We found the accommodation to be well positioned facing the lovely beach.

The penthouse apartment had a balcony with fantastic views over the beach and beyond. The apartment was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped . We had a wonderful time.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay highly recommend this apartment to anyone the views from the balcony was stunning.

We had everything we needed to make a meal. Thank you.

Fantastic views and the apartment is spotlessly clean, and a very comfortable bed with minimal noise from the road below.

It was nice having a dishwasher but there isn't a lot of crockery so it wasn't worth putting it on,but that's just a minor quibble on what is a lovely apartment.

Lovely accommodation, great to be able to walk on the beach across the road from where you are stopping and there is a brilliant view of the sea.

Car parking spaces a bit tight so may be an issue if have a very large vehicle. But overall we had a really nice time.

Overall a great stay with lovely comfortable bed.

A couple of minor issues The light on the bathroom mirror didn't work and one light over the cooker was out.

Lovely appartment with exceptional sea views overlooking the beach & promenade, within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and pubs.

Good kitchen with plenty of equipment including a washer-dryer which came in very useful. Comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space for holiday outfits. Allocated parking space was a bonus.

Rhos on sea is a lovely place.

The apartment was clean and comfortable but small. Great views of the beach and promenade. With hindsight we wish we had requested rubbish collection midweek as offered. Good contact with owner. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our 4th visit to Dolphin View, and it was as lovely as always.

The owner Karen has thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible! The only minor points I would make, as the appartment is for 2 people, is that a washing up bowl would be more useful, rather than using the dishwasher.. and that the sofa isn’t particularly very comfortable if spending time in the appartment.. just my opinion, as we are of a mature age

Welcome to Dolphin view! On our second visit here, the weather was again kind to us, & with a number of coastal resorts close by, we were spoilt for choice.. With the small town centre 5 minutes walk away, Dolphin view is ideally placed, having an ala carte menu pub on the street corner & another pub serving meals a short stroll away. There are also 3 National Trust premises about an hour’s drive away if one wants explore the picturesque Welsh countryside! Enjoy!

Lovely and clean throughout the apartment there was a nice welcome pack too on arrival. The new bed is so comfortable. Karen let us know that there might be scaffolding up which wasn't a problem for us , she even emailed to say when they were coming to remove it and suggested that we move our car onto the road for safety .We would definitely recommend a stay at Dolphin View. Dolphin View is a warm and comfortable apartment with excellent sea views.

It is clean and well equipped to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The recent improvements to the beach and promenade in Rhos make for a very pleasant walk around the bay.

An excellent week at Dolphin View, the views across the sea were superb, and my wife particularly enjoyed the spectacular sunrises each morning.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, very modern and well equipped, and we were treated to a welcome pack of milk, Welsh cakes and even a bottle of wine. The owners were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was satisfactory and trouble free. The added bonus was that we had really good weather for the entire length of our stay.

My wife and I spent a week in this lovely flat.

Everything was as we expected except for the view ,which was even better. This is a great apartment to use as a base to see the sights of North Wales. Or sit on the balcony and look out to sea. You are within easy reach of many towns and beaches but the beach just across the road is one of the best. We found Welsh cakes milk and wine waiting for us when we arrived and Karen emailed to ensure we had settled in. A great holiday.

A great place to stay a nice welcome pack when we arrived a bottle of wine milk and coffee and Welshcakes , lovely view, nice and relaxing, text from the owner making sure everything was good a nice touch , Morrisons only a 8 minute walk away easy to get to , 2 miles beach good from long walks will recommend for anyone that likes to get away from the crowds

Very well maintained apartment.

Lovely views in a quiet location. The whole building is very clean from the moment you walk through front door. Lift clean and maintained. Apartment has everything one would need for the stay. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The amazing sea view was certainly a deciding factor when booking, but the whole apartment was a delight. Watching the sun rise over the bay on two mornings was inspiring. We would definitely book again.

The reason for low score , was that on arrival into the lovely apartment with fantastic views we were met with overpowering smell of disinfectant, we located it to the kitchen drain, preparing food made it very distasteful, we searched for a.

plug in as they can be very toxic. We did get respite from it in the bedroom, having allergy to sprays found our stay very uncomfortable, I have reported it , I only hope it has been rectified for future suffer's with chest problems. The apartment is lovely, and yes clean. Unfortunately had to cut our holiday short felt it was the only solution for us. Sandra.

Stylist fittings but uncluteered. Amazing view. Spotlessly clean. Excellent communiction from the owner. I particularly appreciated reciving the "welcome pack" by email in advance which gave me the opportunity to read through itthe important information before leaving rather than on arrival when I am tired.

The property was everything we thought it would be .

Had everything we needed. Only found the portable grab rail for the shower the morning we were leaving.

Could have done with a bigger bed but other than that everything was perfect!

2nd visit to apartment and loved our stay

This is our second time at Dolphin view and was even better than the first, mainly down to the weather!

The apartment was very well equip and was a nice touch with the welcome pack. Liking the new sofa too, was a lot more comfortable. Only thing I’d probably say is the carpets need a thorough deep clean. The hallway and into the bedroom are looking very grubby. Just because they’re pale cream carpets and people walking in and out. Just 1 thing we didn’t really like was leaving rubbish in the apartment for a week. The food bin was good and you couldn’t smell it but leaving rubbish in a hot apartment all week wasn’t great. Was better before we could empty it ourselves. Other than that was a great stay and will definitely return as it will hold a special memory, we got engaged on the beach across the road!!

The internal doors didn't work correctly.

The door to the living area might have locked shut. There was no way to shut the bedroom door. The plug mechanism in the bathroom was not 100%- it did work in the end.

The view is lovely.

The apartment was very comfortable. The parking was very tight good job I'm only thin and our car only a scenic. A few kitchen items weren't clean but we washed them up and all was good. Unfortunately they're digging up the promenade so put a bit of a damper on things for my husband as he prefers to walk on that whereas I prefer the sand. A head's up might have been nice. A must for visitors is Bodnant Gardens - brilliant. Enjoyed the walking on the Great and Little Orme. Had planned to go to Betwys but ran out of time. Big downside for us...the amount of dogs on the beach! But, you get that everywhere now although it said not after 1st May! All in all a great holiday and I miss the sound of the sea as I fall asleep.

A great apartment with fantastic views over the sea.

It’s nice and clean with everything we needed, thanks to Karen for the wine, milk and Easter egg. It’s also good location to easily access other local places like Llandudno, Conwy and Snowdonia. This was our third visit and we will probably be back for another in future. Would definitely recommend this apartment for other couples.

Clean, comfortable, well maintained and everything you can want.

The only reservation I have relates to the parking facility. The bays simply aren’t big enough and one side is defined by a wall. Fortunately it didn’t affect us as there was no one using the bay next to ours, but had there been it would have been very difficult to physically get in/out of the car and almost impossible to actually exit/enter the car park. OK I have a 4x4 but any average saloon or estate car would have the same problem. I could see this being a issue at the height of the season when all the bays are likely to be in use.

A very well presented apartment in a super location.

We really enjoyed the large French windows and balcony looking out over the long sandy beach and promenade. A dedicated car park space right outside is a great advantage too. We were blessed with lovely weather so we enjoyed the very pleasant walks in both directions to the local shops and eateries.

This was our second holiday stay at Dolphin ( August 2022 ), we have booked again for next June 2023, amazing view to wake up too and never got tired of it.

The local Council have done a fantastic job on the beach, it has to be one of the best beaches in the UK, cant wait to go back. Everything was very smooth from booking to entering the apartment, however it would be great to be able to get access earlier but understand why you cant. Great place to stay book it now. Kev.

There was everything we needed and all of good quality. Communication with the owners was very good. We have already booked their other apartment, Puffin View, for next year, chose to book other one purely because it’s on a lower floor. Would highly recommend Dolphin View for either a relaxing holiday or as a base for exploring the area.

Cannot put into words how amazing this property is, clean comfortable and the views are truly amazing.

Nice little touches left by owner, games, dvds, books, she really has thought of everything to make a holiday special. We spent so much time sitting on the balcony watching dogs playing on the beach. This is a beautiful apartment in a well maintained building with lift access due to it being on the fourth floor.

On our arrival it was spotlessly clean,all the appliances, cutlery and crockery, towels and bedding and were of high quality,and it was, for the week we were there a home from home and we will most certainly be returning. The off road parking is a bonus for when the resort becomes busy. Highly recommended

What a lovely and immaculate apartment this is.

Well equipped with all you need for a couple of days or even a couple of weeks. The location is ideal for a short walk to Rhos on Sea and Colwyn Bay shops and to the train station for farther afield. The owner was friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this a a base to relax or to explore North Wales.

Peaceful, relaxing, amazing views, the Toad pub on the corner does great meals but kitchen closes at 7pm and you will need to book.

Can stroll along the promenade to the little town. Great base for visiting the attractions in North Wales. Although the sofa was new it wasn't very comfortable & as we stayed in most of the time it didn't make for a relaxing stay. The bathroom could do with some big hooks on the door to hang clothes on. A beautiful holiday home.

We were amazed how clean and comfortable it was. The views are stunning. Everything you could need is in the apartment. Excellent accommodation.

The apartment was in a wonderful location and the sea views were amazing.

We could just sit with the balcony doors open and watch the tide going in and out. I agree with other reviews that the sofa wasn’t very comfortable but this this did nothing to affect our overall experience at Dolphin View, we will definitely be back in the future. An added advantage of the location was that we could walk for miles on the promenade without any major hills.

Dolphin View is a fantastic apartment.

The views from the balcony are fabulous. The apartment has everything you need for a great break, clean,comfy, and the welcome wine and Welsh cakes was a lovely start. On a sunny day there was nothing better than sitting on the balcony looking at the sea, watching the world go by. Very central too for amenities and train and bus services to get about the area, no need to use the car.

The weather was terrible but to sit and watch the sea was lovely. The apartment was immaculate and everything anyone could have needed and more. Flowers wine and welsh cakes was a lovely thought. I wanted a week of peace and quiet to finish some work and that's exactly what I got.

I had a wonderful view, no intrusions, shops and restaurants within walking distance and a spotlessly clean apartment with excellent facilities. The extra touches of wine and flowers were thoughtful and were most appreciated. The only problem I had was that Brexit was dominating the news and was quite a distraction - but I could have turned the tv off! Would definitely recommend

The apartment is amazing with all you could want, all well maintained.

An interesting selection of about a dozen books and about 20 DVD's. The view of the beach and sea is excellent, we woke to a different 'picture' each morning. We even sat on the balcony a couple of times, well, it was in November. Being on the fourth floor meant we never closed the blinds all the time we were there. You also have full control of the heating. I would have liked a Bluetooth speaker as I forgot mine, but that was my fault as a speaker was never mentioned. The TV is a Sony, so my Samsung recordings weren't comparable, but the DVD's saved the day. The WI-FI at 23:00 was about 20 mbps download and 1.1 mbps upload, ample for 2 people. The fact is, my wife and I loved every minute we were there and would love to return.

We were both looking forward to staying at the flat after reading about it but when we arrived it was more than perfect, it was wonderful.

We felt safe with the security procedures in place, the view from the loung balcony was phenomenal and so relaxing of an evening. There is nothing negative we can say about Dolphin view and would recommend this to any person or couple - a place where you would feel comfortable and safe on your own or as a couple and there is a lift to the flat and a disabled entrance. The furnishings were all new and plenty of wardrobe space - will definitely be back at some point - and thank you for the complimentary wine it went down well after our long journey. Oh and can recommend the local Pub's great food. .

Dolphin view was an exceptional apartment.

The view over the sea and down to Rhos on Sea and Conwy Bay were amazing and we didn't tire of it. There was a neat little patio set on the balcony to enjoy the views. Plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space in the bedroom and everything we needed to make this an enjoyable and relaxing week. The two local restaurants were friendly and food good and it was lovely to stroll down the promenade in the evenings. Not too far to drive into Llandudno, without all the hustle and bustle of the larger seaside town, and a good base to explore the area.

This apartment was just the place we have been looking for , We had a lovely comfortable stay .

Parking on site was brilliant . Across from the sea with lovely balcony veiws . Great walks we really picked a winner the apartment was fantastic .

Dolphin View is an absolutely gorgeous apartment.

It has great facilities and everything you could think of like tea, coffee, games, DVDs etc. We could even see the sunrise from the balcony! We will definitely be coming again!

What a fantastic holiday, in a wonderfully clean and comfortable apartment.

Useful appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. We were left milk, coffee, tea and a wonderful Easter treat of a chocolate egg and daffodils for our stay over the Easter weekend. The view from the balcony doors sat in the swivel chair is very relaxing. We will definitely stay again!
