Having just returned from a stay at SEAWARD I would highly recommend this property.

It is an excellent base ideally located in a quiet position on Marine Drive and a short walk or drive into Rhos on Sea and very convenient for Llandudno and Conwy. Very well equipped and immaculate. An enclosed outside area with access from the lounge is ideal for any dog owner. Mark, the owner, called and introduced himself and asked if all was ok. Of course it was! Will definitely return to Seaward.

We just got home from a lovely holiday at seaward It was spotlessly clean had plenty of utensils in the kitchen A lovely cosy apartment comfortable beds with lovely bedding and plenty of storage for clothes Only minors were the towels were on the small side and the sofas were a bit low for us being older and with arthritis but they were just personal to us I would highly recommend a stay at seaward as it’s in a lovely location and close to lots of places to visit Thank you Mark For allowing us to stay in your lovely apartment Liz Roy and Tedster our dog

Beautiful apartment with everything you need a credit to the owner, who is very friendly and helpful.

Just a mile to the dog friendly beach and plenty of places to eat in the town. If we visit Rhos again, we will definitely book to stay here.

What a lovely holiday home!

Clean and spacious, light and airy feel. Very well furnished, only downside was the fridge was tiny and a washing machine would have been nice, apart from that had almost you needed Perfect location as a 20 minute walk into Rhos along the sea front, which was lovely and a great spot for days out to orher locations, such as the mountain zoo, bodnant gardens, and a few different castles , and loads more Highly recommend

We loved the accommodation, having parking was perfect, it was the ideal place for walking the dog.

Short car journey to Llandudno so easy access. Would recommend the apartment, the owners were friendly too Thank you , stayed 31st July for the week.

Seaward is a great property this was our 2nd visit It's well situated for most N Wales attractions and a great little resort in Rhos minutes away The property is clean and the area quiet- the owner is friendly and very helpful Definitely visit again

First of all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Secondly, this is not a criticism, more of an opinion. Have stayed various cottage,apartment holidays,and this was the first that didn't present a welcome pack.( it goes a long way to make a hard drive more palatable to be able to have a cuppa and a biscuit etc , it wouldn't cost the earth ) The gate at the rear of the building didn't fill me with confidence being a dog owner , replacing it would be a big plus . And over all , mark and his wife were very genial hosts , but our ships tended to pass in the night . Colwyn bay took me by surprise, beautiful beach area ,most of it dog friendly, the local people we met were lovely . And the weather was amazing . We surely had a fine stay , And our hosts played a big part in that . We wish them the very best for the future

A very clean and well maintained ground floor flat.

It had everything we needed for our holiday. The living room sofas were very comfortable with a large screen TV. and Alexa. A good size dining table with a nice view of the palm trees in the garden beyond. The enclosed patio garden was safe for our little dog. The beds were very comfortable with quality bed linen. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The promenade was just across the road, with lovely walks. A good base to explore North Wales. The owner was very friendly. Great value for money, another gem of a property through Sykes.

Spacious and well equipped property, brilliant location. Super relaxing. Will book again.

Lovely accommodation, clean and tidy.

Plenty of information on places to visit and rubbish collections. Views were stunning. Would recommend this lovely place to others. Shop close by and the Chinese Take Away was excellent and within walking distance.

Lovely spot nice walking to little orme,apartment was nice clean just bid enough for us would definitely go back.

We had a lovely 4 night break at Seaward.

The accommodation was perfect for us with all the usual facilities we would expect. In particular though, we appreciated the wi fi, the smart tv and the extremely comfortable double bed. It was good that we were able to take our dog with us and the property is well positioned for visiting all of our favourite places in the locality. We also met the property owner on our first evening and he was very welcoming and helpful. For people with dogs ,there are plenty of cafes etc in the area where dogs are welcome and there are also lots of gluten free options in pubs and restaurants for people like me who are coeliac or have allergies. So we highly recommend this property and hope to return for another break very soon.

we were delighted with the accommodation offered at Seaward.

Most importantly to us, the bed was extremely comfortable. The large lounge dining area were spacious with comfortable seating. Tasteful paintings were to be found in all rooms. Access to the self contained rear terrace is very helpful when you take your dog on holiday. All appliances were easy to use. The shower and toilet were very clean in keeping with the entire property. We will definitely book Seaward when we next visit Rhos-on-Sea.

A very nicely presented property in a great position.

A nice large bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed. A nice clean shower room with large shower cubicle and hot powerful shower, Well appointed kitchen. Large comfortable sitting /dining room. We enjoyed it so much we will hopefully be back. Walkable into Rhos

Seaward is very comfortable with a nice outside area for summer and situated in a brilliant little resort of Rhos on Sea nice beach and good places to eat The owner is friendly and helpful- really nothing negative to say Certainly intend to visit again

Lovely accommodation.

A lot more space than I expected. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great to have a safe garden for the dogs to be let out in. A little sensor light down in the garden would be helpful when letting out the dogs but that’s not a big issue at all just a suggestion. Great to have two parking spaces too. Nice position on the coast and close to amenities.

Our stay at Seaward was lovely, the local town is really quaint.

My dog loved the outside area, which is safe and fully fenced. We all had a lovely time, enjoying the local beach walks, we were lucky it was quite mild weather. The photos where exactly how the accomodation looked, it was very cosy. I would recommend this accommodation Ps local No25 Bistro and Restaurant excellent food .

Great location, very clean and well kept.

Beds comfy, plenty of room and a well equipped kitchen full of all necessary electrical equipment. Recommended

Very comfortable house, 15 minute pleasant seafront walk from Rhos on Sea, which is lovely.

Great to have outside space even though its an apartment. Much bigger TV than appears in the pictures. We would return as its very convenient for Llandudno, 10 minute drive.

Lovely break great location for walks .

Host very polite and available if you had any enquires.On an evening the back stairs were a little dark could do with a small light so you can see black steps and a back garden could be a little gem but a good place to sit and secure especially if you have a dog like us .overall a lovely accommodation with everything you need will visit again thank you

Everything was provided. Only couple of tiny niggles were cutlery drawer in kitchen kept catching on next unit and pillows need renewing. Otherwise, nice! For the future, might suggest a small welcome pack. We have been spoilt with these by Sykes accommodation for years now. :)

A very nice holiday home, opposite the sea and close enough to Llandudno and Conwy for easy days out

we had a lovely stay ,good communication from the owner, the area is nice and quiet.

It was ideal for the dog as there was an outside patio with furniture and fully enclosed.

A very conveniently located property.

It served our needs of walking the Wales Coast Path well. It was great to have off road parking as we could park the car safely for the week whilst we used buses and trains. The property is within easy reach of bus stops. We made good use of the private patio in the evenings as the weather was very warm. The patio furniture and cushions were very comfortable. The flat is generally well equipped and has a light and airy feel.

The cooker took some time to work out how to use it, the decals had worn off on the display so guesswork was needed to determine which knob controlled which part.

Also, a few serving dishes would have been handy. The bed was very comfortable.

Had a lovely break at Seaward.

Ideal base for my dog and me. Safe, secure outside area for the dog. Comfortable property with everything I needed. Great coastal location. I had the misfortune to be there when the whole area was without water due to a burst water mains. However, the owner Mark, kindly kept me supplied with bottled water so I didn’t need to go home early. I hope to return before long.

We had a lovely time very comfortable flat right on the sea.

Close to amenities. Dog enjoyed the lovely walks. Thank you also to the owners for the gifts for us and the dog.

Very clean, ideal location and dog friendly

The property was excellent, spotlessly clean, has all the amenities in the kitchen, comfortable lounge furniture and the beds were very comfortable.

The owner was extremely helpful and understanding when I needed help with adjusting the heating control (technology not my forte). Will certainly be booking again.

Excellent accommodation on the seafront - very clean and spacious! Lovely enclosed back area secured for our dogs. Little extras in the kitchen which was perfect for the stay (washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, dishcloth etc) lovely large bedroom with ample storage space. Was sad to leave but we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Lovely property and furnishings.

Deceptively spacious and the owners have thought of everything contents wise. Bonus being able to park on driveway too. Short walk from Rhos on Sea shops, pubs & cafes. However bus stops to Colwyn Bay and Llandudno are so handy too. Will definitely be re-booking.

We had a wonderful week, the apartment was very spacious and clean with lovely views of the sea and having off-road parking was a bonus, would definitely stay here again.

Property was in a great location and easy to walk to many places plus being opposite a great walk way going many miles and looking over the sea

Well appointed and spotlessly clean, with everything you need for a comfortable and restful stay.

We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

We were able to drive right to the front door following the information supplied by the owner.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the accommodation, it being very spacious and immaculately clean. It was nice to find the furniture and fittings were very high quality. The beds were SO comfy with thick duvets and crisp, clean bedding. There was ample space for our clothes and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the coloured cutlery handles. It's sometimes just simple things that makes a difference. Although there was a dishwasher we just washed up by hand. We were supplied with fresh towels for the bathroom and kitchen, including dish towels, dish washing clothes and a pan scrubbing sponge. We read through welcome folder and learnt what items were recycled and which bin or box to put them in. We made sure everything was disposed of flattened and washed. Although the weather was a bit cold and wet it didn't spoil our plans. We worked out how to put the heating on low a couple of evenings and the bathroom radiator but we couldn't work out how to turn it off again. I was concerned about the amount of electricity it was using. It was also great to be able to park our car up the driveway as the road was quite busy at rush hour. We really enjoyed our holiday and loved our accommodation, thank you for making it a pleasant space to relax in.

The house was very clean and comfortable, we all slept well every night. Good location, a 2 minute drive into the centre of Rhos and 10 minutes into Llandudno. Owner was on hand to help out during our stay. Would recommend.

This property was very well maintained and everything we needed was there thanks to the cleaners and would definitely use it again no problem.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay, we could not of been happier with the comfort and cleanliness of the place.

The owners were so accommodating. The beds were so comfy with lovely bedding, great shower and it was a pleasure to stay in this lovely house. Thank you for having us we can't wait to book again. Was in a great spot with the sea facing the house and so many places nearby to visit. Thanks again.

Really nice place, we visited when the weather was poor, but still had a relaxing break due to the quality of the accommodation.

Steps are a bit steep to the back yard (could do with some anti slip strips or something, black steps in the dark are a bit challenging lol) would recommend this as a base to go and explore.

Great property for elderly mum, couple and dog.

Easy to walk by sea and easy access to Llandudno.

General remedial work needed,knob missing off cooker, tap in kitchen very loose, freezer door faulty, not able to get towel rail in bathroom to work (no instructions),steps to patio rather dangerous as painted black and no outside light, could do with a washer rather than a dish washer, toilet roll holder loose on wall, no frying pan, no mixing bowls.
