We spent a fantastic week here!

Beautiful accommodation with lots of lovely touches (board games, dog toys). We really appreciated the Welcome treats (not just for us but our dog too!!). Its central location is almost its best feature (the beach, shops and cafes all within a few minutes walking distance) and the noise from being opposite a pub is its only downside. The parking slot is a god send. We absolutely loved it here and would definitely book again for a stay in the beautiful Rhosneigr.

Fantastic holiday in a beautiful apartment in the heart of the village.

Very comfortable with everything we needed with the added touch of a welcome pack containing little extras that were so thoughtful. Will definitely return.

The accommodation was fantastic. Everything you need is there. The beds were very comfortable and we just thoroughly enjoyed the location and our week in Rhosneigr. Will be definitely booking again for next year

Spacious first floor apartment in a modern block with car parking, there is no lift which didn’t bother us but may be important to some.

Good location for access to the beach and shops and cafes in the village. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped but would benefit from some maintenance. The extractor fan in the internal bathroom doesn’t work and no ventilation when showering has accelerated the development of mold in grout and sealant. Not sure if the owner is aware of this, but I wouldn’t be happy about if it was my property. Also broken binds in rear bedroom, again another maintenance fail. Owner might want to consider providing a non-slip mat for the bath. We’ve taken to bringing our own to avoid accidents when showering. Beds are comfy, pillows need replacing but generally we slept well. We found all we needed in the kitchen for meal prep and there was plenty of washing up, cleaning materials and bin bags. Nice to find a welcome pack and milk in the fridge which is always welcome after a long drive. Rhosneigr itself is lovely, with a grocery shop for every day essentials, several cafes and restaurants, our favourite was Notos for breakfast every day after walking the dog. All in, it was a great week in a lovely location and we’d be happy to return.

Returning Guest at Tides Reach This is my fourth stay at Tides Reach.

First floor apartment in the centre of Rhosneigr. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely sandy beach a few minutes walk away. The apartment was clean and warm. Comfy beds and sofas and plenty of throws. Kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and fridge/freezer (the freezer could do with being de-frosted). Good TV and wifi. Designated car parking space. I’m already planning another visit.

Lovely apartment in a great position and great weather Just a few minor things needed for a perfect stay Guest book is full so couldn’t mention them there A large mirror would be useful for hair drying as would a spare set of keys Softer pillows (very flat) need replacing Mugs (very stained despite going through the dishwasher) need replacing None of it effected our stay

A wonderful property in a wonderful location.

Very clean and easy access to surrounding area. Two minute walk from the beach. Would highly recommend a trip to judge for yourself. We will definitely return for a future break or two. Thank you Sykes.

Great position. Lots of attention to detail and very well equipped, Beds very comfortable. Constructive comments - ,The old bulb/fitting in hallway needs replacing and a shade putting over it.. Bedding in main bedroom still damp. Minor issue, would love to stay again.

An excellent place to stay, well furnished, everything you could possibly need, bang in the centre of Rhosneigr, 5 minutes away from the beach, nice a quiet, ideal for couples or families.

I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great week at Tides Reach.

This is in a perfect location 2 minutes to the beach local shop and a good choice of places to eat. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a break away. Brilliant base if you want to visit other areas in Anglesey we ventured out to Benllech, Newborough forest and beach, Beaumaris and Trearddur Bay. Scarlett’s fish and chips were delicious and Blue Olive is a lovely restaurant.

Returning Guest This is my second stay at Tides Reach.

The apartment is on the first floor in the centre of Rhosneigr. It is close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Lovely sandy beach a few minutes walk away. I was very lucky with the weather and had fabulous sunsets. The apartment was clean, warm with comfy beds and sofas and plenty of throws. It is well equipped. Good TV and wifi. Designated car parking space. I’m already planning a return visit for later in the year.

Fantastic apartment, everything we could have wanted was provided, the welcome pack was much appreciated, and gave us a great start to the weekend break, thank you, if I were to have any negatives my wife commented on the lack of a larger mirror, and the lack of a toilet brush.

but nothing that spoilt the experience, the doggy treats and the willing ness to allow pets was one of the main reasons for or booking, and the local area were very accepting of pets in restaurants was exceptional. we will definitely be back. Now if you could do something about the weather ;-)..

Our stay over Christmas 24 was brilliant.

The apartment was clean ,comfortable and warm. Only one thing needed ,yes ,a full length mirror. I'm only 5ft 1 and had to stand on the chair to look in the bathroom mirror to see if my dress looked OK lol . But all in all there was everything you needed in the apartment.

Perfect Holiday Apartment Well equipped first floor apartment in the centre of Rhosneigr.

Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The sandy beach is a few minutes walk away. Designated car parking space in the onsite car park. The apartment was clean, warm with comfy beds and sofas and plenty of throws. All the home from home essentials. Good TV and wifi and a selection of books and games. As mentioned before you can watch the jets from Valley from the kitchen window. Note for owners: The tap in the bathroom is still dripping and you need a new guest book as the current one is now full.

Perfect home from home.

Everything you could need. Even though weather not always kind a lovely cosy place to come back to. Perfect location - really close to the magnificent beach and you can watch fighter jets while doing the washing up if you are lucky.

This is our 2nd year in a row staying in the accommodation and we wouldn't hesitate to rebook again.

The accommodation is spacious and well planned out. It is dog friendly (we aren't owners ourselves) yet there is no dog smell in the accommodation. Usual comment about the lack of a full length mirror, but clearly the owners aren't going to install one as this comment has been repeated for years. Could do with another set of cutlery, I assume over months things disappear. Happy holiday makers, thanks for a nice stay!

We loved our stay!

Great location, modern, car park, clean, games, kitchen equipment etc.

We had a lovely stay at Tides Reach.

There was plenty of room and the apartment is very well equipped. Everything you need and a very comprehensive folder with instructions for all appliances. The small welcome pack was appreciated. The bathroom was fabulous and we loved the heated towel rail to dry our towels. The apartment is very warm but easy to ventilate by opening windows. Good TV and Wi-Fi, and various radios, speakers dotted about. The location is right in the centre of Rhosneigr, so you are close to everything. There is some road and pub noise but it didn’t bother us. We slept well in the comfy beds. The pillows, bedding and towels were of excellent quality. I believe there is an external lock up (bring your own lock) for paddle boards etc. but we didn’t need this. All in all, an excellent stay and we would certainly come again.

The property was amazing all the little details were wonderful certainly will be returning

Second time at number 7 and fourth time at Tides reach.

Apartment and facilities all great. Couple of points for owner or maintenance as it’s the start of the season. Bathroom fan needs attention, dripping tap , no lampshade in dining area. Also really need a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment. No of these points are deal breakers. Will definitely stay again.

Just gorgeous!

So much bigger and nicer than the photos show. All the doggy touches were so lovely, the furniture and beds so comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this apartment, only 250m or so from the beach, lovely and quiet village. It does get busy at the weekend and there is some noise from the pub opposite on Fridays and Saturdays, but it wasn't unbearable. Some lovely places to eat within waking distance, and some scenic walks around the lake and on the beach.

Third stay at this property - excellent again We had another lovely holiday Well located , very comfortable and well equipped.

We were especially impressed with cleanliness on arrival - lovely fresh and welcoming Central to the village and close to many beautiful coastal walks Thank you to the owner and cleaner !

Lovely stay nice apartment .

Nice comfy beds. Lots of doggie items . Every bit of equipment you could need. Right in the centre of Rhosneigr . Onsite parking . Had issues with the boiler and heating but the owners were excellent at communication and sent an engineer out. No complaints at all. Will definitely stay again some time.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Tides Reach, and it suited us and our stay perfectly.

The only negative comment I have is that the last time we stayed there was a lovely welcome hamper, full of local produce that I shared with family and friends when we got home. Appreciated the walking books and info about the surrounding areas.

Perfect Apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment is stunning with everything you could possibly need and more. The location is perfect, 2 mins from the beach where you can walk along the beach and dunes and visit the Oyster Catcher for a relaxing drink or some food. We had a fantastic weekend and can’t wait to return.

Tides Reach is a really lovely apartment, well stocked and resourced, nicely furnished and the owners have obviously put a lot of thought and care into ensuring all guests feel at home (including the 4 legged ones!

). The apartments are so central everything is only a short walk away, including all the beaches and Maelog Lake. There were 3 under unit bulbs in the kitchen not working but we replaced these ourselves as 2 were in the hob which were needed for cooking. Both Sykes and the owner were brilliant at arranging for us to have fresh bedding for our 2nd week at the mid point. This was very much appreciated. Cannot fault this apartment. It is the 2nd we’ve stayed at and we would recommend this one highly. Thank you for a lovely stay in your holiday home, we enjoyed it very much.

We found the apartment to be very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Full of everything you could need to enjoy your mealtimes and just sitting about times. Good sized rooms and a very adequate size dining table. We had a lovely holiday here. My only criticism would be the lack of a decent sized mirror. Only small sized mirrors in bedrooms, which kept sliding down. There would be ample places to put a long mirror in both bedrooms or in the area by the front door or kitchen. Its just nice to check that you look ok before setting out for drinks and dinner. This has been mentioned in the Guest Book on numerous occasions but clearly ignored. Well you did ask.

Fabulous apartment in a beautiful location.

Lots of lovely beaches and walks nearby.

Really nice flat, very well appointed with a comfortable and surprisingly spacious living room.

The beds are very comfortable too. The flat is in a superb location which provided a great base for our stay. The only difficulty we had was getting the smart TV functions to work, bit that was a very minor issue. We have booked again for May.

We had a brilliant week, even the Welsh weather was on good behaviour!

The apartment is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and in a fabulous location. The only thing I would add to a 'wanted' list is an extra set of door keys. We visited with our 26 year old and his dog. If we went our separate ways it was difficult to calculate who would be back first therefore needing the keys. But overall, if you'll have us, we'll be back

Property is in a great location in Rhosneigr especially for getting to the beach which we did every day.

It provides a great base for exploring Anglesey. The flat itself was clean, comfortable and full of little extras that made the stay all the more enjoyable (our dog loved the toy box!) Kitchen was brilliantly equipped and the bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in while away on holiday. Thank you for an excellent week!

An incredibly well equipped apartment.

Excellent decor with a seaside theme. Lovely little touches of welcome packs and milk and Welsh cakes. So close to the gorgeous beach and facilities of the high street. A great place to relax and enjoy wonderful Anglesey.

Fantastic property our mini dauschund absolutely loved the toys.

Very comfortable beds, lovely rooms would highly recommend. The little welcome packages are lovely to. A lot of thought has gone into the apartment and what people may need during their stay. We will be returning!!!

Amazing dog friendly property close to all amenities.

2 minute walk to the beach. It was our first family holiday with our 20 month old daughter, she absolutely loved it!! We would love to stay here again.

We were so pleased with the accommodation and it was so well equipped even for our dog.

They'd thought of everything we could possibly need. It was really clean and comfortable too. Loved everything about it including the great location.

Beds super comfy with high quality bedding. Location perfect and good to have parking on site. The cleaning and food welcome pack were a nice touch too. Felt I should have had a dog with us though !

Perfectly placed in the middle of town. Loved all the little extras in the apartment from Apple TV to floating toys for the dog! He loved it too - loads of new toys to play with. Would definitely stay there again.

What an absolutely amazing apartment!

We have been staying in Rhosneigr for years and this is definitely our favourite place to stay. The apartment is in the perfect location and is very well equipped. The dog toys treats and extras really made a difference to our stay. Highly recommend this place and would love to come and stay again.

This is our second stay at No7 Tides Reach.

It is such a comfortable and welcoming apartment. It's in an absolutely fantastic position, close to the beach and the shops and bars of Rhosneigr. On arrival it was very clean and the milk and Welsh cakes included in the welcome pack were much appreciated as we had forgotten to bring milk. Our dog ripped a claw on the beach and the doggy first aid kit provided was so useful and meant we had what we needed to deal with it and carry on with our holiday. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Lovely location,beautiful weather!

Flat what exactly how it was described. Little extras such as milk,biscuits,sanitizer,and toileteries were a lovely touch!

This was our first stay here with our 6 month old pup and we all felt at home straight away.

The apartment is lovely, well furnished and very clean. We loved all the extra touches, especially the dog treats and toys. The location is great, with the shop just over the road and plenty of food choices around. Short walk to the beach- even the horrible weather didn’t ruin it for us! We would definitely stay again. We stayed at Tides Reach (984631) in April 2021, just as lockdowns lifted - how lucky we were.

It was our forth visit to Rhosneigr and our second visit to this apartment as it is so good. The apartment is plenty spacious enough for a small family and the king sized bed really comfy! The owners have taken great care to ensure there are home comforts with a lovely welcome box and it is very well equipped. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. Perfect with our 3 year old to pop back and forth. Parking is really easy and convenient. Overall a fantastic place and I am sure we will be back a third time!!

When we saw the photos of the apartment block, it looked like it was looking over the sea.

Although you could just about see the sea there were no sea views to speak of. However it was only a short walk to the shore. We were quietly impressed with Anglesey. Amazing beaches. Everywhere was clean, no litter anywhere. We liked the apartment and it had been tastefully furnished with everything you could need. Only one thing and that was the sofas in the lounge. Not able to get comfortable on them. No other faults at all. We did have a good holiday overall. We have stayed as part of a group of friends in quite a few of your advertised properties and have enjoyed them all.

Everything we needed was nearby - corner shop, chip shop and of course the beach!

Very impressed with the accommodation and location.

Lovely thought leaving some foodstuffs for immediate use.we were fortunate that the weather was warm and sunny but the lounge patio window/doors to the juliet balcony would not open despite there being keys in the lock.Would have liked to have had some fresh air as the apartment was very warm.Made do with leaving kitchen and bedroom windows open to get a flow of cool air.Apart from this small problem all else was fine- beds very comfortable which is an important factor when booking accommodation.Would definitely book again.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable short stay (four days) in this lovely apartment last week.

It is in a perfect location a few minutes walk from the town beach, and several local restaurants. The two bedroom apartment was on the first floor, and was light, airy and well equipped. The only negative was that one of the windows in the sitting room wouldn't open.

Lovely clean apartment my wife and two girls really enjoyed our 3 days in Rhosneigr, spacious and handy for the village and beach.

This was our first visit to Anglesey & we loved it!

Rhosneigr was a really lovely base from where we explored the whole of Anglesey. We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed some superb walks - the coastal walk from Aberffraw to Rhosneigr is particularly impressive (take the bus from Rhosneigr - literally, just outside of the apartment & walk back, calling in at the Oystercatcher on the way back!). The apartment itself is especially lovely and homely & the owners clearly take a great pride in what they offer to their guests - it almost felt as though we were staying in their home. We had everything we could possibly need & more. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable and the extra touches made by the owners were really appreciated - even the dog was well catered for! The walks on the beach (only 2 minutes away) were really bracing and there is a great choice of places to eat within walking distance of the apartment. We especially enjoyed the Sandy Mount bar & restaurant, the pub across the road is fine for a drink (we did not eat upstairs, but it gets good reviews) & the Oystercatcher is great value for a meal & comfortable for just a drink. All in all, a really great stay & we will certainly hope to return. Thank you for a really relaxing break!

Owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable including treats and toys for our Cockapoo Archie he loved it.

The flat was brilliant for dogs too toys treats and even a spare lead. Fabulous unwillingly look to book it again

The apartment was in a great position in the heart of the village.

Rhosneigr is a lovely village with a beautiful beach and some nice bars,cafes and a couple of nice shops. The only negative of the location is the noise coming out of the pub which woke us up even at 3.30am one morning.

The people who prepared the apartment thought of everything, we took beach toys, washing up liquid, dog toys, cleaning products etc etc.

.. they supplied all the above and so much more, it’s the little touches that mean a lot!

The key safe was very difficult to open when we arrived.

I had to ring owners and get some help. The oven fused on second morning. The dining table was in the hall so ended up eating in the sitting on knees in front of Tv. Not really convenient. Better with larger table in kitchen or table in front of window in sitting room. Who wants to eat outside the bathroom! No wardrobe in second bedroom just hangers behind door. Chests of drawers very small. Main wardrobe difficult to open. Window in main bedroom wouldn't open either. Guest too hot at night. Otherwise flat very clean and well prepared and equipped. very clean,warm & cosy. Excellent location, 2 minutes from beach & variety of eating places.We took our dog & found everywhere very dog friendly. The apartment is also dog friendly. We will definitely return in the future
