“Spacious first floor apartment in a modern block with car parking, there is no lift which didn’t bother us but may be important to some.”

Good location for access to the beach and shops and cafes in the village. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped but would benefit from some maintenance. The extractor fan in the internal bathroom doesn’t work and no ventilation when showering has accelerated the development of mold in grout and sealant. Not sure if the owner is aware of this, but I wouldn’t be happy about if it was my property. Also broken binds in rear bedroom, again another maintenance fail. Owner might want to ...

Owner might want to consider providing a non-slip mat for the bath. We’ve taken to bringing our own to avoid accidents when showering. Beds are comfy, pillows need replacing but generally we slept well. We found all we needed in the kitchen for meal prep and there was plenty of washing up, cleaning materials and bin bags. Nice to find a welcome pack and milk in the fridge which is always welcome after a long drive. Rhosneigr itself is lovely, with a grocery shop for every day essentials, several cafes and restaurants, our favourite was Notos for breakfast every day after walking the dog. All in, it was a great week in a lovely location and we’d be happy to return.
