What a lovely cottage, so good we’ve already booked to come back next year.

Perfect location and only a minute from the dog friendly beach plus a choice of eateries within 5 mins walk. The house has everything you need, all of very good quality and some lovely homely touches like fleece throws over the armchairs. Outside space is great as well, not big but all you need with the beach so close.

Beds very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone . Great location little walk down to the beach . Plenty to do in the area Lovely little cafes , bars and restaurants in the area . Don’t want to say too much as we like to keep it a secret … don’t want it getting too busy

Large rooms and very nice welcome pack, short bread scones eggs milk very well equipped.

Would recommend the cottage for anyone and especially families with dogs.

Everything exceeded our expectations, all the extras we did not expect, from kitchen foil, food bags, bin bags and numerous items not usually there.

The accommodation was a lovely home from home, so close to the beach, centre, pubs and restaurants.

It was also easy to explore the rest of the island from Rhosneigr by car. It is an excellent choice for couples, families and dog owners. The home owners had thought of everything to ensure a relaxing holiday. Everywhere was immaculate, aesthetically pleasing with paintings, books and board games and choice of television viewing. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future. Many thanks for the welcome food pack, a kind and thoughtful gesture.

Great place for a holiday for adults and 2 dogs: all were made very welcome.

Very close to the beach, shop, restaurants and bars. We were all VERY impressed with the accommodation and will certainly be happy to return to Wingelock.

The position of the property in relation to the beach and town is amazing, which was especially handy with small children.

The layout of the property is perfect for a family life and having the enclosed courtyard garden was an added bonus for my Dog The beds were comfy and the bedding and towels gorgeous I was a little worried by the cream sofa covers and cream carpet, but it was fine Thank you so much for a lovely stay

We had a lovely time once again here at Wingelock.

Caroline was, as always, really lovely, checking in to make sure we were okay and happy, which we really appreciated. She left us a lovely welcome pack which included some great treats to start off the holiday too. We had stunning weather, so we made the most of the garden, often eating outside surrounded by the beautiful flowers. The beds are incredibly comfortable, as is all of the house to be fair, and we had everything we could have possibly needed (Including kitchen tongs which we had previously mentioned were missing on an earlier holiday). As always, this was a fantastic place to stay, and it remains one of our favourite places to book for a comfortable relaxing trip, that feels like 'home'.

An excellent property to stay in it was spotless and a very short walk to the beach and the Main Street.

Liked the summerhouse outside when we had a Barbie to keep us from the wind.Would highly recommend staying here a nice touch from the owners leaving us eggs shortbread and some scones and orange juice very much appreciated.

Lovely cottage , everything you could need for a holiday from food tongs to buckets and spades for kids down on the beach .

Beds were very comfy . Great welcome tray . If you need the owner she is not far and would be there as quick as she can and what a lovely lady she is . We would be defiantly booking to stay here again Thank you again had a great time

We had a lovely stay at wingelock for the second time!

As always the house was comfy and convenient, the only thing we seemed to be short on was a pair of kitchen tongs, but we just used the barbecue tongs instead so it was no issue. We will definitely be back again in the future

We had a lovely weekend in Rhosneigr and we did enjoy our stay at Wingelock.

It’s a lovely, light and airy house and is incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The welcome pack was also very much appreciated. However, as other reviews have mentioned, the house is in need of updating in areas. The en suite bathroom especially could do with a complete upgrade…the shower and its cubicle leaves much to be desired. Personally I found the mattress in the master bedroom to be far too soft and having ‘tested’ the others by sitting on them they seemed similar. I only mention this to help other people, who may also have a back problem, and would also prefer a firmer mattress. Wingelock is ideally located for the beach…and perfect for a family holiday.

The property was bigger than it looked on the advert and cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Great location and facilities within the house were perfect as we had two toddlers a baby and a dog with us. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place and will definitely be looking to book it again in the future

Fantastic holiday accommodation and great that it was so close to the beach.

We found the house to be well equipped and clean. The bedrooms we're ample size and the beds we're comfy. Being able to let the dogs into the back garden from the street after returning from walking on the beach was a great touch. Would book this house again.

A lovely house that is both spacious and cosy.

Everything you could need is there. A little dated and could do with modernising, but that doesn't take away anything from the house itself. Fabulous location, within a five minute walk from the beach and facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and the owner, Caroline, is a wonderful lady and is available if you need her. We will definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Rhosneigr and the surrounding area.

The property was well presented and very comfortable.

The fresh flowers were a nice touch, the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. It had a lot of thought put into it and contained the essensials to kick start your holiday. The location was perfect for access to the beach and shops, pub, takeaways etc. Overall the dog and ourselves had the perfect stay.

To the owner of Wingelock Rhosneigr Firstly, thank you for the use of your superb house.

In addition to being decorated and equipped to a high standard it had a very welcoming feeling to it. Our visit was for a very sad reason. The 5th of September should have been our 65th Wedding anniversary but instead of being able to celebrate, the family had the sad task of traveling from Taunton,Hull and Manchester to sprinkle my late Wife’s ashes on Lion rocks at the end of Broad beach where she had spent many happy hours hunting for cowrie shells. First time whilst staying at Penserrie caravan park with young children over 40 years ago until ill health prevented it a few years ago. This leads me to a strange request. You have a picture of broad beach showing lion rocks on the lounge wall just inside the front door. We wonder if you would consider selling it to us? And if so, what figure you would accept for it? Once again thank you for the use of your house, we may well try and book it again for reunions in the future.

10 out of 10 Caroline! The house was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The lovely welcome pack was so thoughtful and much appreciated. The house has everything you could ever need for a perfect family holiday..And the best of all is the location, literally seconds from the beach with sea views from the bedrooms. The only problem for us was the weather but thankfully the sun was shining by the end of the week

Perfect location, great size and facilities. Ideal for us and the dog! Thank you so much for the amazing little touches - they made the stay extra special. Rhosneigr has a special place in our hearts, this accommodation just helped us enjoy it even more. Would recommend 1000000%

Had a wonderful week here, and we really didn't want to leave at the end.

The property is very comfortable, and has everything you could need. The gardens are lovely when the weather is good, plenty of room to sit out and eat in the evenings. We would definitely like to book here again!

The house is lovely and it really helped having the stair gate to stop the dogs going upstairs. Beds extremely comfortable and kitchen well equipped. We had lovely weather for most of the stay and the garden furniture allowed us to relax in the sunshine. Maybe advertise that the back yard is sunny for almost all of the day. The coffee machine was a real hit and we replaced the coffee that we used. Utility room and downstairs toilet really useful too. We were able to have the dogs in their cages overnight by the back door . We visit Rhosneigr three times a year and usually use Anglesey holiday Lettings but on this occasion had to do a last minute booking. We will certainly be looking to stay again. We had a lovely time at Wingelock.

The owners had thought of everything for a good family holiday, whatever the weather, including books, toys and games. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils and crockery, and the living room comfortable. It was almost home from home. It's star attraction was its proximity to the beach- just a couple of minutes walk away.

We have had a lovely few days in Rhosneigor .
