean & beautifully made up. Towels smelled musty & felt damp. On arrival initial issues with cleanliness, were quickly rectified by owners. Electrical box outside apartment was broken & taped with insulating tape, which was a little concerning. Having said this we did have a pleasant stay.

This is a lovely apartment with very good facilities.

Lots of kitchen utensils, pans, plates if you plan on dining in. Very short walk to the beach down a steep hill but my mother in law is 84 and she managed it. Unusual wardrobes very school locker like. Super comfortable beds and great shower. Lots of parking infont of the property. Make sure you turn down the road opposite the fire station. Our satnav took us to the road before and we ended up having to reversed all the way back up as it was impossible to turn with all the cars.

Property was in a great location.

Cleanliness was a problem and the property is in need of redecoration. The bare minimum was done by the cleaners of the property. Dirty bathroom and skirting boards. Duvet covers and towels were clean, however at the end of stay, we removed the duvet covers and duvets were heavily stained. Good communication from the owners but we are unlikely to visit this property again.

Fabulous stay with a very warm welcome.

Fantastic spot for birdwatching and 2 mins to the wonderful beach. About 20/25 minutes to any part of island. Plenty of information from owners and nothing was too much trouble. Very peaceful location with the odd jet going over.

This is our second time at Arlanfor and it didn’t disappoint.

So close to the beach for fantastic walks the small town for a coffee or the shop, and easy to get out and about from the property to visit other areas of Anglesey. We certainly didn’t want to leave and hope to be back again next year if not a cheeky break later on in the year. Fully recharged the batteries.

Really enjoyed our stay at Arlanfor, great facilities and a stone throw from the beach.

The location is perfect for exploring Anglesey and fantastic for dropping on to the beach. Sand dune walk besides RAF Valley dropping on to the beach is an absolute must. Certainly go back….

Bright clean accommodation. A lovely place to stay.

Really nice property, very well suited to a young family especially as there are no stairs.

Kitchen was well stocked, we had everything we needed. Location was brilliant too - very close to beach. We enjoyed seeing the planes flying over from the nearby RAF base although we appreciate not everyone would feel the same way! Only two notes really - one was it wasn’t clear where recycling should be put, we only appeared to have one bin? Second, some of the doors on the kitchen cabinets at head level need their hinges adjusted - they won’t stay open which means it’s hard to get things out as you have to use one hand to hold the door open.

Arlanfor was a comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a superb setting.

The owners gave us all the information we needed and encouraged us to contact them with any questions we might have. Instructions on how to use the facilities were well-explained. The quality of bedding and towels was high and the decor of the apartment was contemporary and inviting.

It was really a lovely apartment great rooms with really lovely comfort.

The only thing missing was a good whisky glass!!!!

The house is in a fantastic location and it is on a quiet road (apart from the jets!

). The house was a perfect size for myself, husband & child. You could fit a couple more people in as well with the sofa bed in the living area (although it may feel a bit more of a squeeze). The owners were welcoming with a phone call & email before arrival. We managed to park outside the house all week but it can get a bit tight with cars if there are people staying in all the other rentals close by. Upstairs was noisy at times but nothing too bad (mostly moving around and movement of furniture). The house may benefit from an outside tap to wash off sand, etc. as you walk straight into the living accommodation so it tends to gather there. Only minor points but overall a great place to stay!

You charged me £25 to move my dates because of COVID that was disgusting and as for the flat it was clean but the back bed room smelt of damp so had to use the pull out in the living room and I would also like my £25 back thanks

The owner of the accommodation was incredibly helpful when I contacted him .

The apartment was spotless , warm and in a convenient location being close to the beach and shops . The rooms are spacious and the decor modern
