Loved the apartment!

Really comfortable, the view was amazing , very clean

Lovely apartment, would definitely recommend to family and friends, my only dislike was when asked to strip bedding saw there wasnt mattress protector or pillow protectors .

Lovely views of the beach from every window. Allocated parking space a bonus.

We had a lovely break at Beach House, it is very modern and comfortable.

The top floor takes a bit of getting used to with the sloping ceilings but not a problem. The position over looking the sea with a lovely promenade walk into Rhos on sea, which is a nice little village by the sea. Overall no complaints and would certainly recommend it.

This was our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be back again.

Its a lovely spacious holiday apartment, lovely view of the beach, especially when you're on the balcony. We also got a little welcome basket of tea, coffee, milk and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. The only complaint I have is the communal bin area. Looked like the area hadn't been cleaned out or emptied for a while...

This is a spacious beautifully appointed and maintained apartment in a good beachfront location.

Comfortable apartment in a good location.

Very clean and welcoming. Kitchen equipment a bit basic, but adequate for a short stay. Some catering essentials such as salt and pepper would be appreciated.

Spacious and beautifully furnished,this is our fourth visit to this apartment.

Location perfect for walking ,enjoying the great views from nearly every window and ofcourse the beach. However on this visit there was no welcome pack,a small gesture of hospitality always helps to begin holiday in good spirits. There was no mattress protector on bed and the boiler was making loud noises when hot water used or heating on. We will return as the apartment has a lovely homely feel.

What a wonderful light and airy apartment, enjoyed by my sister and myself.

Furnished to high standard with everything you could need. A welcome pack was waiting for us on arrival. Bonus off street parking . Small balcony off one of the bedrooms gave lovely view of the beach as well as from the spacious lounge. The bedroom ceilings were low in places so you had to watch your head but after a couple of days we had got used to them. Would thoroughly recommend it

Lovely property,nice large lounge.

Comfortable bed. The only thing that we found was the cooker oven and grill was very dirty.so we didn’t use them . Hope it is cleaned for the next people. Judith

Could not fault the apartment, well equipped and comfortable.

We could not find any information regarding:- Bins (no bin for no 5) no idea which bin to put waste in and we were concerned we might upset a resident using the wrong bin. The boiler repeatedly cut out, we saw that it was set on maximum and it is only because we have recently had a new combi boiler fitted that we lowered the settings to 50-60 as recommended which sorted it. The fire alarm is tested every Thursday PM which is no joke when we are on the third floor and I was in the bath! We thought it was a genuine fire alarm. All this information should be provided in a folder as it is everywhere else. The base of the shower has mould as does the shower head so needs to be cleaned.

This was our 3rd visit to Beach House so that says it all really.

It is a great place to stay. The location is perfect and the apartment is superb. It is certainly a credit to the owner. It is a super place to be based to visit the North Wales Coast. We will be back.

The Beach House is a lovely apartment with everything that you need. I would highly recommend it and and I’m sure we will book here again.

Beautifully furnished warm and clean apartment.

Welcome pack thoughtful and kind.We have visited previously and will definitely return as very well situated for walks Rhos shops and The Toad.

Great apartment, near to beach and close to visit llandudno, and other North Wales places of interest.

Tv in lounge needs to be on a low unit uncomfortable to watch set on the floor! Could do with a full length mirror somewhere and would of been nice to have a welcome pack on arrival even just some milk in the fridge to make a drink when you arrive and some toileties in the shower room would of been a nice touch.Apartmrnt very clean apart from main windows and blinds in the lounge very dusty, we enjoyed our stay but for the price paid for 3 nights felt the extra touches should of been included.

Great apartment.

Very well furnished and equipped. Lovely location and views. Very convenient for beach and promenade. Would definately return. Unfortunately, one of the blinds collapsed when trying to raise it but I made a temporary repair and hope this will not be an issue.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location right next to the beach.

The apartment was very clean, light and spacious, and had everything we needed for the 3 of us. We enjoyed using the balcony to sit in the sun with a view of the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House; it’s clean, in a fabulous location, gorgeous views from every window and was perfect for a mum and 2 adult sons.

Beautiful holiday apartment, bright, spacious downstairs, lovely and clean.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are a perfect size. Me, OH and two kids had a great holiday here. The beach is pretty much on the doorstep too which was fantastic for the kids. We will definitely be coming back here again.

This property is a real gem. Comfy beds, beautiful decor, fabulous kitchen and lovely views. It is a wonderful walk along the promenade taking in Colwyn Bay, Rhos on Sea and Penrhyn Bay. Just further afield is Llandudno with its own fantastic promenade and shopping centre and also Conway with its magnificent castle and estuary. All in all a fabulous place to stay.Our thanks to the owner and we will be back!!

What a fabulous apartment!

Beach House is airy, spacious and with great views. We have enjoyed our time here as everything you need is taken care of. It is a good base to explore the North Wales coast which is quite beautiful. The owners gave done a brilliant job with the interior to make for a very comfortable stay. We hope to return next year.

The property is beautiful with stunning views and an ideal location for exploring north wales. Could not fault the property in any way and would love to visit again (hopefully when the weather is nicer)

The apartment is in a very good location with good internet connection.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I would advise Sykes however to get the apartment key code correct, we were lucky a man on the ground floor was able to help us with the correct code.

Great location for travelling around Wales.

Initial issue with bedding which got resolved quickly. The lounge area was spacious with plenty of seating . Nice decor. The beds were very comfortable, however the rooms upstairs were a little tight for moving around and quite low headspace with it being in the roof space. Bathrooms had good quality shower and bath. This property would be good for a family with two small children rather than 4 adults. Having said that we had a lovely stay and I thought the property was good value for money.

The standard of cleanliness and style was impressive.

I felt at home. Everything that I needed was provided. I m glad that I went for the beach house it was as described on the booking website. I had the most relaxing time ever, and I will definitely visit again. Thank you Xxx .

Lovely, warm and comfortable cottage.

Spotlessly clean with everything you need and more. Very tastefully decorated and furnished. Lovely sea views and so close to all amenities in the local area. Would love to return sometime in the future.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Beach House.

The apartment was first class, very clean & comfortable. It was also in an excellent position for exploring the surrounding area. I can’t praise it enough!

The bedroom was tricky to negotiate due to the ceiling angles.

Lack of storage space for clothes was a major issue. The lounge blind over the Juliet door was jammed in the open position. This was a problem watching the tv with the sun streaming in and no privacy at night. Very surprised, first time ever no welcome pack. Would not recommend to older couples due to all the stairs involved. Certainly not returning.

Beautiful apartment, with everything we needed for our stay.

Comfortable beds and sofas, well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches provided by the owner. There was some construction work being carried out on the beach (a bit noisy during the night as well!) so we had to walk a little way down the promenade to access the beach, but by the last couple days they had opened it up again. Obviously this is beyond the owner’s control but worth checking before you go if there will be any works carried out in the area. The apartment block itself was quiet and well maintained, and having private parking was a massive bonus for us as street parking nearby looked a bit hectic and stressful! Would come again.

A well presented property , accurate description as per web site ,one thing i would do ,would be to get the boiler checked out ,it tripped out twice on our stay

A lovely well presented property situated in a ideal spot in Colwyn Bay, beach only 1 min walk away and off road parking spot.

This is a well worth visit.

Great apartment, great location , would definitely recommend

The accommodation was of a very high standard and spotlessly clean with excellent facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, Wifi, huge TV.

The provision of milk in the fridge, Traditional Welsh Cakes + tea and coffee was a lovely welcome. Very close to the promenade and the bay could be seen from the front window. Perhaps the listing could make it clearer that this is a second floor apartment with two flights of stairs and the apartment itself is on two floors. This was no problem for us but might be difficult for some folks as there is no lift. If we ever return to Rhos on Sea we would look to book this apartment again.

Excellent location and parking , so close to the beach , and sofa’s very comfortable .

Television could do with some sort of stand to raise it to eye level .

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean.

It was also in a great position with excellent views and was a really good base for visiting surrounding locations.

The accommodation was right on the beach with excellent gorgeous views across the beach and out to sea.

The apartment was in excellent condition extremely comfortable, luxurious even. Owners have excellent taste in decor and furniture my wife took a particular shine to a pop art tray placed in the kitchen. The owners were in communication throughout our stay to ensure all was well, we’re extremely helpful and even advised us where they had purchased the aforementioned tray! Would definitely return to the area and the accommodation again.

We loved this place.

It is wonderfully located to get out and about around North Wales. The sea views of Colwyn Bay are glorious. This apartment is much more spacious than the pictures show and is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The dedicated parking space is a real bonus. We found a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and some Welsh cakes on arrival and we received a text from the owner wishing us a great stay. We thought that this was a lovely gesture. We would stay again and we highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Nice little balcony & ensuite in main bedroom. Great location between Colwyn Bay & Rhos-on-sea with lovely promenade either direction. Small grumbles about lack of storage for clothes and headroom upstairs due to ceiling angles but otherwise loved it.

Home from home. If I had to be picky it would be no mirrors in bathrooms and no wardrobes.perfect view, right near beach front and town. Great parking.lovely welcome box.
